I had very bad experience with this hospital . My father was admitted here due to a blockage in the heart blood vessel. My mom was alone at that time and Dr. Manan Anand said that patient is getting attacks. We will have to operate and insert a stent to remove the blockage and demanded 1,50,000 for that. After the procedure , he refused to give the video for the operation and said that he will not be responsible for future risks if we ask for video. Also he gave us too many medicines that were to be taken 4 times a day and too were expensive. After 5-6 months , when we consulted some other doctor he said that stent was not required at all. Also , he reduces the dose of medicines. And he tells us that cost of stent was 60,000. Kindly avoid this hospital ..

One of the worst hospitals in my hometown. Careless staff and nurses especially in ICU, where you need educated persons to handle the patients. My grandmother was admitted there and whenever I asked the health and if there is any improvement they only say one word "they are sick" (One of careless nurses I think Manisha who do this lot of times). We know they are sick that is why we came to your hospital. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone because they 1st need educated staff who knows how to give answers in different situations. ICU is a place where only 1 patient should be kept, but I saw 10 patients were there, You can imagine how will they treat there just like in a general ward.

Dear friends & citizens of Amritsar, Love u all I wish u good health always but anyways if the need arises for medical aid, please avoid Nayyer Hospital, Amritsar. Though it has good nursing care but worst management. Luckily some good doctors like Dr Prabhjeet Singh are associated who are making this hospital run. 1) they unneccesserly increase Ur stay even in CCU. They just keep the patient there for their pretty benefits which causes panic to patient as well as attendents. 2) they add those doctors visits who never visited the patient. 3) they charge unused ambulance charges. And moreover , unfortunately if you have cashless insurance, you will be harnessed like a slave because their HR staff is so poor & mismanaged in handling the case that they take a full day in sending Ur case which is just 1 hr job. Then you will be mentally tortured for whole of the day. Over & above , no body gets ready to take responsibility. So, dear Amritsar citizens, I am sharing my personal experience , no heared story. Only with the purpose that someone can be saved from the mental harrassment or hospital improves it's system. Don't have any bad intention about anybody. I brought my father to the hospital and took an ECG 30-40 minutes later in the emergency room. There was no nursing staff at that time. In the emergency, only the GDA staff remained doctors. At night only gda staff apply cannula(vein flow). Only one or two of the ICU staff do bad things. I will mention the name soon. Do not understand the patient's condition. They demand money from the ICU to shift the room to the room and also ask for cleaners. Receptionist doesn't provide hospital manager mobile number. In ward one staff do bad things, talking rudely with patient.

Took my child 1year in the emergency ward. Coz of febrile seizure. They lady doc was unable to prick vein in my kid after 4-5tries she told to get admission they ll start process (vein pricking) in Operation theater 🫡 a salute to that lady doc. After taking admission she said her duty is off and another staff will take care now. That was my blunder mistake I made. Their hospital staff told they don't have any paediatric doctor in hospital they are just making money coz of the insurance case. After then I took my son to KD hospital for further treatment They said that u are in time otherwise it could be very bad. That was my blunder mistake to get my son to That butcher house. If u don't have treatment they why do u start acting as u have everything. Instead u must start begging on streets 🤬😡

It is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. It took my father away. There is no care of any patient. CCU over here is even worse than the general ward of any govt. hospital. No cleanliness at all and these people use old machinery. Super delux rooms do not even have proper oxygen supply facility.Nurses and other staff in CCU misbehave with the patient. They even beat them and talk very rudely to them. They have very incompetent MOs. Whenever any doctor guide them on phone, they don't note down, just verbally say ok and afterwards just forget that which medicine they were supposed to give to patient. Also there is difference of opinion among the senior doctors.They themselves are not sure about the right treatment of patient. It's my request to one and all that please don't ever visit this hospital. It is only a slaughter house, busy making their money. A big zero to this hospital.

They charged us full amount for a test, then delayed the reports for more than a week. when we kept on contacting as they were suppose to give us report after 24 hours, they simply forwarded a hand made unprofessional written notes without any stamp or signature. Please do not visit this hospital. My suggestion to the top layer of management: better go and start some open slaughter house rather than fooling innocent people. Rott in hell!!

Very nice experience. The whole staff is very cooperative and well behaved. The head of the Security Staff, S. Baljit Singh is very well behaved. Dr. Jagdeep Singh, (Gastro) is also very nice.The parking space is the only problem but then its beyond the control of the hospital management .

One of the worst hospitals, I have ever seen in my life. Firstly, they charge a hefty amount for the tests and once the tests are done they make their patients run for the reports everyday but never provide it on time . Secondly, they give hand written lab reports without any stamp or signature which can be tampered easily by anyone just to lure the patients to get the surgery done so that they can make more profit out of them!!!!

Very very very poor management… lack of knowledge… irresponsible staff members even the main doctor ( patients are waiting to know their test results but he was busy in his personal life, didn’t show up whole day). So, we decided to change the hospital due to the poor management after waiting for the doctor whole day, he arrived and was asked about the test results and the reply was please let me know what the other doctor says and didn’t provide us the details of reports. The staff members including the reception people don’t have any sense to talk to the family members visiting their patients. It seems that illiterate people are hired. They don’t know what their duties are like doing regular check up of the patients or asking if they need anything. They are just sitting there to talk or argue and counting people visiting there. They just care about the money not the patients. It’s a humble request for the management to teach their staff members how to behave themselves. They can say simple things with politeness.. it is not necessary to shout all the time. Sorry to say, but you guys need to do so many improvements.

My patient roop rani 70year female who is from pathankot was operated by Dr Ranjit Singh for knee replacement. Surgery and doctor is very good but hospital management and service is very poor. Patient and her attendants were refused food despite repeated requests. Even Dr Ranjit made multiple requests to dietitian Jasmine kaur but she refused to give food and instead said bad words to the patient Such dietitian should be removed from the hospital

My brother is admitted here, medicine is prescribed to purchase from hospital pharmacy, It is sold at Mrp 2400, for one injection,4 required in a single day. 2400x4 9600. If I buy same salt from outside Which costs rs 600 from apollo pharmacy, Rs 1800 in single injection 7200 in a day Other medicine is also expensive.

I think Nayyar Hospital according to me is Amritsar or say that it is probably one of the best hospital in Punjab. and specially the staff and the doctors there are all very helpful. Clean And especially the kitchen staff and the boys and the food there is amazing. And I want to encourage others to go there and take advantage of this hospital..

The patient was an emergency patient nd was admitted on late night at 1 am on 25th dec... Nd the dr. Didn't attended the patient till the next day 2:30 in the afternoon.. Till then our patient passed away.... carelessness of the hospital management nd dr. took away our patient forever.. THEY KILLED OUR patient..never ever go for this hospital if you want to save ur patient

Dr. Navin Dogra is the the most greedy person in Amritsar , he does not care if a patient is dying, On his recommendation, We took our father to this private hospital in Amritsar but he did not see my father due to a conflict with the hospital, I would say please think twice before putting the life of your loved ones in the hands of this cruel and greedy doctor, despite our various requests he refused to see our father and he passed away.

When we went their for check up they asked us for admission of patient l adding that their doctors will see once patient get admitted. We did all the formalities and admitted our dad. They even did figured out that our dad got silent attack and no specialist dr. Visited to see because of Sunday. As a result we lost our dad.
