    Wrong diagnoses was made with my Guillain Barre Syndrome (serious nervous disease leading to 25% patients on the IC), which was attributed to stress. I told the GP that I could hardly walk the 250 meters from my house, but he did not think of a nervous disease, even though I suggested a relationship with the Janssen covid vaccine. After my hospitalization in Athens (on holiday) at ER the GBS was concluded, with a possible link to the Janssen covid vaccin. There was no help from the GP on either repatriation, contacts with the Janssen side effects help line, contacts for the further medical path in NL. They just sticked to their mantra of their good diagnosis. A disgrace for Dutch health care!

    As soon as I told I don’t have a house doctor, the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes and hanged up. Very rude.

    All the doctors of this office are nice, professional, they speak english and one of them speak a perfect french. I really recommend them.

    I enter in the center because i have a flu i ask gently please help me i need to see a GP she asked me where do you live i said in amsterdam oost , she said sorry we keep our time for our own people ... just WOW

    The doctors are mostly great, however their administration seems incapable. Had my prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy several times. The first time I was in the pharmacy trying to figure out what was wrong, and when calling them they raised their voice that nothing is wrong and it was sent to the right location. After several phone calls the figured out they sent it to a pharmacy with the same name in a small village, even after asking them several times to confirm they had the right pharmacy and giving them the address. I would have thought they corrected this but when I went again to pick up another prescription the same issue occurred. Now I recently changed pharmacies and the pharmacy and doctor were in contact regarding my allergies but the doctor didn’t send my regular prescription to the pharmacy even after months. I would expect this to happen automatically. I then asked them to send this to me via mail as I was on a trip and when I came back I asked them if they had already send it to my pharmacy. They said I can simply use the email they send to me privately. The pharmacy (as expected) told me that this is not how it is done in the Netherlands and that the doctor has to send it to the pharmacy.

    Settling in Amsterdam, and cut my hand on a rusty screw. HAP gave me a tetanus booster shot within 1 hour. Thank you Pien! I sadly do not know the names of two other ladies and a gentleman that were there, and thanks everyone for the very kind, empathic and professional care.

    I had to wait 1 hour for the doctor even though I had an appointement. When they called me to the doctors room the doctor just had a quick ”check” and told me literally ”2 weeks of ibuprofein if it does not work come back, do you have anything else because I have 10minutes to eat something before my next patient” After 2 weeks of ibuprofein I went back and another doctor called me this time. This doctor was almost mute, i wonder if he had the ability to speak. He was able to tell me that I have to take MRA and told me that Im gonna receive information about the appointment to my email which I never received. After 2 sessions here I did not receive any kind of help, guidance or whatsoever.

    I would not recommend. Up until 2 years ago this was the best GP in my opinion. And then unfortunately he retired and 2 others took over and since then it has gone down hill. They don’t listen to you at all. Insisted my mother who is down with severe flu came in and then refused to speak to her on the phone. And this is just one example. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a really pleasant experience here. I came as a tourist in Amsterdam with an infection on my foot that I wanted to get looked at immediately. When I called in I got an appointment on the same day a couple of hours later, the waiting time was nonexistent. The doctor was so nice and looked at it thoroughly and went over the options I had and was generally really reassuring and took enough time - which is something I sometimes don’t even get from doctors where I live. The receptionists were really friendly too. Definitely recommend this place as a tourist!

    Had only positive experience with this practice so far. Can easy make appointment online , doctors listen to you and explain everything. I was treated with care.
