More than great! I love the store! And I needed to update these great offers!!! Come today cause the piece "will fly" Amazing textiles, the brand is rich but still unique, they have comfortable style, new style, gender free or very masculine/feminine, the gammas of colors is so variant that can take your "breath away", all different sizes (can easily fit to anyone)... definitely a store that you can visit every week and change all your wardrobe.

An absolute favourite store since I had my first purchase in Jakarta many years ago. Fortunately it has opened in Amsterdam and the Hague. Perhaps soon in Rotterdam too? I've been a regular client since it opened in Amsterdam and it's worth taking the one-hour train journey from Rotterdam. Excellent quality products at very reasonable price. A group of young, enthusiastic staff provide friendly service. Check out is definitely hi-tech as there's no need to scan every item. Highly recommended.

Awful customer service experience. I ordered a €120 coat online, expecting it to be black as described. To my disappointment, the coat was a different color. Even after providing clear pictures showing the discrepancy, customer service failed to offer a solution, leaving me responsible for the return fee. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I won't be making future purchases from them.

Really shady business practises. Leaving two identically labeld products next to each other and putting this 30 euro sign on the same shelf as the purple shirts, yet that price only applies to products below....not the products on the same shelf as the sign... Unqilo Amsterdam...

Bigger store than the one in The Hague, a bigger and different collection, even the special collection is available in this store, really recommend to check this store over the one in The Hague. Also very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus one star, because the poor return policy. Do mind to always try out the clothes before buying, because you can not return the items once bought, you can only exchange the items for something else. This also applies for online buying.

This store had a good collection of items in most sizes. Unfortunately, their staff is very off putting. I will not shop at this location in the future. They gave glares and stares but did not ask if I needed help looking for a size in the coats. They had one cashier on the first floor for the enormous line at checkout. The employee there was the worst of all the staff. Perhaps she’s overworked but all the staff was unkind.

They have a wide variety of thermal clothing and accessories ideal for cold weather. They use quality materials, but some prices seem excessive to me. Friendly staff and auto checkout.

Self checkout is amazing! You drop everything in the basket and it scans all your items at once. Smoothest shopping experience I’ve ever had.

It's not the best Uniqlo in the world but it's still a Uniqlo. Great staple products, great quality, reasonable prices, used garment recycling programs, friendly customer service, and easy to use self checkout. It's always a bit busy in this store so it's impressive how the floor staff keep everything tidy. Be warned though... The line for the change rooms is always very long here. Excellent click and collect service too (but no free returns.)

Out of our 4-day trip to Amsterdam, we went to Uniqlo 3 times and we bought something every time. Really like the designs, cuttings, fabrics and quality of their clothes that are carefree and comfortable for daily casual wearing though they seemed to have marked up the prices of new items with a larger premium. Or it is because of global inflation?

Excellent store, all the staff were extremely eager to assist when I asked each of the 3 people for assistance. I’d like to make special mention of Alejandro who assisted me (someone with special needs) with tilling my items purchased and placed my items into a shopping bag for me! Extremely good service and I will definitely return to the store

Great quality. Reasonable prices. Employees were helpful and friendly. Only self checkout, no cashiers. Definitely my fav store on that shopping street. Ofc can be crowded on the weekend, so the best time to visit it: weekdays before noon.

They stole 129 euros from me. I purchased a cashmere sweater and changed the colour after purchasing it. When I walked back in to change the size, the sweater activated the door sensors on my way in. They asked me for the receipt, and because the receipt had a different colour, they said they would have to keep the sweater and there was nothing they could do to help and it is considered "theft"! Even if I had the receipt. They sent me on my way 129 euros down and kept the sweater! Thieves! Thankfully I'll raise the dispute with my card provider and will get the 129 euros back.

An amazing selection of high quality clothing and medium warm winter gear for a coldish day in the Netherlands. It can get really busy during peak hours and weekends, and there’s often a little bit of wait for the changing rooms; but clothing is top.

I made a 160 euro purchase yesterday amongst the products there is a set of beige t-shirt and biker shorts. I did not try anything on and when I went home to do so both of the products are stained, which was invisible to me when I made the purchase. I immediately went to make an exchange the next day but it was declined because I “opened it and checked it” at check out. The cashier even showed me a security video of me at check out to show that I actually opened the product. Horrible customer service. Just because I missed the stains at check out therefore I can not exercise my right to return faulty products? This is plain ridiculous, I urge everyone to be extra careful when making a purchase at this store.

Staff was really helpful and sympathetic. Really enjoyed my experience. Clothes have a good quality for a fair price, you'll find a good variety of sizes and it's well organized (It was easy to find the sizes on the racks and hangers). A nice place to shop.
