Food was okay, nothing special in my opinion for the price too. Service was mediocre - again, nothing special. Seating was a bit off although I do think the atmosphere inside is very cute and cozy. Very well decorated and clean.

Sandwich, Pizza, Cannoli oh my!! One of the best sandwiches I have had. It had the perfect amount of pesto to mozzarella then a balsamic glaze drizzle, perfection. The Cannolis and pizza were authentic Italian staples and were executed perfectly.

Good relation between price and quality. There is an open kitchen and very specific decor. Unfortunately it was too hot inside because of the oven and there weren’t any seats outside.

Good pizza with beautiful crust, though a tad soggy in the middle. Tiramisu is okay. The service was a bit lackluster as we got our order after people who ordered after us while my pizza was cooled waiting on the counter :/ Okay for a quick pizza stop. Prices are good.

Great pizza of the beaten tourist track. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and space outside to eat. No canal view but it's right next to a mtero station. Clean, fresh and we'll worth a visit. Would return.

Pizza is very good. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. Waiting time was more then acceptable. Also you should really try out the tiramisu they offer, it's amazing. Services could be better. Not to friendly not to welcoming. But at least they make great.pizza

Great find for pizza lovers: thin, flavorful and one of the best I've had (Toscana). The homemade tiramisu is a hit too. Cozy place with friendly staff. Worth a visit for authentic Italian.

It took a while till we manage to order, after that the service was fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. In terms of taste the pizzas were really good, however both of them were a bit soggy in the middle which made them hard to cut. Nice experience overall and the prices are adequate.

My oh my. Their buratta pizza is out of this world. Everything's flavor was maxed out. The dough was crispy. I don't think I had a pizza this good before.

Not much seating but if you do manage to get a seat the atmosphere is wonderful and the view down upon the kitchen provides great entertainment. They don’t serve alcohol but have a nice selection of soft drinks.

Passed by this Italian pizza place randomly and decided to stop for coffee and ice cream. We didn't try the handmade pizza but it sure looked good. The homemade cheesecake was heavenly also. Cool hipster vibe within residential homes.

I am a tourist visit Amsterdam. I was lost in the sea of the restaurant in Amsterdam. I searched on the google map and see this restaurant has high rating. When I arrived, I saw lots of locals brought 1 or 2 pizza took away and at 830pm, the restaurant still need to wait for table (worth for waiting) The food was great. Fresh, Tasty and the taste is almost the same as eating in Italy. The serving is amazing. The man with long hair (Boss?) with great passion running the restaurant. He walking around serving us and singing+dancing 🤣. You can feel that he is enjoying and he treat the customer like his friend, he keep talking with the customer and with smile. His recommendation is perfect. I ordered a todays special pizza with burrata cheese and a burrata cheese salad. The cheese was fresh and creamy. The tiramisu also great, but I love putting more coffee on it. The restaurant is a semi open design, which giving the people a chill place. As a tourist, I still remember the taste and the whole experience when I have pizza in my home country.🤣 This an restaurant you must visit in Amsterdam. I ordered one salad, a pizza with 2 drinks and a dessert tiramisu

I really love pizza, and I gotta say, this has to be one of the top 3 pizzas I’ve had in my life. Thin crust, crispy, not floppy, solid cheese ratio - it all just hits the spot. I got the margherita and finished it by myself (rarity!). Highly recommend this gem.

Highly recommended! Super delicious italian style pizza, thin and crunchy, not overloaded, just pizza excellence! Only a few seats inside but you can enjoy your pizza in this unusual style very well. Furthermore you can watch the whole process from making the pizza until it is served at your table. Prices are not too cheap but hey, this is Amsterdam. And their pizza is worth every cent you pay! Very friendly people in there, it was our second time and it won't be the last time, this is for sure. When we get back to Amsterdam we will have more of these outrageously delicious pizzas!

Super bad experience, after 25 min waiting at the shop they forgot to give us the pizza that was already done and give it to us col, without and apology. Never again, I wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy

I like the concept. You can stop by for a quick coffee or a sandwich as well a full meal (they make pizza with a wood oven). The restaurant/bar is very cozy. The staff is nice and friendly. We had pizza, which was ok and a couple of San Pellegrino soft drinks which were very good. Limited seats. Not expensive. Open for lunch during the weekend. I will come back to try their tiramisù 😀

Walked in without a reservation and got a nice little area to sit inside. Ordered the pizza special and it was amazing, by far one of the nicest pizza I have had in Amsterdam! The ingredients are top quality! This pizza had: burrata, mozzarella, spinach, cherry tomatoes, sundry tomatoes, pesto drizzled and of course basil 🌿 Will be back for more! This place also sells a lot of amazing Italian products and wines!

Italian paradise in the heart of Amsterdam. Italian music, books, drinks, wine, pizza, sweets ..... Best pizza I have ever eaten. Really amazing Regarding service it is mostly self service for ordering and getting drinks. But I find it cozy family Italian style

Found this place on Trip Advisor after stumbling across a few very lousy places. Pizza was perfect. Very highly recommended. Sadly they don't serve wine (they sell bottles to go) and the seating is limited, so next time I'll do take away.

We had a great time at Il Sogno. Staff were welcoming and wanted to make sure we had a great time. The chef put in a lot of passion into making the pizzas which tasted amazing!

Wow. This place is a slice of Italian heaven, singing chef included! Margherita pizza and Tonno panini were outstanding. Great atmosphere, affordable and just outside the tourist zone which was nice.

MAMA MIA! Surrounded by hundreds of bad quality Restaurants there is this one little GEM! The pizza was 10/10! Very good Food very Vibes! They even opened on December 31th! Was so lucky to not give up on finding a good restaurant and, il Sogno is it!
