Menu doesn’t reflect at all the food that you get. I ordered “fluffy scrambled eggs with salmon on English muffin with hollandaise sauce” and roasted potatoes. I was given egg omelet with salmon folded onto a piece of white bread, side of red wine vinegar and potatoes. The only they got right was the potatoes. My latte was lukewarm. My husband ordered steak and eggs with potatoes and hollandaise sauce. His eggs were omelet style not fried and his “steak” was three thin slices of beef bacon. 🤣 again no sauce. Red wine vinegar. When we asked for hollandaise sauce they brought out frothy red wine vinegar. To top everything off they don’t take credit cards and they didn’t have change. We had to wait for them to go make change at a corner store. Not the best experience, probably the worst experience we have had at restaurant here in Amman. The menu looks great but I don’t think their chef or owner has a clue on how to deliver the options provided.

We ate outside, because the very fussy inside seating area was deserted. Both of our dinners were served cold (shrimp and chicken dish, and chicken crepes). We ate the mediocre food and asked for the check to pay. Bill comes and the server tells us credit card machine not working: cash only. I did not have cash, so we left to get a cash advance at a local ATM where I was charged 5 JD for the privilege of getting my own money. As a businessman I would have made an accommodation to unhappy customers who had a cold meal, had to walk to get cash, because THEIR machine was not working, and had to pay an additional 5JD in banking fees for a poor meal. He did not, which tells me to never patronize it again, and to be sure to tell everyone how I was mistreated. It should not cost the customer money because their equipment is faulty. Bad business, no goodwill. Frankly the owner should be gkad i went back with the cash to pay for the horrible and mostly uneaten meal.

The place is beautiful and awesome, having that old english classic theme, it is one of a kind, the food was terrible though, my friends couldn’t eat most of it and they just dumped it, the meat was so terribly uncooked they threw it up. Some of the staff are incooperative and they don’t talk to you in a decent manner, would never go back there, I just wish the place had different management and staff because its a huge loss to be wasted.

The theme of the restaurant is so beautiful and unique.. The service is great and the dishes are yummy .. I highly recommend the outdoor seats

Amazing place, beautiful atmosphere, wonderful staff and DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Stunning venue for taking pictures as well!! We had tea and coffee with apple pie and cheesecake, freshly made and delicious!100% recommended!!

Randomly walked in this gorgeous place. It has been renamed as Hamlet's. Great ambience, excellent food, welcoming staff. Really enjoyed our night here. Highly recommended.

Great location and awesome interiors and it's just that. The quality of food equals a tiny street cafeteria, the outside was filled with flys and mosquitoes The staff weren't friendly and kept lying 🤥 I'll recommend it for a meeting or a gathering but won't recommend having a meal in it. BTW, the bathrooms are very very dirty 💩 😥

Nice place good food but they don't have a car parking only vale service available and it's not safe to park your car 😑

Randomly dropped in this restaurant. It is called Hamlet's now. Everything is perfect. Enjoyed the night here.

It has one of the best interior designs I have ever seen in amman, very friendly staff and amazing service .. it is a bit expensive though
