My
journey
with
fitness
is
not
one
of
love
at
first
sight!
To
be
honest
it’s
more
of
hate
at
first
sight
even
though
I
am
a
very
active
person,
but
l
can’t
say
I
am
athletic
at
all.
Never
liked
or
wanted
to
do
sports,
so
when
my
sister
recommended
l
try
Carrie
as
a
personal
trainer
and
ONLINE,
l
was
very
skeptical!
Especially
that
l
have
tried
an
in
person
trainer
a
couple
of
years
ago
and
it
was
not
a
pleasant
one!
but
since
l
have
been
dieting
for
a
couple
of
months
and
hit
a
plateau
regardless
of
doing
my
daily
routine
of
working
out
on
my
own,
I
had
to
give
a
try
and
ONLINE.
And
GUESS
what
l
was
very
surprised
that
the
ONLINE
lessons
were
very
motivating
and
not
at
all
boring
or
overbearing,
I
was
able
to
follow
the
instructions
and
observations
better
that
l
thought
l
could
although
it
was
through
the
internet!
During
the
sessions
Carrie
kept
very
positive,
cheerful
attitude
and
an
understanding
to
what
I
can
and
can’t
do,
pushing
my
limits
gently
without
endangering
me
being
injured.
Even
in
moments
of
frustration
she
kept
reassuring
me
that
l
can
and
will
do
it,
also
that
I
need
to
listen
to
my
body
and
respect
its
progress.
During
our
sessions
she
gave
me
good
dietary
advice
every
now
and
then
which
I
appreciated
very
much.
Finally,
after
a
few
sessions
my
plateau
broke,
but
at
that
point
weight
stopped
stressing
me
so
much
as
before
,
because
our
workouts
had
shaped
my
body
and
improved
my
posture
and
self-confidence
a
lot.
By
time
we
met
in
person
after
8
ONLINE
sessions
becoming
fit
with
tight
muscles
was
the
my
main
goal
rather
than
just
losing
weight
although
l
still
want
it
if
l
can
get
it
!
The
in
person
session
were
great
addition
to
my
progress
and
she
was
able
to
do
fine
tuning
to
the
training
we
already
started,
and
of
course
teach
me
some
new
training
tricks
that
l
didn’t
know
l
could
do
!
We
are
still
working
together
a
to
get
me
fitter
than
ever
!
and
I
can’t
wait
to
see
where
we
are
headed
!
