At this place you have to order through a QR code, we were not able to get a menu and to ask for our order, it was mandatory through the QR. It took quite some time for the food to come. The sweet potato fries were cold and not fresh and the food was not tasty and stale. Price quality ratio is low, it is overpriced. I would only come here for drinks because the location and the building are beautiful. Really unexpected in such a beautiful looking restaurant to have such low quality, not fresh, food and service.

The food is nothing special. The local is very nice, but they need to improve in the quality of their dishes.

What an awful experience! We arrived at about 9:30pm and asked if it were still possible to get food. The server who sat us said that the kitchen was open and took us to a table. However, no one came to take our order or bring us a food menu. We flagged down a waitress, who went to get the guy who originally sat us (also our server?). When he got to our table, we realized that he was quite intoxicated. Not wanting to be rude about it, we just asked for menus so we could put in our food order, at which time he told us that the kitchen was closed (closed at 10pm). He was barely able to follow our conversation, and there wasn't a language barrier. We decided to leave after that, but I wish we had known sooner so we could try some place else for food before kitchens closed for the night. Really disappointing, and I hope the management can get him some help...

I ordered a burger that came with salad and fries and everything was delicious. Service was very fast, maybe because was there early to opening hour. Glad with the quality of the food, the location and this place in general.

Nice decor. It’s a very nice atmosphere inside and outside. Staff were unsurprisingly friendly and courteous. Food was amazing and it didn’t take long for it to arrive. Great location, right by the stadium.

It takes a LOT for me to write a bad review on a place related to the service, but what I saw here was something unparalleled to anything I’ve seen before. After we got there, we asked for cutlery for our food, and the waitress mentioned that’s not her job and we should get one of her colleagues. Seeing no one brought cutlery, we just looked for a cutlery stand and grabbed it from there. Later on, we asked for the drinks menu to the same waitress (because no other member of the staff was coming) and got the same answer “that’s not my job, grab one of my colleagues”. We finished our food without even the drinks menu, and asked for it again: the waitress made fun asking if we’d been waiting for it for long (while literally cleaning the table after we had dinner). Just after that, she dropped a whole sauce recipient on one of our friend’s pants (pretty expensive ones) and laughed about it - really, unbelievable. When asking about the manager to multiple people of the staff, the manager never came. When bringing the bill, they “spared our lives” stating they wouldn’t charge us for the drinks - which we hadn’t had because we never got drinks menu. Everyone was insanely rude to us even if (at least at the beginning and until they reached our patience threshold) we were extremely polite and understanding. Overall, really by far my worst experience ever as a customer. First bad review I ever write regarding service.

Horrible experience. The music was almost louder than the concert we went to afterwards. It was impossible to have a proper conversation even if you are sitting next to each other. The food was okay and got there fast but the drinks never arrived even after informing the staff about it 3 times. so we ended up taking them off the bill and leaving very thirsty…

Amazingly bad service. They'd rather just stare at the ceiling, than come by and get your order. The place was near empty with loads of staff. Also none of them was able to speak Dutch and knew anything about waiting tables. Food was okay at a reasonable price (for Amsterdam).

Decent food, but I ordered a medium rare steak and got it well done. Service was severely lacking. The staff was hanging around even though we had been waiting for our drinks for 10 minutes. We had to ask for them twice. And I'm really not that impatient. They were friendly but didn't seem to speak dutch and one of them also didn't speak English. We've been here before, years ago and back then it was great. So this was a bit of a disappointment.

They took the order for a Luxe Bittergarnituur (a mix of ham, olives, nuts and ingredients that didn’t need a complicated cooking) and a beer, daring to asked as for the payment in advance. Half an hour later they told us the kitchen had closed and just brought us the beer. When we asked for a chance to complain, they asked us to do it through the website where there’s only a menu on PDF but nothing else. So they offered us an unacceptable service but also denied us the right way to communicate it to the managers.

Never been so satisfied with a restaurant. Great quality fries, great quality steak and my girlfriend says it was the best burger she ever had. No complaints at all!

The ambience was good. But very less food options in the menu and we were not very much pleased with whatever we ordered. Presentation of the food was quite amusing but the preparation didn't met our expectations as per the Asian cuisine.

