If you think that if you want to ask competent people to help you to fix your gold ring with diamond, not very difficult request - don't go there. With smile , they will tell you- "nooo we don't fix. Please go to the other shop in this street"( where told me the same). They don't want your money, they don't need to work so basically - go to spend your money elsewhere.

Some solid gold offerings, at ok price points. Good for tourists looking to buy brands that different from globalized brands - Siebel apparently is a Dutch brand, so that's nice. I also notice the 14kt solid gold colour is more bright here, than in Canada? Must be some different alloy blend. Happy with my find - got a dainty 14kt gold necklace. Tax tip: If buying over 50 Euros - you can get a tax refund called "VAT" and they fill out your form when you provide passport number and email.

There was a black girl there who was very rude to us. She had a attitude out of nowhere when we simply asked if she spoke english or dutch. She continued to be rude after we asked if the shop was also changing batteries of a watch. That girl needs a reality check for sure.
