BEST NEPALESE/INDIAN CUISINE IN AMSTERDAM My wife and I dined here after a long train ride from London longing for some tasty Indian food and boy did this do the trick - the Rogan Josh, momo’s and the chicken biryani were to die for. We highly recommend visiting this establishment if you are around the area.

Waiter was very welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on the face. Really a pleasure! The butter naan was amazing and chicken butter perfect. Big portions also ! Would definitely recommend and come back

decent place for a curry. Visited on a weekend, and the restaurant wasn't too busy but not empty - we made a reservation beforehand. ordered: momo meat dumplings for starter, lamb korma, chicken korma, mango lassi and the naan that had cheese and garlic. The restaurant also gave us some poppadoms on the house. momo: normal - nice as usual but nothing too special. a bit dry on the inside as there werent any juice inside the dumpling compared to other restaurants ive tried. mango lassi: not as sweet so I liked it. korma: nice as I'd expect but not as buttery as another restaurant I've been to and I liked it more buttery. curry comes with a portion of rice. Curry portions seem small but as theyre curry, it fills you up quite quickly. Curries are served on top of a heating plate to keep it warm. Naan: very nice. not as fresh as another restaurant ive been to but still nice. loved the cheese and garlic. no corriandor (or because i told them not to add it). The naan was the thicker type.

Not really authentic Indian taste, spice level more fine tuned to Dutch standards. Like food is less spicy, less chilly. Service is amazing, like staff is so attentive to take your food preferences and prepare it. Ambience is also relaxing and light music. It was so cozy and we never even checked our clocks and ended spending 2hrs in nice atmosphere

The momos were too thick and floury. Paneer curry was decent and the nan was surprisingly good, much better than rubbery texture you find at many restaurants in Amsterdam. The service was attentive and fast.

Amazing flavors in every dish! We ordered the Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Korma, and Chicken Jalfrezi. Hands down the best 3 versions of those dishes I’ve ever had. The spices we’re distinct and authentic without being overpowering and the sauces were incredibly flavorful without being too heavy. The service was equally as good. 10/10 would recommend.
