Splendid! Best steak in Amsterdam. Maybe some other places like Ron have similar steaks but are not cooked on open fire and is super expensive. PAZ was awesome. The service was very friendly and informative as well. They know their steaks and how to cook them. Cozy decor. Have a good time and get them dry aged steaks!!

Very well hidden gem. You wouldn’t expect this place from touristic route at Utrechtsestraat. They serve the best meat in Amsterdam for a very good price. The quality of ingredients is second to none. Dry age meat is especially good, it’s probably more expensive than regular steaks in other places, but the taste is also significantly different. Burgers are also good, but steaks are just the next level. The menu is rather simple, but that shows that the main focus is on meat. PAZ is my #1 option when it comes to burgers and steaks.

Excellent discovery, it is a cosy place with an open fire grill. The tenderloin is better than the ribeye, if you asked me. The charred vegetables have a garlic-cream sauce to die for. They also have Asahi beer. Awesome service. Great decoration and vibe. I work nearby but never noticed this restaurant. Good that Google Maps recommended it to me in the new, "For You" tab.

Newyork steak and the cheesecake is my fav! Goatcheese with garlic is also super delicious!

A MUST GO!! We found this on Google Maps with great ratings and I can see why. Easily the best steak so far. Cooked on an open fire with wood logs. I recommend that you make a reservation as the tables fill up quick. Little secret for you tell the waitress/waiter or chef that Harry sent you 😉🤫

These guys are expert of meat and cook it on open fire to perfection. Amazing atmosphere, good vibes. If you want the best stake in a chill environment, this is the place to go!

Classic burger was fantastic. Service was quick and courteous. Definitely worth a visit.

Had made a reservation and received confirmation via email but when we showed up at 7pm tonight the restaurant was closed. They didn't even hang a notice out on the door and didn't receive any call or email to let me know, super disappointed...

A perfect restaurant, nice owner and good steak. Recommend dry aged ribeye steak and classic burger with cheese.

My meal was excellent, and the place is very cute, however it is quite expensive, I had a small steak and I had some potatoes and asparagus on the side, I paid 23€.

Really enjoyed our meal, the food was perfect with an atmosphere to match.

Good food, good people, good atmosphere. We loved everything. Steaks (We tried Tbone NY, funguy burger) and burgers but also the side dishses are all great. Friendly service and reasonable prices. We were suggested the Horben Grioja red wine, excellent !!!

This is the best steakhouse in Amsterdam, which is actuall to say the best steakhouse in the whole of Europe. It's a slick operation, but it has a soul. If the menu has a star it has to be the slow-roasted prime-rib, cooked for between nine and 12 hours; but the rump and the T-bone also have their story. And the wines are as spectacular as you'd expect in God's own country, where great beef and great reds go hand in hand.

Great steak place. I have tried ‘Dry Aged Ribeye Steak’. Not only meat! the desserts are also very delicious, also the juices are delicious! Good value for money. Recommend to eat here!
