When in doubt, come here! Great service, gezellig atmosphere and yummy food and cocktails. Every bit the experience! It’s well suited for conversations with friends or a casual date with a view of the water and the trees and the breeze. A gem in Amsterdam!

Small menu but EVERYTHING on it is really delicious. Great variety of drinks mixers beers and wines. And if want something special, they'll make it for you. Beautiful cozy terrace when weather allows. Reasonable prices and great, great staff. As group of friends we really love to come back here. Wish it was only closer to the centre.

We had a wonderful time at Lola The Green Aardvark. The staff couldn't be kinder or more attentive and the food and drinks were delicious (we highly recommend the dark and stormy, made from their own spiced rum). As honeymooners from New York, it is worth getting out of the city center for an authentic experience where the locals go. We highly recommend visiting when you get a chance, just a short walk from the ARTIS Zoo.

This bar has a very nice terrace and a very chill atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. They have several options for beers and cocktails and some options for Dutch snacks and also some seasonal meals (the other day had a nice Indonesian-spiced meat with fries)

Wonderful atmosphere and the folks behind the bar were absolute gems. The food was tasty and the beers cold. Lovely terrace with charm and personality. We would definitely go back for wine and a cheese platter we spied at another table.

Something in the kitchen was broken so we could only order limited snacks. But I love the place. So friendly.

I love this place every time I come here. The vibe is so good. You'll get a little hole in the wall-ish feeling. Their service is excellent. The guy at the bar is friendly with a good sense of humor. You can hang alone as well. Quite some options on the menu which is like a breather in Amsterdam!
