I saw the bad reviews before coming here, but I generally eat fast food so figured I'd be fine. I was completely wrong, it is utter garbage, I had one slice of the pizza before binning it, it was as if I was chewing gum and plastic cheese. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Super small portions at ridiculous prices, just finish your zoo trip and go elsewhere to eat a full dinner for the price of a cup of lemonade and small mediocre fries you'd get in this place

I wish we checked the reviews before. We sit here with the kids after walking through the zoo, ordered pizza and fries. The pizzas tasted way worse than frozen super market pizzas. The part difficult to understand how fries tasted that bad.. like they fried them days ago and serving now. It is really pity such a nice place serves such a bad food.

We ordered something small a gyros and a hot dog there was nothing wrong with it. When I read the comments here I wonder where different people come from it's fast food people it was good clean conditions nice service. Except the screen didn't say thank you, everything was ok for this zoo. Next time for sure again.price ok Md is more expensive.

Fine for a quick stop with the kids. Not the cheapest food, but pretty tasty. Fast food style ordering and gets busy over lunch time. Vegan hot dog nice with good sides, tomato soup very tasty.

I’ll put this pizza up against any in Amsterdam. Delicious.

40 mins wait for cold and too expensive fries. Staff is doing their best but something clearly needs to be done to improve.

The fries were really dry, and the pizza was very chewy and tasteless. The food was not really worth the money. Lemonade was also a little bland.

Very sad burger (bread+pattie and a tiny bit of tomato), extremely overpriced food in general, especially for the quality you get. Would not recommend at all.

Slowest service I have ever had, there where about 3 people in line and it still took about 30 minutes for my hotdog to come out. Also the food to expensive for what you get.

Yes 3 stars. Not because of the facilities or location, both of which are first class. The checkout could be bigger and the holdups waiting for the food and to pay were frustrating. 2 hotdogs, 2 fries, 1 200ml water, 1 bottle Heineken, €26.75 Maybe I'm being a bit harsh with 3 stars. But my mind still says we shouldn't have zoos. Even ones as charming as Artis.

Hot drinks were great.

Burger was good, but I waited over 25 min. because they forgott my Number. French Fries dropped because the Service mate placed them vertical on tablet and the Lemonade was without sparkling water.

Would give a lower rating if I could. For a big tourist attraction fast food restaurant they truly suck at the 'fast' of fast food.
