A mix of varied experiences that left an average taste. A decent breakfast, amazing water pressure and good AC made it a great place. Gaslighting from management, sewage smell from bathroom and horrendous WiFi on the 1st floor made it frustrating. The rooms didn’t feel claustrophobic and it was easy for 2 adults to share a space. Room came with normal bathroom things and 2 toilets. Breakfast was ok. They struggled with keeping the coffee hot. Yogurt and muesli options were very limited. Juice was also limited. Customer service was eager to help with a smile but frequently didn’t deliver. So overall it was ok and compared to other hotels worldwide was average or below average.

This latest addition to the hospitality space in Amman has proven it was worthwhile the waiting. A recreation of the once popular family hotel, The Ambassador has now arrived in a fresh boutique format second to no other in Amman.

We stayed at the Ambassador in Shimisani for ten days and it was amazing. We had a great city view and our room was squeaky clean. Hotel staff were really kind and efficient. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet with a variety of Middle Eastern and Western selections. Summer nights in Amman were nice as the temperature cools down with a nice breeze. Almost every night we sat at the terrace and enjoyed the fruit juices and the tea. Their fresh lemon mint juice was so good. We’d definitely recommend the Ambassador. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel who made us feel at home during our long stay.

It's been a pleasant stay at the Ambassador Boutique Hotel. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with amenities such as an electric kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. Staff are friendly and helpful, special shout out to Mr. Qusai who has done extra miles to provide us with extra hour accommodation to suit our early morning flight schedule. The breakfast is fairly varied including pastries, pancakes, sausage, fruit and many more. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when in town.

We have been staying here for 3 nights! The hotel it’s very close to the centre of Amman, very easy to get there with a taxi (it will be also very cheap). We had 2 rooms and both were perfectly cleaned; it’s very difficult to find such a clean place in this country! We had breakfast and dinner at the buffet; I will say that was good, but I’ll improve a little bit the variety, and the display, of course there were more typical dishes but they tastes good. 5 star were all the members of the staff they were nice and polite, always ready to assist with any question or request. I will not give 5 star for the food only! I suggest to improve it a little bit 🙏🏻 Really like it and I will recommend it for sure!

An amazing Hotel situated in the heart of Amman. Only positive points to highlight, the decoration with tremendous good taste, very comfortable and clean, and the sympathy of all the workers, without exception. The rooms give us a privileged view of the city, and it is even possible to see the highest flag in the world located in the historic part of the city. Breakfast is very good and complete. And the best thing is that it is just a 10-minute drive from downtown. The perfect hotel to stay in the capital of Jordan.

Nice hotel located in a calm district of Amman, 10 minutes away from the city centre by taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms. The only minus was the breakfast service. Tables were not cleaned after the guests who left, and food was not refilled.

Very nice hotel with perfect staff, Noura was such a good and welcoming person who briefed in a fabulous way about the hotel layout and services. Room service kept the rooms always neat and tidy. Restaurant is really fantastic I enjoyed the meals served there.

Rooms were nice and breakfast really good. My biggest issue was the smell of the sheets. They over perfumed/febrezed them, on both stays!! I wouldn’t go back. I seriously struggled to breathe.

I stayed for 2 nights, great newly renovated hotel, the staff are very friendly and polite, I was given room upgrade, thank you. I would say there’s room for improvement for the food quality of the breakfast, especially the bread and pastry.

One of the best hotel I had the pleasure to stay during my trip to Jordan. Room was clean, staff (both reception and restaurant) is super friendly and very accommodating. The food is amazing. If I will ever go back to Amman, I will for sure stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are so beautiful, the arrangement is gorgeous. Service is fast, and the staff are super helpful. I'm staying here today as I believe this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. More importantly, I stayed at a lot of hotels, all in all this is the best experience. Thank you all.

Clean new hotel near the bussiness area. You can take a uber for 2jod to center. The low valuation is because the friendlier staff is the cleaning and the pool is under works and we were not warned before.if thar was solved maybe a low 4. Room 406 is a family suite, huge but the room is small.

The breakfast is COLD. Lots of variety of foods, but every item is COLD (eggs, potatoes, pancakes, etc.) 3 days in a row! Even the coffee is cold!! The rooms are pretty and large, but ours was smoke filled. (We are non-smokers) The AC is weak. Location is poor! Far from anything of interest.

I have had numerous experiences with the hotel over the course of a full year, and I have not encountered any issues. Everything was comfortable, from the level of service to the staff, and especially the reception. I would like to mention receptionist Nora, who always makes you feel welcomed.

Nice hotel and the rooms were great. I wasn’t that impressed with the breakfast. The staff seemed nice and it is close to some nice places to eat for dinner/lunch.

I never in my travels came across 3 particular things the way I did with this hotel: 1. Breakfast is a "one off" service and if its gone, its gone. The food or the plates at the table are not replaced. So if you go for breakfast at 8am (even though supposedly they serve until 9 or 10am) it will be all gone and you will be hungry. 2. The AC is quite nice in the room BUT it is locked at a particular temperature, some sort of child's lock. You have to call them and ask to please let me have the privilege of picking the temperature of my own room. Mine was set at 28°C which felt more like a sauna. 3. I had to get a transfer at 3am so requested a wake up call and guess what, no one bothered calling. Luckily i have no problems setting up my alarm but I can see this being a big issue with elderly travellers Overall this was a very shocking and appalling experience to see how little all staff cares and how things work. It has the potential of being a great hotel but unfortunately it was a terrible experience and I would recommend you to stay anywhere else in Amman

Great value for money hotel, just 10min Uber drive from downtown and with amazing facilities. Clean rooms, friendly and super helpful staff (also the ones of the restaurant). Quiet rooms, very comfortable beds and nicely furnished

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 days. The staff are friendly and will help with any issues. The location is great, there is a supermarket and pharmacy right next door. It’s near the AlQasr hotel which has a few nice restaurants and bar. The food for breakfast and dinner is included and it’s a good spread. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable.

Generally good. Staff are on point and it is an upper end 3 star hotel. It is still on a learning curve but getting better.

We stayed at the Ambassador hotel for 3 nights in November 2022. All in all it’s a nice hotel but I can only give it two stars for the following reasons: 1) We booked one double and one triple room. The triple room only had two beds in it and when we let them know, they brought up a cot which was very uncomfortable. If you book a triple room it should have beds for three people not just two people. 2) We were unable to control the temperature in the room. They had turned off the central air conditioning for the winter which I understand but our rooms were 25 degrees at night even with the windows open. This made for uncomfortable sleeps and you should be able to control the temperature in your hotel room. I did notify them of this several times during our stay but nothing could be done about it. My suggestion would be to stay elsewhere in Amman.

This hotel combines between the western professionalism, cleanliness and enjoying the Middle Eastern atmosphere. All new remodeled, comfortable rooms, luxurious Banquate halls. I recommend Ambassador hotel for vacation stay, business conference, or a wedding.
