I walked into Starbucks thinking I’d grab a quick Caramel Macchiato and move on with my life. What I got instead was a $6.40 cup of regret that tasted like sadness and missed opportunities. I ordered it extra hot, light foam, nothing fancy. Should’ve been simple. Should’ve been comforting. Instead, it showed up lukewarm, overly sweet, with foam that looked—and tasted—like it had been scooped from the top of a bubble bath. The espresso? I’m not even sure it was there. Maybe it clocked out early. Maybe it took one look at this drink and said, “Not today.” I took a sip, blinked twice, and genuinely wondered if I’d accidentally picked up someone’s leftover oat milk from a toddler’s sippy cup. I looked around to see if I was being punked. No one was laughing. Not even me. Twelve minutes of waiting for a barista to call my name like it hurt them personally, only to sit down and question not just the drink—but the entire direction of my life. I thought caffeine was supposed to wake you up, but this macchiato made me feel like crawling back into bed and rethinking everything. I didn’t even get mad. I just sat there, emotionally numb, holding this cup like it held the answers. It didn’t. I’ll say this much though—on the bright side, it gave me something stronger than espresso: character development. And diarrhea.
Very disappointed about the coffee. Starbucks should be careful about those shop that pretending to offer quality coffee. Pricey and not clean. Do something please.

My visit to Starbucks at CDG's Terminal 2 L-gates was unfortunately quite disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent, offering neither smiles nor genuine welcome, which only reinforced negative stereotypes about Parisian service. My coffee felt rushed, almost thrown together, and was handed over without a single pleasantry. This location truly missed the mark on basic hospitality, doing little to counter the "least polite" impression some travelers have. Frankly, this Starbucks desperately needs staff who actually understand and value customer service
The staff was very rude. The person working there was an African person who didn’t speak proper English was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. Shame that France is called the romantic country and the people over there destroy that. Hope they are trained to have better customer service skills. As Starbucks is an international brand I’m sure they don’t want people with no customer service skills to be working for them.
3,25€ le café... Il est meilleur qu'ailleurs ? Pas spécialement. Mais alors pourquoi ? Bah premièrement parce que tu es à l'aéroport. Deuxièmement parce que tu es chez Starbucks. Ah bah voilà ! Tout s'explique... décidément il n'y a plus un seul secteur où nous ne sommes pas des vaches à lait. Soit, j'ai tellement pris cher que j'en ai du mal à m'assoir.
My recent visit to Starbucks was a bit disappointing. They were out of several menu items, which was frustrating. While one staff member was friendly and tried to be helpful, another wasn’t as welcoming, which affected the overall experience. It’s a shame because I usually enjoy coming here, but this visit didn’t live up to expectations.

I needed a deconstructed sandwich that I could feed my dog while waiting for our flight and they were more than helpful to make it happen the way I needed it. My drinks and food were good quality as well. I had a great experience.

Service déplorable, les serveurs discutent entre eux sans vous calculer. Vous tendent votre commande dans un mot ni un regard. Ils se sont clairement trompé de métier!!!
Encaissée sans vérifier que ma commande était disponible, il n’y avait plus ce que j’ai commandé et la serveuse refuse de me rembourser « je ne peux pas ». Donc elle m’a forcé à prendre autre chose sans que je puisse choisir. Bref des voleurs.
Je ne suis pas étonnée de voir 2/5 … c’est même beaucoup comparé au service… un accueil déplorable une façon de parler je n’en parle même pas… un bonjour le nez collé dans le téléphone et quand on demande ce que contient une boisson, on a plus l’impression de déranger qu’autre chose. La perfection n’existe pas mais la moindre des choses est de considérer sa clientèle.
Ne savent pas faire un cappuccino. Attente interminable.
This concerns the Starbucks shop located near the L 25 section of the CDG airport .Very long queue and understaffed this evening - 10/08/2025 Well done to Noémie for keeping a smile on her face and being lovely to customers despite some very difficult patrons . Wake up Starbucks and have more staff onboard on a Sunday evening when you are the ONLY coffee outlet in that small section of the airport so obviously it gets crowded . …! I am only giving it 5 stars due to the kindness and professionalism of both Noémie and Aissata who are both diligent and dedicated team workers - keep it up ladies 💪👍
Très mauvaise expérience. J’étais avec ma sœur (celle qui payait) qui était en plein appel téléphonique important. La caissière a insisté de manière très désagréable pour qu’elle vienne payer immédiatement, comme si c’était urgent… alors qu’il n’y avait aucune file d’attente. Elle a commencé à s’énerver contre nous sans raison. Nous avons été choqués par son attitude et par le manque total de professionnalisme. Service client déplorable pour un Starbucks — à fuir.
J'ai demandé 2 Cappuccinos et 2 muffins, j'ai eu ma commande en quelques minutes. Merci à Mathias et son collègue :-)
J'ai eu une bonne expérience dans ce Starbucks : les serveurs (celui qui prenait la commande et celui qui faisait le cappuccino) étaient tous les deux agréables. Ils m'ont même proposé de doubler le verre de mon cappuccino pour ne pas que ce soit trop chaud à porter. J'ai aussi trouvé la boisson correctement faite.
If I could give a negative grade for the service I would gladly do it!! Some of the staff was quite nice, however the person at the cashier without proper English pronunciation got my order wrong. I kindly asked to have this changed and she turned around making fun to the other woman at the cashier in French. When I said I didn't understand French and she EXTREMELY RUDELY replied to me that she spoke English and then practically threw the order at me! I believe it is the same woman already described in some other comments. EXTREMELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Starbucks should really take better care who they hire (if they want to maintain a good image)!

I used it while waiting for a flight. Of course the taste is delicious, and the staff's service is also great! Mr.Rajib's customer service was wonderful and made me feel happy!! I will go again!! I wait for Rajib japan.
Je suis triste de voir à quel point ils sont racistes envers les passagers en transit. S'ils remarquent que vous n'êtes pas français, ils deviennent très hostiles. Si vous avez un accent ou ne parlez pas français, ils ne veulent pas de vous, alors je vous conseille de choisir un autre café. Beaucoup d'autres proposent du café sans se mettre en colère. Je voyage souvent et je ne peux pas apprendre la langue de chaque pays que je traverse en correspondance. Je me demande s'ils sont simplement en colère parce que d'autres langues existent ? Tous les autres passagers non français dans la file ont reçu la même hostilité.
