This place is an absolute gem! We stumbled upon it by chance. Ring a doorbell to get let In. While we were there, the place was being run by just two just. One guy running the cocktail bar and tables. The other chap in the kitchen. Lovely low lit mood lighting. The cocktails are out of this world, and like nothing I have ever tasted before. And to call them bar snacks is under selling it completely. Beautifully presented almost tapas style nibbles that are just lush. We sat in for a few hours, and it just felt a million miles away from the hustle of Amsterdams nightlife. Highly recommended.

Easily the best cocktail around town. Menu is not huge but I assure you none of the drinks will be a disappointment. We cleared the menu here and had an amazing time!

Outstanding place! Service was impeccable and the drinks were delicious! We went back the next day at opening to enjoy a small plate and outstanding drinks. Next visit to Amsterdam we may just stay in one of their 6 rooms.

Went to Rosalia’s Menagerie with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely careful with my boyfriend’s drink - he has a severe egg allergy - and both our cocktails were extraordinary. I loved the concept and design of the new menu as well! We will definitely come back

One of the best hidden gems of Amsterdam! First of all, you need a reservation to get in. Cocktails are out of this world. The interior is amazing with lovely lighting, I loved every detail like candles, walls, vases and paintings.

Great cosy cocktail bar with very friendly and helpful staff. The ambience here is great. There aren’t many tables, so make sure you book it in advance. Luckily we came right after opening and got a table. Stuff eagerly assist you and suggest a cocktail to you liking. We had few kinds, some were great, some good, but all in all, the place is really worth visiting. Extra points for a fun pop up menu.

A very unique place in Amsterdam, tucked away on the fringe of the Red Light District. Don't be suprised if you walk right past the place while looking for it. The storefront is low key on purpose. Just ring the bell, and someone will come open the door for you. Very professional cocktails here, if you don't like what's on the menu, just tell them what you like and sit back and enjoy the concoction they create for you. Renee was the cocktail maestro for our visit and his creativity, professionalism, expertise and talent was readily on display. We spent the whole evening here having a great time talking with the other guests, Renee and the staff. Great mix of people, wonderful atmosphere, and phenomenal, creative, and high quality drinks to be had. They do offer small bar snacks, but having come here straight from dinner, we did not eat anything here.

A very good place to have a Cocktail. It is a very small bar and you should make a reservation before you get here. Inside it is really cute and the cocktails are very special. I would definatly come back!

A really nice relaxing place for some cocktails near the centre. Great drinks and great service. A nice range of flavours on the menu with really detailed descriptions to help you pick something you will enjoy. The staff are also really polite and knowledgeable. There are cool drawings and paintings around the bar too.

A very small cocktail bar with very few seats and unique cocktails. The waiter was very informative about everything that was on the menu and helped us choose our tasteful drinks. The bar’s decoration was cozy and welcoming, definitely we will visit again.

So glad we went here! My husband and I were in agreement on the 5 star rating and that never happens. He had a modern twist on an old fashioned and I had a lovely peach drink. We enjoyed the atmosphere. And lived the secret door!

100% recommend! Matthew took care of us and he was a doll! So sweet and thorough when he greeted us and explained the menu. They update the menu every season. We ordered everything he recommended and they were delicious. Everything at this place was well thought out. So much care and thought was put into the decorations, even the receipt and menus!

While roaming the streets of Amsterdam during our 20-hour layover without any planning in particular, we came across a cute little "speakeasy" style bar. After you ring a bell, you wait for the doors to open. There is a sign that it might take a while to be let in, since inside they only have 7 or 8 tables designed as chessboards, and a few seats at the bar. We were lucky to wait only about 10 minutes. As soon as you are in, you are surrounded with a very unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were no spaces at the bar, but we got a table right across to watch the master at work. The menu gives a short run down on the history of the place, background on the staff and, of course, a variety of drinks. To our surprise the bartender happened to be a 2022 world class winner of bartending competition. It was truly facinating watching him create drinks: quick, creative and funny - a great combination for a perfect bartender. A unique place with unique drinks, it was totally worth the wait. I am sure they are not lacking customers, but I was so impressed that I couldn't neglect leaving the review. If I could do 10 stars, I would with no hesitation.

