This
was
the
best
meal
we
had
during
our
4
nights
in
Amsterdam.
All
of
our
dishes
were
5
stars.
My
glass
of
wine
could
not
have
been
any
better.
The
dessert
was
a
perfect
ending.
The
service
was
attentive,
friendly
and
honest.
If

Oost
-
Bar
Bistro
Bravour
is
a
must
place
to
have
dinner.
Our
entrees
were
Rog
-
flaky,
moist,
subtle
taste.
Our
server
showed
my
wife
how
to
cut
the
fish
off
the
bone
which
came
off
smoothly
and
she
had
a
beautiful
fillet.
Iberico
-
the
four
pieces
were
succulent
(tasty
and
juicy),
and
just
the
right
texture
of
firm
inside
and
browned
outside.
The
zucchini
had
a
delicious
sauce.
Poussin
-
the
meat
was
juicy
and
tender,
with
a
fresh
poultry
(compared
to
the
near
tasteless
of
processed
chicken)
taste
that
was
accented
with
the
herbs.
Served
with
drawn
butter
for
a
rich,
smooth
finish.
Fries
-
golden,
crisp
and
crunchy
outside,
tender
inside.
Goat
cheesecake
-
I
was
thinking
a
goat
cheese
would
have
too
strong
a
taste
for
a
dessert,
and
this
was
amazing.
The
cheese,
fruit,
and
gingerbread
crust
were
in
perfect
balance.
Just
enough
cheese
to
have
a
creamy,
sweet
taste.
Fresh
berries.
Crumbly
and
warm
crust.
The
wine
was
a
glass
of
Domaine
Robert
Sirugue
(usually
by
the
bottle,
our
server
was
willing
to
sell
a
glass)
-
which
the
server
described
as
“a
big
hug.”
The
wine
and
his
description
was
perfect.
Very
low
tannin,
smooth
initial
taste,
and
enjoyable
mouthfeel.
