We always go the place next door: Buffalo Wings and Rings. Last time, we decided to try this new place. The menu is so similar you would think someone from Buffalo Wings and Rings left them and started this new place. The decor is nice but the food and the service needs a lot of work. While Buffalo had young people who seem cool and helpful, this place staff needs a lot of training to get there. Service is much more than just asking what the customer wants to eat. The plates on the table were dirty and we cleaned them ourselves. I was served a drink in a chipped glass. It is a shame for a new place to start this way. First impressions are the best. You lose that, you lose a lot. Finally, while the menu is similar to Buffalo Wings and Rings, the food is not. The items tasted much better at Buffalo. I was hoping to get away from the grip of Buffalo (we always end up there for lunch), but it seems that will not be the case soon.

Nice restaurant and not expensive too much offers I like it

First of all, its not my first time here but for sure it was the worst. We went their to try the new Shrimp offer on the menu. The waiter Ibrahim said it will be given as a rounds 10 pieces per the round. The first round took 35 minutes and the next one took 55 minutes. I am not sure what was happening their in the kitchen, but definitely it was terribly bad. During the waiting for the second round we followed up our order many times and the waiter assured that the order will be delivered immediately but it wasn’t like that. The manager Odai his point was that a 50% discount will be fair for us! I don’t think it worth the 1 hour and 30 minutes We spent their in the restaurant. Last but not least, for sure it is the last time to think about this restaurant.

Taste good! I didnt expect to like the place but it was a delicious surprise. The place and food were clean. Staff was nice Their popcorn chicken was too spicy.

I have been to this restaurant many times before and it was ok. But today’s experience can’t be forgiven. I arrived with my friend at 10:20 PM and we ordered the shrimp and traditional wings offers. It took until 11 PM for our first order round to arrive. And then, for the second round we kept waiting until 11:50 PM and nothing arrived and during that time we asked the waiter Ibraheem many times to check the order and he assured us that that the order will come soon each time. However, after 50 minutes in and nothing arrived. So, we went to the manger Odai, he said that it is Thursday and busy. Even though it was not that busy. But no matter how busy, ONE AND HALF hour in the restaurant and we couldn’t get the full order, what a waste of time. He made 50% discount for us, but nothing can give us the time we wasted at the restaurant. If they have said earlier that it would take that much time, we wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. So, we left the restaurant after ONE AND HALF hour, with only one round of the offers, hungry and tired. One of the worst experiences I ever had in a restaurant.

The worst ! we ordered chicken quesadilla , bacon cheese burger,regular andcurly fries all items are uneatable honestly !!

The place is nice and has the vibes but the service was a little bad, the food makes good for it, generally, it's a good place worth trying

Bad service، bad food ,the workers are unprofessional, deceptive prices (everything on the menu is added by 0.5jd at least) , the bill was 25.30 jd ،the waiter returned 24 jd and took the 0.70 jd (out of 50jd ) , i guess there is an auto tip in this place . In summary the place feels like a cheap local cafe but with the prices of a fancy restaurant . Completely unrecommended .

Awful experience you order all you can eat you get 8 boneless pieces every 10 mins and you get cold chicken wings as well as bad service

The wings were great, they have a variety of delicious sauces, their burgers are fine and will do the job, the Egyptian waiter was great but the bus boys had some serious attitude

The food is reasonably priced especially during happy hour. The staff is very attentive especially Mohammad. I have taken several work colleagues who enjoyed the experience. It is family friendly too. I recommend you try it out.

I tried it one time, I prefer grill mark and Buffalo & wings. There were an old chicken pieces, the service was slow, the atmosphere was so noisy.

It is the best restaurant, it has amazing service and the workers are really friendly and quick with the orders.The quality of the food is extremely high and the food is tasty

Yesterday we went family with 2 kids and ordered chicken wings and burgers the chicken wings were smelly and so bad i dont know how they serve something like that to people they take them back and got us boneless which was better but the burgers were so normal the bread was not fresh and the place was so cold the heater gas finished and they didnt have one to change so our experience was bad i dont recommend anyone to go there even if they have offers
