Rakwet Arab has a special place in my heart and whenever I get back there, I feel nostalgia as my first job ever was in Jabal Al-Weibdeh (Terra Santa College). The restaurant is a bit spacious with incredible decorations as I adore the mosaic and the vintage furniture & items. The menu is wide with various options to choose from. I have tried many appetizers & main dishes over there. The last time I tried Mana’eesh za’atar with cheese, labaneh topped with nuts, ottomans’ halloumi cheese (if I am not mistaken with the name/ it was special), a mixed platter of veggies, tea with mint & Turkish coffee. The only downside that it is a bit overpriced regarding some stuff. However, whether you want to smoke shishah, enjoy a drink, or some food, or altogether then you need to give Rakwet Arab a try ❤️

incredible staff who are super attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is purely amazing with nice music in the background, and a very clean seating both inside and outside. moreover, the tables are instantly sanitized after each person. the bathrooms are clean as well. the food is PERFECT! the portions are big and enough to fill you up, and the flavours are just super great. definitely one of my favourite places whether it’s for shisha, or for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 10/10 ❤️

Arrived late in Jordan and found this perfect spot. What was meant to be a small dinner before bed turned into a midnight feast and we loved it! the customer service was amazing and we had a team of very welcoming waiters, one speaking very good english. The juices were fresh and refreshing and the food was authentic and 5 star. Pleased to have had this as our first meal in Jordan!

A mixed and match decorated place deviating from arabic style. Tables and chairs are not all convenient for tall persons. Sad to see a tv screen paying at a prominent spot. Service is polite, quick in action and caring for clients. Menu had ample variety of dishes to select from. Portions were large enough for one person. Taste was also good. Prices affordable.

One of my most favorite places in Amman Jordan and there's so so many places. The decorations are stunning Like sitting in history and Beautiful museum.the food is perfect and thank you to the chef for an amazing food experience.....

Very nice cafe/restaurants, traditional setting with an outdoor sitting area. You get to enjoy some shisha with the views of busy weibdah streets. Food is surprisingly very good 👍

One of the most enjoyable restaurants in Amman downtown. We enjoyed shisha and fresh fruits. Wonderful decorations. Really friendly and professional staff. Absolutely recommended for a visit.

I didn't like it for more than one reason the staff there are totally unprofessional and rude. they have limited options to chose. prices are not make sense compared to the quality of the services and what they have offer I Don not recommend

Perfect place for brunch, lunch or dinner… Everything tasted really delicious and the staff were very friendly. Cozy and quiet atmosphere and good prices. Highly recommended.

A decent place with a really nice vibe and great music - though it's more of a Shisha joint the food was quite good. The felafel is juicy and well flavoured, and their manakish has a really nice and fresh softness to it with great zaatar on top. Their service is equally quick and friendly. All in all its a decent restaurant, but you're probably better off staying for longer over Shisha.

Easily the best Jordanian Restaurant I’ve been in the region. Highly recommended, the service is second to none with incredibly friendly staff. The portions were enormous so watch out, their starter is main size, and the main is for two people. Would be coming again.

Went there two times in Ramadan with my family and some cousins.. We had a very good time there Argeeleh is always perfect and the Guy charge of Shisha always makes sure you have all what you need . Drinks served in proper time and fresh , Staff are very polite. Price is very reasonable and the restaurant manager there whom I can't remember his name was very hospitable and kind Absolutely this place is the right spot to feel the Jordanian vibes and the vibes of authentic Amman .

Wow! I think this was the best dining experience yet on this visit to Egypt and Jordan. The clay pot lamb was spectacular. They bring out this vase-shaped pot topped with baked dough then they break it open to reveal a fragrant steaming stew of lamb veggies and broth that is absolutely delicious. The other items in the menu are equally tasty if not quite as dramatic, including grape leaf wrapped goodies and savory pastries. You will not regret coming here. Even the setting is perfect with antiques, beautiful tiles painted with calligraphic text and other Islamic designs, and assorted international currencies displayed under glass tabletops.

This was our first meal in Jordan and it didn’t disappoint! We enjoyed many dishes between us and Arab coffee. The prices are reasonable for generous portions. Our favourites were the meat on hummus, manakish, falafel and eggplant dip

At the end of a week in Amman, we ended up for a group dinner at Rakwet Arab Restaurant. It happened also to be Jordanian Independence Day, so getting a taxi to the place was a challenge due to the traffic and so we walked most of the way there. But the restaurant is located in a fun area of Amman I would like to explore more. We sat outside and the food was spectacular. The hummus, salads, plus the other dishes I forget the name of, were absolutely superb. We all had such a great time and ended the week with a great evening.

Loved the place. Will come here again. A great vibe, the decorations add to the vibe. And the servers are very kind.

The food was great, but the staff was really pushy with the tip, although service costs are involved in the bill.

had the muttabel and lentil soup, both tasted like they came from cans. there were no distinguishable eggplant pieces in the muttabel, it was just a creamy mush, and the lentil soup was watery. bread was yeasty and tasteless. also waited 15mins just for this didn’t finish our food and went to get more food elsewhere. two stars for decor

Excellent food, wether you're going for breakfast or lunch, you'll find something delicious to order. The service is great and the staff are friendly. Atmosphere is kind of like a confused blend of old school Arabic music but also the keyholes and money notes? I don't get it.

It was good, the food, the service also the price. Recommended for locals and foreigners how want to try Arabian food.

This place reflects the style of old Amman. However, I think there are better places. Workers at that place are lazy. I had to leave my table several times to ask for orders or services. Even when paying the bill. I have to wait so long.

Rakwet Arab is the best place to have a bite, shisha and a delicious cup of tea... :)

One of my favourite placed in weibdeh. It has an authentic vibe about it, with a mouth watering menu. I can have their stuffed vine leaves literally everyday!

Absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, I also loved the atmosphere and decor which was filled with Palestinian art! Highly recommend visiting. Can’t wait to go back
