The local Ikea in Amersfoort. Plenty of parking space, the well known Ikea restaurant and a large shopping area for all your housing needs. This place also offers pickup and delivery.

Ikea is ikea, you are in and out as quickly or slow and comfortably as you need to be. You'll find what you are looking for in most cases and it's nice that you can grab a good bite if you do decide that hang around.

Classic ikea; everything as expected however the toilets are a genuine health hazard, to call them filthy is an understatement. Very difficult to go comfortably it with children when they are in such a state. Do better please!

Apparently the biggest IKEA in The Netherlands. Once you learn how to navigate it, it becomes a pleasure to shop here. My one issue is that you can now only get godawful vegan meatballs and they're not free!

Very High prices! Maximum I`ve seen was a 900 euro couch and minimum aroun 500. The furniture`s prices are so higs that even aliens can`t reach them. The restaurant`s prices are also a bit high, and the hot dog area is reazonable. The cola is beter than in the store.

Entrance is easy, Parking near to the Lifts, loading area is easy. Good Customer service.

Lots of parking spaces, all in a parking garage. So when it rains no worries (2 floors). Large and enough space to walk. Friendly personnel, and as always. Nice showrooms. Toilet was clean and kept clean.

Plenty of self kassa’s available but all closed! Ikea doesn’t want to hire enough personnel. As a result long queues and unhappy clients.

Huge variety of items. Loved the showroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth it to download the app and use it for a great shopping experience.

Perfect place to drink a (free) cappuccino. Also nice to go for a walk on a rainy day and get some inspiration for your home. Great lunch deals too, soup and a sandwich for 2,99€ but make sure you come early as they are sometimes sold out before 13:00.

Long story short: IKEA Amersfoort says that we picked up our order but we never showed up. IKEA support doesn't help and they don't show any evidence of who picked it up? So, now we lost the money and we didn't receive our order. I'm going to follow legal procedures but they deserve this bad review as they wasted a lot of time and energy. More details: we mistakenly chose Amersfoort as pickup location and we went to Amsterdam to pick up. We noticed we made a mistake and called the support immediately. Support said that if you don't show up, order will be canceled automatically after 3 days. Instead, after 3 days we received an email saying order is picked up! Since then support couldn't help. They say ok, we fixed it but again we received the same email! Terrible service IKEA.

Ikea is great, even for just popping by and getting something nice and cheap to eat from the supermarket/food court. You don’t even need to go through the store itself. As for the store, it’s probably one of my favorite IKEA’s as its layout is good, and usually (outside the weekend) not too crowded.

A huge furniture store with products ranging from complete wardrobes to little plants and espresso cups, the staff is very friendly whenever you need them to help you, and the provided route through all the rooms and products give a great idea on how to use their products in your own home. The restaurant has plenty of seating available and is great for a snack or for a proper meal, Småland is available as well, and the overall experience of walking through IKEA is incomparable to any other furniture store!

The store itself is always lovely and it's always fun to just walk around. However the experience of getting coffee and tea wasn't that good since 2 of the 4 coffee machines were broken at the self-serve area and it had a long queue. Afterwards, when getting a hotdog, they ran out of most of their sauces at the self-serve area for that. In summary: store itself was good as always, bit disappointed with the service at their restaurant. The food is good though.

Typical ikea, although nowadays it's not as inexpensive as you might think. Good quick spot to check furniture and grab a coffee

It’s IKEA, what more is there to say. This one is actually pretty nice. Friday mornings are quite so the best time to go.

2022 update: It's still the same. There is always 1 critical item that out of stock. Infuriating!! This store has more restrictive opening times then most other Ikea stores. Another thing that bothers me about this store is that they'll have 8 of the 9 items you need in stock but the critical last part will be sold out for weeks. The online ordering systems leaves a lot of room for improvement as well. We were able to order almost all items for pickup except for 1 that we had to enter the store for. Also the very expensive delivery option wasn't available for all the items we wanted.

Service of wheel chairs would be great within ikea to help elderly browse

It's Ikea. What more need be said. Furniture is great and lasts one assembly round. Then you go get meatballs and buy more.

Waiting time for click and collect is insane, usually if u choose to pickup at 12:00-13:00, it will be ready for you only around ~16:00. This happens every time

Very dirty toilets

A death maze that will suck out all your money and energy - but for some reason, I cannot help coming back again and again. Friendly staff, a good meal and a no-fuss return policy.
