Ordered via Uber Eats, didn't deliver my order saying that I previously left a bad review. Didn't cancel the order, so I have to deal with Uber to get the money back. Take constructive criticism and improve instead of banning your customers.

What a awful manager/ OWNER As you can see from the picture the wings are over cooked and BURNT!! We politely brought this up to the manager/ OWNER his response was ‘ I may as well close the doors no one is ever happy when there’s blood people moan’ He was very emotional and rude it’s just chicken wings. His colleague was lovely and agreed that the chicken was burnt however he could not do anything. The manager/OWNER stated that he is not going cook more or throw them in the bin and said he is not talking about it anymore we just have to eat burnt food. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! And the Manager/OWNER should be given washing up duties he should not be the face of a company!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!

Ordered for delivery:fried chicken box for 2 and fried tenders. We were pleasantly surprised. REALLY delicious, good quality white meat. Will return for sure!

Awful food, not delicious and they didn’t know about their menu and the most important THE OWNER was EXTREMELY RUDE with bad manners and behaviour. Never go there again even if it’s the last fast food restaurant in the city. Worst one!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Especially through Uber Eats! If i could give a 0 star I would. I have ordered three times from Chitir Chicken and my order came 3 hours late cold.Truely terrible and a way to ruin peoples evenings. Also extremely rude workers who swore at me and hung up in my face.

Very unfriendly staff. The food is extremely expensive. Seems like the owner only wants to make “money”, for the rest nothing. Real bad experience.

The food was good and tasty except from the nuggets. The staff was normally kind, not exceptional, but good.

The sandwiches are basically just bread and lettuce. Very stingy with the meat!

Ordered a burger with chicken wings. The chicken was burnt black and you could smell/taste the burnt oil. Thought this must have been a mistake and called the restaurant. The manager said that this is their normal standard and he did everything according to their way of cooking with machines etc. Very bad client service aswell, as they got mad at me for asking about this. Couldn't eat the chicken because it was just that burnt, and had to throw it away.

Manager got straight up aggressive with me because I asked for a bag to carry my burger. Poor kid working there looked terrified of the guy. Burger was dry, and you couldn’t pay me 100 euros an hour to work in that environment. Won’t be going here again.

Nice food. Basic fast food menu choices. Good for a quick bite or a casual hang with friends. Tables could be cleaned more often though, a lot are still dirty from the costumers before. Toilets were clean. Would go again 👍

We wanted to eat burger with my husband and it was not appetizing at all. - First of all, they said that we did not pay even though we paid. When the owner came for help he was extremely angry and stressed - The staff were not friendly at all. - We wanted one coke, we bought two cokes. - Sauces were missing. - Moreover, instead of meat burger, we received a chicken burger and we had to eat it to avoid getting even more stressed. How could such a simple burger be so bad! The answer is: - The lettuce was chopped and it all spilled out while eating. The chicken was not a single piece (2-3 pieces) and it spilled and we ate them all with our hands. (As you can see in the picture below) - Also the chicken was never fresh and tasted terrible. +Fortunately, we liked the fries. So one star is quite enough. Never again!
