The
doctors
are
mostly
great,
however
their
administration
seems
incapable.
Had
my
prescription
sent
to
the
wrong
pharmacy
several
times.
The
first
time
I
was
in
the
pharmacy
trying
to
figure
out
what
was
wrong,
and
when
calling
them
they
raised
their
voice
that
nothing
is
wrong
and
it
was
sent
to
the
right
location.
After
several
phone
calls
the
figured
out
they
sent
it
to
a
pharmacy
with
the
same
name
in
a
small
village,
even
after
asking
them
several
times
to
confirm
they
had
the
right
pharmacy
and
giving
them
the
address.
I
would
have
thought
they
corrected
this
but
when
I
went
again
to
pick
up
another
prescription
the
same
issue
occurred.
Now
I
recently
changed
pharmacies
and
the
pharmacy
and
doctor
were
in
contact
regarding
my
allergies
but
the
doctor
didn’t
send
my
regular
prescription
to
the
pharmacy
even
after
months.
I
would
expect
this
to
happen
automatically.
I
then
asked
them
to
send
this
to
me
via
mail
as
I
was
on
a
trip
and
when
I
came
back
I
asked
them
if
they
had
already
send
it
to
my
pharmacy.
They
said
I
can
simply
use
the
email
they
send
to
me
privately.
The
pharmacy
(as
expected)
told
me
that
this
is
not
how
it
is
done
in
the
Netherlands
and
that
the
doctor
has
to
send
it
to
the
pharmacy.
