5 stars for the beef rice noodles. Right amount of spicy, even you don’t fancy spicy food much, the rich taste still gives you satisfaction. Soup is flavorful, proper portion of beef served in bowl (I think it’s slowly cooked), absorb all the flavors in. Restaurant decor is a bit old fashioned on the second floor. But there is bonus view of the entire Dam square, Kind of cool. Other dishes on the menu are Japanese style, not my personal favorite. Regardless of this, it’s worth to have a try if you are a noodle/rice noodle lover.

Super solid Chinese spicy beef noodles (18 euros) in the most random restaurant with views of Dam square. It was a little spicy for me, so if you can’t handle spice, I would be warned. I’m not sure why the name isn’t in English or Dutch (would be easier for people to discover y’all!) It’s a little confusing because they have a menu with Thai and fried foods for tourist as well. They have a really nice space with authentic noodz. Definitely can recommend.

嗦粉很棒！服务也很赞！ Food, Great! Service, Great! They serve sushi and fried rice/noodles as well. But if you wanna dig in some more authentic Chinese food, Hu'nan food to be more specific, try the one I ordered. At least I haven't tried a better in Europe yet!

Best rice noodles in Amsterdam! Been here a couple of times and last time the owner even invited me for free drinks! Food was nice, atmosphere was chill and staff were kind! The soup base was cooked with real bone broth ;)

There are no Thai food at all. Tom yum looked like just water broth with veggies. Very small portion. Fried riсе was just rice with chicken and with no Thai taste. Do not recommend this restaurant to people who loves Thai food.

The braised beef rice noodle is so delicious and authentic. Good quality of beef and spices are clearly used for this dish. Very happy with it!

We had an early dinner as a group of 10, we all went for the Hunan style rice noodle soup. I had the chicken one but I tasted the broth of both the beef and the spicy beef options too, all broths were well-seasoned and delicious. Nonspicy beef soup is a good option for those who want to have the proper Hunan version but can't handle the heat since the food was authenthic as the Chinese people in our group also agreed. The stewed meat was also very tasty and tender, and the noodles were delicious. For starters, we got the "three kinds" which is technically not on the menu, but it's a combination of 3 offal meat on their menu. The intestines and tripe were both well marinated and seasoned, but the seasoning on tripe was a bit unusual for me it might be a hit or miss for the others. The cartilage was my favorite though, if only the marinade wasn't too spicy for me I'd order it again for sure. We were earlier than the usual dinner time, so the restaurant was rather empty and we easily found a quiet table for our large group with a nice view of the square. Service was pretty fast and we had no issues with the staff, they were helpful. Would highly recommend for authenthic Hunan rice noodle soup, I suggest you don't even look at their "Thai grill and sushi" menu.

This is real Chinese flavor!! Highly recommend! ! We ordered spicy beef rice noodles. The portion is quite big, with a lot of beef chunks. This restaurant has wonderful view of Dam Square. Today we are so lucky that we got free drinks🥰! Thanks!

Very authentic restaurant and very nice atmosphere! The spicy beef rice noodle even outperforms quite many local restaurants in China. If you are not sure what to order, you can ask the owner and he will give excellent advice.

Super goooood restaurant! Nice beef rice noodles, and very good service. There's also nice view of Dam Square near the window.
