Nice place and good music Despite the outdoor seating, but food smells was a bit strong

I liked the atmosphere, the place is very nice and the staff are friendly. However, the food was average. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and it was alright.

Where do I begin. First you seat yourself as no one there to seat you. Then after 10 minutes you're greeted and asked if you have reservations (even though the place is empty). Menu comes swiftly but the drinks do not. Drinks come eventually. Sugar comes after 3 times asking. No one checks up on you of course. Then the appetizers came. Crudités consisted of 90% bell peppers (I'm guessing chef had too many out back) and carrots were old. You can do better Mr. 5 star hotel. Cheese platter was mediocre at best, the brie was tasteless (old) and whole thing just a mess. Shisha took forever to receive even though place was mostly empty. I gave two stars simply because the waiters were very nice despite lack experience.

My experience is that this place put me on a waiting list / stand-by and said they would call back to confirm availability for our 15 year anniversary. It did not leave a good taste in my mouth , no pun intended, when they never called back to apologize like a 5 star establishment usually would.

I hated everything about this lounge. Horrible service, only one person serving all the tables. Horrible horrible tasteless drinks. The only good person over there is yasir the shisha guy, everything else is just way too bad. Never again

Nice terrace, food was good as well, but unfortunately the service was not that good, staff is not friendly specially to tourists. First they didn’t even want to give us a table even though we have a room at the four seasons, than they didn’t like to speak English. They tried to clear the table and brought the bill 45 minutes before closing with the reason we are closing soon . Than the hostess and the waiter rolled their eyes when we asked for another bottle of water. Overall we didn’t really feel comfortable.

My recent dining experience at five grill left me somewhat disappointed. The portion sizes were notably small in comparison to the hefty price tags, making it feel like an extravagant indulgence. Service across the board was disappointingly lackluster, leaving much to be desired. On a positive note, the atmospheric ambiance was a standout feature, providing a pleasant backdrop for the evening. Additionally, the hookah offered a delightful taste, but the cost left me wanting more value for my money. In summary, while the atmosphere and hookah were enjoyable, the high prices and subpar service make me hesitate to recommend these establishments wholeheartedly.
