Great hotel. Located 30/40 minutes from the city center by tram. We had a superb room. Super nice staff. We recommend if you want a hotel a little out of the way and with rooms with good value for money.

What a brilliant one night stay I had lovely staff lovely room, everything was clean absolutely fantastic I would 6 stars if I could. Special shout to the staff who checked me in last night, and recommended the Waterhouse!

The hotel has been fully renovated, now there is finally a pleasant environment. There is also the parking and at the desk they offer a discounted price. It's a good price compare to the ones around the city center. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable 👍

I visited this hotel 9 km from the centre, comfortable rooms, very friendly and attentive reception service, excellent connections about every 15 minutes, recommended for those who want to sleep peacefully at night and keep a low budget. overall excellent, definitely worth revisiting and recommending.

I have been waiting for almost a month to get my deposit back. According to them it has already been sent, which is not the case!! I have called a few times and each time I am told that you will be called back today, which is not true.

They charge a deposit of 100 euros(for a supposed deposit), which they never take! They lie that supposedly the bank does not take money, etc. Instead of 40 euros per night, I paid 140. beware of these scammers.

A hotel that I will never go near again, they say that they refunded my deposit, they make fun of me, they claim that they took it as a provision, but the transaction is available on the receipt, my balance has decreased, I want a REFUND, if you want to be disgraced with your money, stay, but I will claim all my rights through booking, if necessary, I will take the matter to a lawyer in Amsterdam.

They take youre deposit of 100 euro and they tell you nothing when you check out. I had to call two times for my deposit to hear that they took the deposit..a very expensive room if you dont get youre deposit back.