Amazing, sweet little bar in the heart of Amsterdam. The outside is inconspicious, but if you ring the bell, you will be guided in a stylish bar with a great ambiente. The service is very sweet, professionel and caring. They will help with your choice of drinks, if needed. The drinks were stunnig and we never had such a good cocktail before. They Arena high quality, creative and taste amazingly. Just a great experience to enjoy drinks here.

The place is very nice in design and quality of the cocktails. The shaker and server where very friendly as well. Sadly during our visit there was a smell of sewage in the bar. It seemed very strong near the toilets in the basement, but also noticeable when entering and sitting at the bar. It is definitely an issue to be solved, because it shouldn't be part of the experience

Lovely bar, cozy and peaceful. My partner and I had two drinks here for over an hour and a half. Service was highly knowledgeable and offered personalised drinks to our taste. More of a date night experience than the overcrowded tourist areas. As other reviews have said, press the buzzer outside and wait for there to be a table available.

Really interesting little hidden place. Great signature cocktails and very attentive service. You have to ring the doorbell to get in, great cleanser for the bedlam of tourists downtown.

An incredibly cute speakeasy like bar serving a rotating menu of creative drinks that continuously push the envelope. Rosalina’s Menagerie may take a minute to get a seat at one of the few exclusive tables, but what you get in return is an experience of some of the best top shelf mixology Amsterdam has to offer. Run by a small tight knit staff topped off with a wonderful atmosphere and music, each drink was incredibly well crafted and my only regret was simply not being able to spend more time there.

Situated in the heart of the Red Light District, this cocktail bar is a tourist hotspot. Although the cocktails are well-crafted, they come at an inflated price, and the portions are notably small for the cost. I recommend considering a visit for just one drink.

Great bar! Like a speakeasy, very small but the drinks are insanely good! Super nice bar team and waiter as well. The menu also changes from time to time, very nice combinations and great consultation from the staff. Favorite drink Sicilian Sour!

Wonderful, little establishment, tucked away… So professional and elegant... Do not go here if you're looking for a rowdy night, this is a top and bar with an exceptional menu for food and drink.

The fist question I would ask myself is would I stop here again? And the answer would be a massive Yes! It’s a fantastic location. You get a very spacious room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it’s was little things when you get back after a long days site seeing and they make a point of saying welcome back. You even get a free mini bar with soft drinks in your room. The only thing I can point out is the stairs to the rooms there very steep and narrow at some points. ( if you have cases the staff members do take them up to your room for you)

Best cocktails I've ever had. It's a must for anyone coming to Amsterdam. Their service is excellent and their menu allows for exploration to new tastes. The menu changes also so on the next visit there will be something knew for you to taste.

After ringing the bell you can enter if it is not full. We sat down at the bar, as always. Nice bar, nice seats, nicely decorated. A very atmospheric bar. 1 tip, make sure that it is more 1 whole in terms of lighting. The rear part is fairly well lit while the front part including the bar is much darker. First bartender made our drinks. These were really all right. That's where the bartending stopped. Only the question is how we found our drinks. Bartenden is so much more than just making drinks, hospitality!! unfortunately I have to repeat it again and again. Second drink made by the other bartender from Turin. Great drinks again. This bartender, very sympathetic, 1 year in the Netherlands and already plays very well Dutch, chapeau! Now Rosalia became more of an experience instead of a place behind the bar where you only drink your drink. Nothing against the first bartender, also Italian. Language barrier can play a part, I also think a very sympathetic young man. The drinks are all right, now for the social aspect. We'll be back.

It was alright. After Kyiv I think I have high expectations for any other bars. Some cocktails were interesting but seemed like the waiter didn’t know much about them, so had to look for the names and ingredients in the menu. One cocktail was given to me only 1/3 filled, the rest was just ice. I felt like the overall service, for the price you pay, wasn’t great. That’s just my opinion. And they charged us 20 euros more because they forgot we already paid the reservation costs. So we had to go back later and ask for refund. They did eventually but that’s just not a sign of a good place for me.

Have been here twice now, on both occasions I have had fantastic service with an effort from the staff to learn your personal preferences but also make you as comfortable as possible. After giving the bartenders any information they really work to get a cocktail perfect for you! Cannot praise this place enough.
