Not with Dr. Marie herself was only a fellow doctor. Had Botox for frown lines done in June, but I had bruises for almost 4 weeks and the effect was much less after 1.5 months, which I was normally not used to. After contacting the assistant, I was able to go for a follow-up check after my holiday (August). At the appointment itself, I was told that the doctor who treated me had injected too little Botox, which explained the short effect. I could have this done again, but I had to pay for it again, even though this was not indicated in the conversation with the assistant. Personally, I think that the clinic could provide some service because I had clearly indicated my wishes and expectations. The assistant also did not agree with the fact that I had to pay again, so she offered a good and appropriate solution! All in all, I am positive about the clinic itself, but in my opinion this situation should have been resolved differently.

Voor de 2e keer geweest voor lip opvullen en weer uiterst tevreden. Dr Marie luistert naar wat je wil. Ik wil niet te veel vullen en het ziet er precies uit zo uit hoe ik het wil!

Onlangs na een overstap naar een andere behandelaar toch weer terug naar Dokter Marie. Het is bij haar zo fijn, dat als ik iets aangeef, ze gelijk snapt wat ik bedoel. Ze werkt rustig, overlegt wat ze doet, en is heel goed in wat ze doet. Ik ga nergens anders neer heen nu. Helemaal tevreden!
