I call it “the perfect taste” a 100/100 for authentic Lebanese cuisine. Excellent service. Very nice and professional staff. Very nice atmosphere.

I had a previous positive experience with this restaurant a couple of times in Beirut and I was looking forward to trying it out when it recently opened in Amman. Just as I expected, it is all about the unique collection of cold and hot starters that are neatly presented and have their own wonderful tastes. You will most probably end enjoying and feeling full after eating the starters and skip the main course; something the waiters seem to be used to. Ask and listen to their advices if you wish regarding the best starters to go for and the quantities to order. Leave some space for the desserts that are not less exceptional and tasty but don’t order too many as they turned out to be too sweet and fulfilling for sharing by a group. The staff was helpful and attentive but can be more friendly I believe. An easily accessed location with valet service and nearby parking space. Contrary to what you might think, expect to pay between 20 and 25 JD per person.

Went there with family and had a great time. I made it a point to order all the food in order to compare with others and taste whatever I believe is unique to them... I ordered hummus, Cale fig salad, fattoush with (dibis Rumman) (pomegranate molasses) , fattet eggplant, veggie and pickle plates, bamiah with oil and mulikhieh with oil, kubbeh summakieh, maqanek with dibis rumman, falafel and batata harra... And of course kubbeh nayyeh... We started with the above and left the main till we finished.. In comparing the food to other top end places in Amman, I definitely will prefer em Sharif, the hummus was smoother and lighter than any I had, whether in similar restaurants or hummus places.. The kebbeh nayyeh had a unique flavor which really made it stand out, the mulikhieh and bamieh were terrific... Order them and enjoy... The falafel were OK but more Lebanese than Jordanian, the maqanek were OK too... The salad and fattoush and fatteh were excellent.. The bread was light and hot straight from the oven... All in all the mezzeh food was excellent. We also ordered a mixed grill for one person and honestly, it was excellent, succulent and well cooked.. The flavor was excellent and the garlic paste was amazing.... All in all, this is an excellent restaurant, we had coffee and no desert and the bill came out 123 JD which is very reasonable for the quality and quantity we ordered. The food was very nicely served and the waiters most gracious and graceful... Well trained... By the way make sure you reserve at least a week early because it is super busy. A definite star in our gastronomic skyline in Jordan.

It was our first visit and overall its good experience and the service by “Hussam” was perfect. The food is good but some dishes are nominated as signature but in fact it wasn’t super just normal. Chicken shawarma was yummy & juicy and different than regular shawarmas but the meat was just ok. The kebab for me was tasty and juicy but for the others the Cinnamon taste was over. We tried the kebbe nayye as well and it was good & unique but not the traditional taste of “lebanese kebbe”. We were invited to try the “rice pudding” and other kind of pastries; it was tasty and light. If you are a Shisha fan then you will like the atmosphere and the vibes👍

Had a delightful family lunch at Em Sharif! The Riyash, sheesh tawook, hummos, fatoush, eggplant fatteh, and French juice were all good, and the main course truly stood out. Situated in Abdali "outside the boulevard" with valet service, it's a bit pricey but the upscale atmosphere makes it worthwhile. Friendly staff; reservations are essential, especially on weekdays—we went in the afternoon, and it was nearly full. They serve shisha and alcohol.

I didn’t give them the 5stars due to its overly expensive prices , and the quite little food portions of the main courses. But overall one of the best food experiences in Amman so far. The “ kebby naya” dish is very well prepared. The dessert selection is so delicious, my favorite was the rice pudding. I highly recommend the place for special occasions.

👍👍 Original & delicious! Very good place to come for local food. Place is a bit rough on the corners, but food is excellent. Falafel was best, they do it fresh on-site. Service is there just to get you food- on the rude side but efficient and everything works. Great experience!😊

👍👍 This place does not need reviews, it’s a place you just have to go to whenever in Amman full-stop, no two ways about it! An almost religious act. They only serve lamb shawarma, super fast, little to no waiting time. Very unique taste.