I booked this place for dinner with my team. I did it because I had been there before and I liked the menu and the atmosphere, moreover now getting closer to Christmas. The location is very convenient as it is close to the train station. There is also plenty of paid parking around. The reservation process was quite fast and easy. There is a special procedure for big groups. The actual day, we were placed in the upper level with a nice view. All are arranged nicely. Unfortunately, when they brought the menu, it was not the one I had seen and had in mind. This was an event menu with very limited choices. I asked the waitress, and after a conversation, we were allowed to have the regular menu, which was what I expected. The food was good, and we had a very good time together. I recommend this place. The service was good and the atmosphere was also very nice for team or company events.

Visited for dinner, mid-week - food was good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. I thought it was strange that the waitress said she was not allowed to provide complimentary tap water, and we had to pay for bottled water. Perhaps that is common in this area. Cost was not an issue, we just tend to drink a lot of water. We tried multiple dishes and all were delicious: Char Siu, Thai Chicken, Fried Rice, and Duck Springrolls. Our favorite was the Thai Chicken as it was unexpectedly tender. Many times breaded chicken turns out dry or hard, but this was perfect.

This supposedly to be Asian restaurant has a good spacious atmosphere and location. Atmosphere: grand cafe look and feel, well decorated but too much echo due to hard walls and high ceilings. Location: well situated at the Arena stadium square with shops around, cinema, train station and easy parking (P6) Food: looks exquisite, vibrant but taste wise not very authentic. For the Dutch/ Generic European public this is adequate. If you’re looking for a good time, sinewing/drinking with colleagues, this is definitely the place to go! For authentic Asian delicacy, not really.

Popped in here after the Ajax football game, it's right next to the stadium and station. What a cool place! You can just drink downstairs or get a table upstairs if you want food and watch the party atmosphere below. There is a DJ playing quite loud music so don't go there for a quiet snack but it fitted the ambience well, the crowd were singing and dancing, the atmosphere was happy. Food wise we had the Angus burger which was delicious. Definitely recommended after a game!

Disappointing. Aesthetically very pleasing and the environment is vivid, but service has still got to improve severely. Menu was quite limited because of game-day. Our waitress had quite of an attitude, perhaps a smile could have made the whole experience more enjoyable. We were waiting ages before she came back to take our food order, and didn’t get a checkback. Food was okay but a bit pricey for what it is. Drinks were super affordable and their wine was super tasty.

Well, this was totally not what we expected. We had take away: chicken terriyaki, nasi indonesia, peking duck and char sui. Chicken terriyaki was chicken with some soy sauce with no taste. Peking duck was not served with the pancakes according the menu and char sui was tasteless and chewy. For 4 menus for €100 for take away one would expect better than fast food quality. NEVER again!

Nice restaurant. Interesting architecture. Tasty dishes. One order by the QR code. It is faster but less personal. Live it IR hate it. They served the appetizer together with the main dish... strange, but I am nit new to restaurants, so I managed. The food was tasty.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Jinso Lounge in Amsterdam post the Coldplay concert, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Located just outside the Johann Cruyff arena, this lounge is the perfect spot to visit before concerts or games. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and good vibes. The lounge had a trendy and modern decor, creating a stylish and comfortable ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest felt welcome. One of the standout features of Jinso Lounge is the music. The playlist was carefully curated, with a mix of genres that catered to different tastes. The music added to the overall energetic and lively atmosphere, making it an ideal place to get into the right mood before a concert or game. After the concert, Jinso Lounge transformed into an excellent spot for an after-party. The atmosphere remained lively, and the DJ continued to play great tunes that kept the energy levels up. The lounge had ample seating and space for dancing, allowing guests to enjoy themselves and celebrate the night away. Overall, I highly recommend Jinso Lounge for anyone looking for a memorable pre-concert or post-concert experience. The combination of good vibes, good music, and a great location near the Johann Cruyff arena makes it an excellent choice for both locals and tourists alike. Whether you're looking to kick off the evening or extend the celebration, Jinso Lounge is the place to be.

The restaurant very trendy. The food was great Service: We were asking extra pepper after the food was served. It showed that girl understood what we want but we never got it. A little bit annoying that the moving lights are making us temporary blind. Maybe it's good idea to dimm down those lights 🙏🙏

Very delicious meal! Not a lot of dishes to choose from but there's variation in the type of dishes they do serve. Very fast service as well.

