Breakfast
in
the
restaurant
was
very
good
and
the
staff
friendly
and
helpful.
Did
not
receive
the
room
that
was
reserved.
I
booked
a
canal
view
room
on
the
back
(quiet)
side
of
the
hotel
and
was
given
a
room
on
the
front
side
of
the
hotel
with
the
noise
of
the
trams
that
ran
24/7
just
outside
the
window.
If
you
book
here
I
strongly
recommend
that
you
book
a
room
on
the
back
side
of
the
hotel
to
avoid
the
train
like
noise
that
continues
throughout
the
night.
Club
amenities
not
up
to
par.
Paid
for
a
Club
room
and
club
was
open,
but
they
were
not
serving
drinks
and
appetizers
in
the
evening
as
HR
usually
does
for
their
club
rooms.
A
limited
selection
of
bar
drinks
were
only
offered
in
the
hotel
bar
during
2
hour
happy
hour
period
along
with
an
appetizer
platter.
Definitely
not
worth
the
money
spent
to
stay
in
a
"club"
room.
Poor
room
service.
Drinking
glasses
were
never
cleaned
and
dirty
dishes
were
left
in
the
room
after
room
service.
Took
away
bath
towels
and
bath
cloths
and
did
not
replace.
Did
not
empty
trash.
Did
not
replenish
coffee.
English
selection
radio
broadcasts
on
TV
(BBC
channels)
did
not
work.
The
wait
staff
in
the
bar
was
very
good
but
the
bartender
on
first
night
was
completely
unacceptable.
Sat
at
the
bar
and
was
not
even
acknowledged
by
the
bartender.
She
continued
to
fill
orders
of
wait
staff
and
take
phone
orders
but
never
served
us.
A
member
of
the
wait
staff
eventually
came
and
took
our
order.
When
bartender
finally
brought
our
drinks
we
ordered
appetizers
off
the
menu.
They
were
never
brought
out.
When
I
received
my
bill,
the
appetizers
were
on
the
bill
and
I
had
to
request
they
be
removed.
It
was
at
the
billing
time
that
I
was
also
advised
that
drinks
we
had
ordered
were
not
part
of
the
club
package
and
had
to
be
paid
for.
