Waited 40 mins in the lobby for my confirmed appointment and no one arrived. Called dentist to confirm I was in the correct location and that the day/time was also correct for which it was but extremely rude customer service. Cancelled appointment before seeing dentist. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be rescheduling.

I resigned this dentist for sheer lack of interest and unprofessional service. She abused and lost my trust in her. Visited last year around summer for the third consecutive time regarding potential root canal due to sensitivity. Had to remind her twice about my issue, as if she couldn’t refer to her notes. Quite astounding indeed! Then she failed to show up for our 3rd appointment as she was heading off on holiday and fobbed me off onto her dental hygienist, who was apologetic for the mix up! Icing on the cake is when I resigned her services for a professional, competent dentist, she sent a letter to my new dentist claiming I wasn’t willing to pay for a root canal…just idiotic and spiteful. Don’t believe 5 star BS ratings. Life and one’s health is too important for mediocrity.

I am very happy with dental hygienist Roxanne. Previously I was always a bit nervous about the dentist and dental hygienist, but since I came to Roxanne that is no longer the case. She works very precisely and quickly, my teeth have never been so clean.

I gifted my brother with a teeth whitening treatment (😂 random I know!) in June 2022. The end to end process (appointment to treatment) was an absolute breeze. Ava (who also did my brother’s treatment) was so friendly over email, answering all my questions and working with me to book a suitable time slot 😬 My brother’s teeth are definitely a few shades whiter, and he is very happy with the overall result! 🦷 ✨ Based on the above, I highly recommend teeth whitening at this practice!

I'm so happy I came here! I was looking for a dentist in Amsterdam and chose Mascha practice for the good reviews. I don't like going to the dentist, it always scares me, but my experience here has been GREAT. Great professional and lovely team. After a first appointment to check everything was ok I came back for a whitening treatment, results were AMAZING!! I have the teeth I always wanted :)

Besides the fact that Mascha always provides my teeth with very good maintenance and beautiful crowns, I am now also very happy with my teeth whitened by her. That saves a lot of hassle every few months. As always, it was nice to lie in the chair with her. I can honestly say that I enjoy going to the dentist. Thanx Mascha!

Did my first teeth whitening treatment ever here, and had a great result! As it was my first treatment and had no idea what to expect, but it was definitely well worth the investment. The treatment itself took about two hours, including an initial process where the gums were masked to prevent any discomfort. Was an absolutely great process, and handled very well by the staff. Very professional and friendly! Can absolutely wholeheartedly recommend.

Very unprofessional, unfriendly at the counter, I waited fifteen minutes. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Dentist did not show up.

Just had my teeth whitened, what a wonderful result!! 2 shades lighter. Very relaxing for 2 hours. With Brite-Smile. And the staff is also very nice and caring. Definitely recommended... I've wanted this for years, and now I can enjoy my beautiful teeth again...

Mascha Koster is an excellent dentist. I had to pull out 3 teeth and do filing 3 teeth. she worked so perfectly and smoothly with no pain. I didn’t even feel when she pull out one of my teeth. A very good dentist. I had a root canal treatment, I am very happy with Marcha. I had to urgently go to Speddentist and he couldn't find where the pain was coming from (in which root). Marcha knew immediately. This means I don't have to pay extra.

Super happy with the result. Never had such white teeth before. No less than two shades lighter; looks very natural. Only the last session was a bit sensitive. “worth every penny”

My daughter (2.5 years old) and I enjoy visiting dentist Mascha (we are already looking forward to the next appointment). Mascha and her team are so sweet and playful towards my daughter that we have started to enjoy brushing/cleaning our teeth.
