I went three times to Nurian and the first two times I loved my brows and the expert knew exactly what she was doing!!! Last week I went and I had a different person and it was awful - my brows were not equal plus she had cut my skin under my eyebrow and it took half a week for the red scab to disappear. I think she must have been an intern or new but it would have been good to communicate this clearly to me instead and leaving me the choice to be treated by someone new! In addition I called them up afterwards to share this feedback and it was never followed up by anyone!

I always get just the basic threading and clean up. They've nice service, they take their time and make sure you like the result, they listen and they're good at their job. Once I came with my baby and they're so nice and caring with the experience. I can't talk about special treatments but they've a really nice and loyal bag of clients

I have just done my eyebrows in this place. All in all it is ok, for someone even great, but, BUT None of my asks were heard. I honestly believe that if a customer comes and says “I want Frida Kahlo brows” you either do what she wants or ask additional clarifying questions, but not just do your standard brows that you are used to. And no, of course I didn’t ask for Frida’s style brows, though I really like them, but I said, quite clearly and loud, that “i want my brows wide and dark, pls don’t remove a lot, just very very little”. That’s what I asked. What i got - super narrow brows and not bright at all. Like natural color. Ok, maybe most of the people want it, not me! I asked what I wanted, i really did. And when i saw the result i almost cried, because it was not that I wanted and because they removed so much of the brow hairs that i will need another year to grow it back again. So, I’m very disappointed, very sad and have to dye my eyebrows every day and cry looking at them

Best stop for an eyebrows Makeover to perfection the best place from my opinion , not just in Netherlands but among the whole EU and Middle-East I traveled alot and compared and to be honest I wish I can have Nurian Brows Experts / BrowBar by Nina it was the post name Since day one I was a fan and till tmw I cannot come to Netherlands without popping in to Nurian place , shes is my Inspiration and she owns the best Brows place in the World I guarantee that to everyone as promise you will never have your brows done the same way its done here 💕

It was my second time that i visited this saloon.I have to say that I'm very happy and pleased with my treatments . My first treatment was with Isabelle if Im not wrong and she was very kind and polite. My second time i had a shaping appointment with the owner Nina. She was calm and polite and listen carefully to my wishes and came up with great tips. I have been working in beauty industry for 15 years and as a trainer for many well-known brands, service is very important to me beside the job off course and in my opinion this is exactly what you get here Looking forward for my next visit. The only place I trust with my eyebrows. I came here since the beginning and am still travelling from Rotterdam to see Nurian Brow Experts. Brow treatments give my face the shape and expression I want and are like a little face spa. I also get my lashes lifted and they last more than 8 weeks! After breastfeeding I will get back for powder brows also. Will never go anywhere else!

A while ago I went and did the lamination + shaping with the owner. Due to an error in their system, even though I had booked the specific expensive treatment with her, it automatically selected another name (I just noticed that they changed this mistake in Treatwell). I did not realise this, because the title of the treatment had the name of the owner and I thought the selected name was maybe her first name. Upon arrival, they specified that it was my mistake and that now I had to wait some time to be treated with the owner. Since I am not from amsterdam, I did wait. She did the lamination whilst treating another client as well so took an hour (and damaged my eyebrow hairs) and then spend about 5-10 minutes just taking away a few hairs and microbladed the rest. I was hoping for threading but this did not happen. I did not do the dyeing but still got charged even though a girl mentioned at the beginning that the price would change. I paid the full price and left and the next day I noticed how dry the hairs were and a few days later I already had hairs growing back after the shaving. Definitely not worth the 130€. I had the appointment on a friday and send in an email the monday after (so 1 working day) to give them the chance to fix this. They replied asking me if I could come back but I live far and cant spend another 50 just for them to take a look and probably not do anything. I send in pictures but they claimed these were fake and that I had dyed them myself, which I would never do, I can even provide proof that they were taken after and I do not even own any dye, I actually bleach them to lighten them as I hate the dark colour of my brows (and then also why would I not have taken the dyeing that they provided). She called me about a week later to offer a cream against the dryness but thats all she could offer. I use natural oils such as coconut, argan and castor oil so I do not need a cream and she even told me that coconut oil dries the hair out which surprised me and after research I don't see anyone saying it dries it out. I haven't heard anything since that and I am quite disappointed as the mistake was not on my behalf but on their system and they should have recognised it and acted accordingly or offered me either a discount or a (partial) refund. Very unprofessional. I did have other treatments in the past with them which I was very happy about but this made me not want to come back, and if I do give them a second chance, I would not spend 130€ on a treatment with the owner.

A scam. 40 euros for eyebrow shaping. She removed one supplementary hair on my face that she charged 8 euros more. Plus she used a bladder that supposedly removes the invisible hairs around the brows but hurted my skin..

First time visiting nurian Brow Experts, have been to a few places in amsterdam for my eyebrows since I moved here and this place is my favourite by far. I had isobel look after me this evening and I explained to her what I wanted and she nailed it. Such a lovely girl, proper looked after me, will be back

Very bad experience. Made and paid one hour appointment a month ago, took time off from a very busy work day to be there, took a taxi to be on time and the person I have booked was still not able to receive me after 40 minutes of waiting.She did not even bother to approach me herself to explain or apologize. Very disrespectful treatment.
