Good restaurant, the service was fast and the staff was friendly, the food was good, the place is clean and not crowded, the prices compared to the size of the meal are a little high, but overall I will buy from the restaurant again.

Their menu is simple and delicious, if you are a chicken lover, then this is the place for you. I liked the chicken strips which are offered spicy and regular, and also the crispy fries which was really delicious. They have a wide range of sauces, so I do advise that you order more than one to try them out, I liked their barbeque sauce and honey mustard sauce. The place have a nice decor and ambiance, and they have indoor and outdoor seating area. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. They are located right in the middle of the boulevard opposite to duty free shop. If you are parking your car in the open car parking area, you can have easy access from gate 8 & 9.

everything about this place is great! Taste, portion, size, variety and even price! it's not expensive for the quality and quantity you get. they have amazing homemade iced tea! located in the middle of the busy street with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are super nice. great for lunch a quick dinner with friends!

I stumbled upon Chixter in a recent trip to Amman, and I was very impressed - so much that I had to go twice! The chicken was excellent. I highly recommend the upgrade to potato wedges. The sauce is similar to what you would get at Raising Cane's in the US. The employees are very kind and helpful.

OMG I must say this was the best thing I enjoyed coming to Jordan the food the service the hospitality from all staff especially Raneen the manager went above and beyond the cleanliness spot on thank you very much definitely recommend everyone to come here thanks for everything cannot stop saying anything but I must good luck and all the best will definitely come back if back in jordan

They didnot get our specs correctly.. One of the sandwiches was totally wrong.. And the taste of the buffalo is too much..the fries are very good..

Honestly we're extremely disappointed! We tried three different burgers today and none of them were tasty! They were dry and we couldn't taste anything also, the spicy barbecue (New waffle burger) had a bad smell and I couldn't even finish the burger. Fries were good and they were the only good thing at the restaurant. Passion tea and peach tea were more like water with a slight flavor of passion! Honestly you guys need to work more on the burgers recipes.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at chixter Restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this restaurant lacked any semblance of professionalism or basic customer service. First and foremost, the ambiance was off-putting. The lighting was dim, making it difficult to even read the menu, and the decor seemed outdated and tired. It felt like stepping into a time warp to the 1980s, and not in a charming way. The service was nothing short of abysmal. Our server was inattentive and seemed disinterested in providing any level of quality service. It took an eternity for our orders to be taken, and once they were, we were left waiting far too long for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and clearly reheated, lacking any freshness or flavor. The menu itself was a letdown. It offered a limited selection of uninspiring dishes that lacked creativity and innovation. The presentation of the food was lackluster, with sloppy plating and haphazard garnishing. It was evident that no care or attention to detail was put into the preparation of the dishes. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the entire experience was the quality of the food. Each dish we ordered was bland, overcooked, and lacked any depth of flavor. It was as if the kitchen had completely forgotten how to season their food. The ingredients used were of low quality, and it was evident that corners were cut in order to save costs. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar quality of the food and service provided. It felt like a complete rip-off to pay such a hefty bill for such a disappointing dining experience. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining at chixter Restaurant. From the lackluster ambiance and poor service to the uninspired menu and low-quality food, this establishment fails on every front. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a better dining experience elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing restaurant!! Food is 100/10 and customer service is also 100/10 honestly. Best customer service in all of Amman, and best chicken as well. You bet I’ll be coming back here. Never had such an amazing experience in Amman, the employees and food left me with nothing but good feelings.

Very recommended if you around and not sure what to eat. The chicken strips are the best item you could order with any of the sides available. The wraps are relatively small and can be considered a small meal, however they're tasty.

The staff are very friendly and explained the menu to us with great detail. Food was delicious, especially the wedges and cajun corn. Highly recommended and the location is great.

(Staff Review) I had an expired coupon (1week) I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and he told me it is okay. When I arrived there he said that he cannot accept it. I was a regular customer there but not anymore.

The employees need to be a bit quicker at their job. But all in all the food and the prices are great. Staff members are very polite. For me as an employee in a company nearby this is the go to place for lunch. Great job you guys! Keep it up.
