We just finished our lovely visit with Derek to see if we would like to join the club Sento. I wanted to have a closer look to the pool from the outside through glasses (where nobody was there). A really disrepectful, insolent, onpolite Dutch woman said to me that I was not allowed to go in. The reason was not clear. No apologies, no motivations. A cold no. Is this the way you treat your potential clients? Which manners are those? She should be ashamed of this behavior. An a tip for you, as you would like to promote wellness and fitness I suggest to take employees that reflects both physically and mentally your core business.

A breath of fresh air this one of a kind spa healthclub. The staff is stellar in every way. Health-wise I needed to figure out a new routine, getting back in shape, a friend pointed out I should check out Sento. I felt at ease and welcome. The spaces are balanced and beautiful. They offer many options and perks. Personal training here is next level. Almost forgot to mention: fun roof top work outs with a view.

My wife and I joined Sento 6 months ago and are really happy that we did. The staff and facilities are great, having access to a pool, gym, classes and a spa ensures that you are never board and are able to mix up your workout routine. For us the best part of the club has been the amazing trainers and the different small groups and classes that are offered. Each week the trainers will put together small workout sessions that you can join They are fun, challenging and deliver a great workout. The morning breakfast that is available with a membership isn't bad either. If you want to find a health club that will improve your physical and mental well being, I can not recommended Sento enough.

My reservation got cancelled 2 times and they let me know after days! I made a reservation for private spa for a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, they told me after 3 days they cancelled the appointment because of an error in their system which created a double booking. I understood the situation and make another reservation for the next week. Now again, after 4 days they emailed me that they are cancelling again because of staff shortage. No alternative solution or nothing to make their mistake! There is definitely a professionalism, communication and customer experience problem on their side which I wish they can improve.

Sento has been such a blessing as I was recovering from burnout, it’s become my go-to place. Everyone here is super personable and helpful and the crowd is so diverse. The coffee is amazing, really great trainers (Ties was my trainer and always so kind and proactive), and amazing spa that has everything you need, including a sauna and the best massage chairs where you can relax for a while. And the little touches like having bath salts makes all the difference. I’m really happy to have found this place in a time where I was struggling 💜 definitely one of the best experiences as an expat in Amsterdam!

Facilites are great and in general and staff is friendly. I give it 3 stars because I think if you have a more complex case where you need attention, the personal trainers and physiotherapy aren't up to the task. I have some challenges to train and I was very disappointed that my physiotherapy there and the PT didn't seem to care too much to speak with each other to give me the proper support. I am in s new gym and it is now and day. Everyone is physiotherapist and they really know what to do. If you have no physical challenges and you just want a nice place to train, it is your place. If you have some health challenges, I would say for the money you pay, this places is not up to the task

Been a member at Sento for over a year now & I love it

A member of Sento club for 6 months now and really enjoy it. It is not cheap, but I think it is worth it. Atmosphere is great, staff is always welcome, super helpful and chill, big kudos to the team. All facilities are also well maintained, gym is not overcrowded, very relaxing and cozy spa centre. Also helpful that you can visit other group classes and swimming pool (but I haven’t been there). Can recommend!

If you need to relax and get away from work then this is your place. Great facilities and friendly staff!

160 euros to use the gym for a week

I Love Sento! They have been life saver with their personal workout on the rooftop for the past few weeks. Great equipment and covid proof. Jovana is an amazing instructor whom trains you according to your needs and wishes. The staff is professional and always with a smile on their face.

Sento medical physiotherapy is really on qualitative level, I visit Daan for years who is professional, clear about exercises and each time helps me with my physique, if I could give 6 stars I would, overal it’s been 6 years I visit and will do so in future too !

Great spa lots to do and tranquil atmosphere

The place to be to relax, the staff very helpful, Sabina was great since the 1st email I sent enquiring about a spa day and was nice to meet up on the day The facilities are very, very nice, changing rooms are so up market, the massage chair (the one that needs tokens) is unbelievable, it really feels like a key someone is behind you, it moves you out of the chair it's that good A visit is a must if you like these kind of days whilst in Amsterdam I had to rate 5 stars, for everything Wayne Latto

Great experience at Sento Spa, service was very attentive and kind, the facilities are great.

Great gym! Sento goes further than just a gym. Great guidance, a beautiful Spa and training room. Everything you need in this place. Of course a bit more expensive than other gyms, but it is more than worth the money!

Great massage and small but calm spa

The loveliest welcome and staff I’ve ever encountered at a spa. Had a truly magical time with my mum there. Thank you so much for such a personal welcome and in the end due to their policy of not accepting more than 4 additional members in the spa space, it really didn’t feel crowded. If anything it almost felt like a private spa for most of our time there.
