I’m so confused?? I ordered a veggie chicken royale and got served this?? It was filled with cheese and sooo many jalapeños. I had to throw this away at the end because I couldn’t even trust if the patty was vegetarian. Real shame that I spent money on this gross sandwich :(

Amazing experience. I've come from Spain only to taste the Amsterdam's burger. McKroket was the best and the mexican crispy chicken also was delicious although I could not taste the special double burger. I will have to go another time to taste it. Jeje. I invite Amsterdam people to come to Spain to probe McDonald's experience. See you soon Hamsterdam.

I recently visited the McDonald's branch in Amsterdam, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. When my party and I walked in, we encountered several issues that disappointed us. First and foremost, the reception we received was not friendly at all. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaging, which immediately set a negative tone for our visit. We approached the self-service order kiosk to place our order, hoping for a quick and efficient process. However, to our dismay, the kiosk was broken and failed to print our receipt. Despite trying to explain the situation to the lady at the counter, we were met with indifference. Instead of offering assistance or an alternative solution, she merely kept repeating, "wait," without paying any attention to our concerns. This lack of responsiveness left us feeling ignored and frustrated. As customers, we expect a certain level of service and courtesy, especially when facing technical difficulties that were beyond our control. The staff's dismissive attitude only added to our disappointment. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity, we were finally able to obtain our food. However, the entire experience had already left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing any enjoyment we might have derived from the meal itself. As a frequent visitor to various McDonald's branches, I have come to appreciate the brand's consistency in delivering a pleasant dining experience. Regrettably, this particular visit to the Amsterdam branch fell short of those expectations. I hope that management takes note of our feedback and works towards improving the level of customer service at this location. In conclusion, based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend this particular McDonald’s branch in Amsterdam. Until they address the issues we encountered, I would advise patrons to consider alternative locations for a more enjoyable and hassle-free dining experience.

It's fairly standard, a smaller McDonald's in the area, minimal seating and no bathrooms, but they do have a map which points to a nearby location with a bigger menu and bathrooms, the service is fast, and staff are friendly, and the food is standard for the establishment.

Went for a quick meal before the boat tour. Food came out hot & fresh. Nuggets were so crispy 😍

Food was edible, service was edible, I had an edible. At least they still have the McRib on their secret menu, just need to say the password to the cashier, “McRibidy Bibidy Bop”. They don’t have a toilet so stay clear if you need a poo.

This MacDonalds was incredibly crowded, I guess it's an every day thing in Amsterdam. So even though I would not dine in here I can't blame it on the establishment. It was good for takeaway. We ordered via the machine and then waited in front of the cashier. The numbers on the screen were not being updated, so ignore that, you'll get called by number a couple of times by the people inside. The food was as expected from MacDonalds, so everything good there, they made it quite fast taking into account how many customers they had.

Very bad experience, would give less than zero stars if possible. No place to wash hands and no hand cleaner given. Had to ask a lot just to get water for washing hands. Food wasn't good either.

This was quick and easy. We ordered from the kiosk right when we walked in. The wait time for the food was less than 5 minutes and it was fresh when got it. Pancakes and croissant were great. The staff member was very friendly and thanked us for coming in. Different vibe than a McDonald’s in the states. Close to Central Station for a quick bite before leaving.

Food was fast (as it should be) but our drinks were forgotten about unfortunately. Was waiting to leave and had to end up eating the food within the restaurant otherwise it would have been cold by the time our coffees & Cold drinks arrived.

Hallelujah! They do gluten-free buns with double cheese burgers & quarterpounders (less the cheese for me - I'm lactose intolerant too!) Not a huge fan of McDonald's in the UK & haven't been in over 6 years. Your Dutch counterparts are putting you to shame!

As an American, it is MY GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO GO TO A MCDONALDS IN EVERY FOREIGN COUNTRY I VISIT. I got to Amsterdam and made my first purchase at a coffee shop. Just a pre-roll to smoke for a little afternoon pleasure. I finished my joint and went to one of those french fry stands. I got fries with the curry ketchup. Yum. After I finished my fries, I moseyed on over to McDonald's. I got a snack wrap and a coke. How does the USA no longer have a snack wrap, but Europe does? No wonder people say America is a dying fascist dystopia. The food was yummy and satisfied the munchies I had. I went to the bathroom and had to pay to use it. The women's line was sooooo long and all the ladies were super jealous I got to pee so fast.

Worst mcDonalds that I have ever tried. I was waiting in the line to place my order and the employee who cleaned the tables touched me and pushed me instead of asking me to stand a bit further. The employee who gave me my order just threw it in my face, like she was doing me a favor and the food was below average (fries ok, the patty on the burger was totally burned).

Fine for a McDonald's, fairly small but even close to the door it was warm enough despite the cold weather.

Service and food was fine however, my friend had her purse stolen from her bag by a guy pretending to use the self-service booth that was situated right behind the bench we sat at. This is a warning to anyone going in there. Be mindful that the self-service screen is being used as a cover by this thief. Slim build, 5' 8" ish, early 30's, dark hair, beard and moustache, black coat and trousers, dark complexion (Indian or similar, not afro carribean). Pretended to make an order and had money in his hand that he offered to us to pay for his order. This was obviously the distraction technique he used to cover the fact that he had unzipped my friends backpack and taken out her purse. Date of the event was Tuesday, 28th November 2023. Be alert people.

I'm uncertain about the reasons, but a meal at McDonald's seems to be pricier now compared to local eateries. Additionally, there's an apparent charge, around 80 cents, for using their toilet facilities.

First try in Eindhoven MD. The price is a bit higher but it's not just bad

It's just okay. The staff is always moody. It's in front of the Centra station so it's a good place for early breakfast before jumping on your train.

Very bad, we were waiting almost an hour. Only when we asked after three times did they make our food. Even though we were 32 en orders that were given were in 60. They give us an attitude when we said we thought our receipt maybe be thrown away which then mockingly grabbed it and say “this one”? After asking a few times. After that one they finally made it. Not a good experience!

This McDonald's is located in one of the main streets, and it was super busy. The staff was quick to get the orders done, but there were not many places to sit, so we had to wait just to eat on a dirty table. (Customers were leaving their trays and cups everywhere). Maybe they should consider hiring someone else to help with the cleaning to make the experience better.
