Almost 1 hour late, and arrive with an overcooked gnocchi. I really don't recommend this restaurant. I ordered quite late and it just kept getting later. When it was time for it to arrive, I called to track the order. It would take another 20 minutes before the food would come, which turned into 40 minutes. The food didn't taste good either. The "buy one, get two" offer said the pasta would cost €16, but I had to pay €26. So that was also incorrect. Definitely a bad restaurant to order from and not something I would recommend. Definitely not an Italian restaurant, they would never send out a gnocchi looking like this.

It was looking good on Uber eats, but I didn't get what I ordered, I was going for a pizza 'putanesca' and I don't wanna be rude or anything but this was a 25 euro 'putanesca' while was expecting something of 50 euro 'putanesca' pizza experience. Look at the advertisement picture and look at what I got, half of it is missing. Although they did call because Lady Red Velvet already closed her curtains for some other, if I would have a taste of some other available sweets, so I made a change to some carroty sweetness, which was great, but mind you the sweets come from another establishment, this joint just sells them out. The thing is, the base of the pizza is very good, nice crust, nice bottom, nice mutti, but it obviously goes wrong somewhere, some parts were soggy and it's not what you get, pizzaways that is. I also ordered with extra ansjovis, and there is clearly more ansjovis on the standard advertisement pizza picture then on my extra ansjovis one. One last note, delivery was very fast in my case.

The pastas are absolutely amazing!! The Ravioli was really really good, I highly recommend to try it . One of the best pastas I have eaten. And the portions were also very good.

Review update: They reached out after seeing my previous review to check the situation and offered a replacement meal. The pizza was perfectly made and tasted good. The passion fruit dessert was also delicious. It was delivered exactly on time. Top marks for the service to rectify the situation. I can greatly appreciate that because take-away food combined with good customer service is quite hard to find in Amsterdam. I hope my future orders will continue with this quality. If so, then I'm a regular customer. Thank you to Nicole who solved my issue.

This should be a lasagne. A mushy mess....The pizza was also rather below average. We brought back the lasagne. we had all tried and asked for our money back. We were offered a replacement, but we refused because of the poor quality. Unfortunately, the food has nothing in common with Italian cuisine.... Also bad service and expensive...

I thought the lasagna was delicious and the carrot ginger soup tasted fresh and healthy, desert was very good too. Delivery was quick and the delivery guy was nice. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered from this place for our hotel the other night, it had an estimated arrival time of 10.30 and didn’t arrive till almost 11.20 the delivery driver gave us our food but then we where told me did not receive any freak even though we bought these with our meal deal, we then got back up to our room and the chips where slightly cold but taste was okay, pizza was what you would expect for the price of the pizza however they didn’t even have the decency to slice the pizza up, would not recommend, the concept of the the restaurant seems excellent but don’t be fooled by what they say they are!!
