    Yes, it is sometimes difficult when you have high expectations and those expectations are disappointing. But my experience is that all employees do their utmost to help everyone as best as possible. And it is not the employees' fault that there are waiting times, but our own fault. And it is known that you have to make a double appointment if there are multiple problems. And 5 minutes is more than enough to assess a complaint. I am a satisfied patient.

    I have a different experience, they are friendly people behind the counter and I was helped quickly. They even have a call-back service, so if you don't feel like waiting on hold, you can.

    Extremely long waiting times, appointments that are suddenly removed from the agenda and employees at the counter who have no idea what they are doing. The only thing they seem to be good at now is apologizing for the waiting times (without really doing anything else)

    This practice does NOT handle their patients with care, during my introductory meeting for which I had scheduled 20 minutes. was another patient calling in the middle of the conversation and was my consultation ended after 5 minutes because time had run out? Particularly Dr. Glowinka, who literally does what she thinks, despite making agreements with you. Furthermore, if you go to the practice itself for further help, you will be sent from pillar to post.

    Long waiting times, rude (especially the GPs themselves) and my doctor is perpetually absent or "sick". Those assistant doctors never seem to feel like having a conversation and are constantly looking at the clock during a consultation. This is very unfortunate!

    Employees at reception are friendly and helpful and the GPs I have had so far generally listened well and gave me clear advice. On the other hand, the website of this health center is just shockingly bad, rarely have I experienced such an unstable mess! Something you would not initially expect at a professional health institution. It is regularly impossible to log in to the patient environment and if you do succeed and you want to schedule your appointment online, you will receive an annoying error message stating that this is not possible at the moment... There are other things. such as not displaying a GP's agenda to choose an available date and time. All in all, I certainly see potential in a well-functioning and efficient patient environment, but as long as it remains so incredibly unstable, it is of virtually no use except an overdose of headaches for people trying to log in to the patient environment.

    I'm lying in bed very sick and yet I don't even bother to go to the doctor. Firstly, my GP is always on holiday or not present. If I want to make an appointment with another doctor, I have to wait at least two days. Once I get there, an extra 30 minutes of waiting is completely normal. When I am finally seen by the GP, after 5 minutes my consultation is over. The doctor must treat the next patient. When I get the chance to talk, they do what they want and it seems like they haven't listened to you for a moment. Especially Dr. Glowienka. Too often mistakes are made in this practice and the diagnoses are usually wrong, which leads to the disease worsening. In short, absolutely dissatisfied!

    I can't even make an appointment with my GP, one excuse after another then she has time off then she is on holiday I have the feeling that she works 1 day every four weeks and then she is full of ridiculous care offering is way below par in Amsterdam southeast when are we going to get a better healthcare system, not normal shit here, but we do receive a fat salary through us, I'm sick of it.
