Probably not for visiting Americans used to the Stateside casino experience. The staff did not address us in English which surprised me, everywhere else in Amsterdam English seemed to be first language. The slot machines had no English instructions and so we had no idea what the odds were. The video poker machines seemed to have very tough odds as I could make out.

You can't play high stakes at many roulette stations, but later found what you were looking for. The concept with euro coins isn't bad, but it can be expanded. Despite everything, I made a net profit of 542 euros.

Scam, dont go. The machines wont let you play with your winnings, they keep asking more money and when you cash out they eat the differwnce in cents because they only pay in 2 euros. Lost all the winnings on the low stake video poker because of that (played 3x, won 3x, got zero winnings) stopped playing immediately not worth it

ID'd at the door so instantly very professional. Amazing staff and a brilliant place to have a gamble with your friends. Far better than any gambling environment I've been to in England. Even the customers are nice and taught us the rules of some of the gamesame as this was the first time we had been to a casino in Amsterdam!

Smaller casino, staff not too friendly, normally they offer you something, no smiles, busy place, nice to have had for once, but won't be back anytime soon.

Quiet and good atmosphere

Super bad service the personal upfront treated us really bad for no reason we were just coming in and they told us we couldn't go in for no reason at all literally kicked us out I do not recommend this place at all the personal is very unprofessional and rude.

My partner and I decided on a whim to take in a night at the casino, and had a very lovely time. I was baffled by how chill and quiet it was, (sound wise mind you) especially on a Friday night. Farida was very kind and helpful and will most certainly be a reason we'll return. I also appreciate the care they took of my wizard hat, as I was concerned about having to take it off.