The cocktails are suberb. The service isn’t. My friend finished her drink before mine even arrived and no one really even seemed bothered by that.

Great service with a huge menu, maybe too many options because it's unclear which dishes they do really well. Typical for the Netherlands, this is an Asian fusion restaurant, so they offer all kinds of Asian dishes but nothing is authentic. I had a sort of Ramen dish with fried chicken, it was okay but not amazing.

  • 3/5 E M. 1 year ago on Google
Menu options are fairly limited, which by itself isn't necessarily a problem. Even though the menu said "scan QR-code for desserts and pastries" the website only shows drinks. We found just one vegetarian option, but maybe other dishes can be made without meat, we didn't ask. One burger wasn't properly heated, but after failing to attract the staff's attention for a while (it was a busy evening and it looked like they were understaffed) we had to go with it since the concert across the street was about to start. Staff are friendly people who do their best to help you out.

Average food in a massive space. The dishes are a mix of Asian and European with no real flow between them. For what you'd expect from the ambiance, the food is a letdown with average taste and not all that fresh. Service is great and staff friendly. The bar is also large with a great selection of beer and drinks.

It’s a shame it isn’t a buffet any more. Food was very tasty, service could be quicker. Prices are expensive for drinks

Waiters seem to be unable to take an order. Five waiters going around pretending to be busy. They let us order something that’s no longer available, only to tell us 10 minutes later. We order something else but they don’t communicate it to colleagues. In the end they tried to charge us the unavailable dish anyway. Something we didn’t eat and wasn’t available!

We came here on a Thursday‘s evening. We waited at the sign „Please wait here to be seated“. Different staff members looked at us and turned away. After 5 minutes of waiting, we turned away and left.

An ideal place to eat if before a concert or match at the Arena. Lightning fast service, once at our table we ordered and were served within 15 minutes:) The teriyaki chicken(thighs) was nicely seared. But the noodles are the star of the show, yummy! Unfortunately very hard to find as there is no sign or any other marking. Restaurant is located upstairs. The long lines at the entrance are for the bar, avoid the consternation.

Terrible service. We visited the restaurant as a group for a business dinner and it was so embarrassing! The staff was very rude constantly breaking glasses and throwing dishes on the tables with anger. The waiter broke a wine glass on our table and didn’t even bother to clean the mess. Food was good, but it doesn’t matter, with this service I would never visit again.

Bad service. They don't care about tending to you. Even though they're kind and nice to talk to. But I had to wait a loooong time to get their attention, even after walking up to the bar twice.

Small bar and eatery at the Copenhagen for that last minute drink and bite before takeoff. Well situated right at the centre of airport and easily accessible from all the gates. The drinks and food are a bit pricey as one would expect at the airport but the friendly wait staff makes up for that.

Located nearby the famous Johan Cruijf soccer stadium, this is a great place for a day out with friends. Good variety of drinks, snacks, and not to forget the cocktails menu is worth the try. Try the Monkey 47, excellent taste. The place can be very crowded though, especially after a soccer match event.

  • 3/5 Daniel S. 2 years ago on Google
A decent attempt at fushion Asian cusuine but definitely not worth the price. I ordered the Tom Yam; rich broth, noodles were well cooked, but the overall taste was short of a traditional dish. The shrimp was sort of gooey in texture and the lemongrass was too overbearing, at times the broth tasted like (citric) dish soap from it. I don't think I'd order it again. Can't say for the rest of the menu. Staff was helpful, but not particularly friendly. You have to pay for tap water.

Went to Jinso after a concert, my party decided to order cocktails. We were told they didn't serve cocktails anymore for the evening. After we got our beers served the tables that came in after us were having cocktails served to their tables.

Visited right before an Ajax match. Place was a mess, self service, only a couple of options to chose from and prices were soaring. In fairness they did tell us this at the door (not about the prices surely!). The interiors look nice. I'd like to think it's a good place on normal days.

  • 3/5 Rob K. 2 years ago on Google
Average food to me. It looks good but it lacks flavour. The kitchen is Asian with one dish from a country and it's hardly original taste. There is this kind of mustard that has a bit of taste but it's put on many dishes.

Great place for a very large dinner with all the food everyone likes. Nothing fancy, but very tasteful. You can stay as long as you want but sometimes you have to wait for refill. Waiters are very friendly.
