    As usual they can't put an order together. Got the bag to take away that fortunately I checked and was missing half of the stuff (a burger box with no burger and fries), 2 chicken strips and the dips missing. Had to tell to 2 ladies, just to mess it up more, what was missing (I gave them the receipt to check). After some time when all was looking ok and I was reassured the dips were down the bag with the butter I went home. No trace of any of the ordered dips..Monkeys can do a better job!

    Food took over 35 mins. Was cold, and no drinks were in the bag. When we went in to find out about the drinks was ignored at the counter by loads of staff for over 15 mins!! Really disappointed. On the plus side the Pepsi was nice cold and fresh.

    "First question: how competent are you?" "Euh.. not very" "Great, you're hired!" That's how I imagine the hiring process there. A brain aneurysm has to be more pleasant than getting service at that location. There was more staff than people in line and it still took over 40 minutes. On top of that, people kept coming back to say their orders were wrong and they were given attitude by the staff. Businesses around have great employees so what went wrong there?

    Absolutely AWFUL! Waited more than half hour for the food so I went up the counter & asked the lady for an update who was clearly frustrated & a little rude. She eventually gave me the food which was luke warm at best. Sat down, had a few soggy chips & some cold chicken strips then realised they didn't put the drinks in the bag! Went to the counter again, had to wait at least 10 mins whilst numerous staff continously ignored me then finally they game me the 2 drinks, after what felt like a cross examination as they didn't believe me! Been here many times & would normally give a 4 star rating but this was abysmal - Service & the food. On a plus I have to say that the Pepsi was absolutely amazing so thanks Colonel Sanders

    Service avarage level, work kiddos our cola was thrown on floor we wait long for new. If compare portions from last time visit and now, it's really small and for that price. Would recommend other fast food companies

    The boneless bucket was not even half full, more batter than meat. Stringy meat that cannot be eaten. Toilets upstairs closed so only one downstair is available for everyone, very dirty. That was my last time there

    I decided to write a review to help customers avoiding the scam. I've made my order on the machine, then I got the employee telling me that there is no more recyclable cups. So she proposes a Refund, through a QR code, requiring to download an app to process the refund through a dutch bank. I am lucky she didn't propose to go to the post office to send a letter. So no refund. I decide to sit outside, there is trash everywhere, tables are filthy. Message to the restaurant owner: you are a disgrace!

    Took me over 20min just to get a koko milkshake (coconut milkshake) as the crew kept focusing on the takeaway orders mainly. This is my first time seeing the coconut milkshake at any KFC, so must be new and I wanted to try it. A gentleman realising I've been waiting for long decided to serve me but gave me the wrong order, then corrected it immediately after I pointed it out, albeit further interruptions from the takeaway orders... The taste was good, perhaps better than the krushens.

    Horrible. Service is beyond bad and even the shift manager didn't care. Like others have said just a bunch of kids wondering around without a clue what they are doing or supposed to be doing. Food is basic KFC I guess. Cleanliness was also something else. They also acted very disrespectfully when we had the guts to give them criticism.

    Only kids work here with absolutly no idea what they need to do for 2 burgers you need to wait more than 40min and then meat was smelling like ..... i never been in so bad kfc ever !!

    Staff is terrible, really unfriendly. We had to wait 45 minutes(it was not crowded at all), our order was not complete and cold, leftovers on the floor. Really don’t recommend!!!

    I have always given this location positive review until today. Went today for lunch and my KFC app with coupon and this location no longer accepts coupons according the the automated order Kiosk and the lady at the counter. Very disappointed as they accepted coupons last week. And my coupon was valid until 8/11/2021. This is unacceptable and we will no longer choose KFC for our lunch options.

    Super slow medewerker hier 1 hours waiting for our food never ever goin to buy KFC here.. cashier is rude the manager it self it super slow I don't know why they work like this but please next time do your work correctly..

    Food was great and came super fast. Chicken was hot and crunchy. Chocolate milk shake was awful, not at all the regular chocolate milkshake I have had countless times at KFC. When I enquired about it being correct, employees told me they have a new machine. Order everything else, just steer clear of the chocolate milkshake.

    Long waiting times, waited over an hour for A small order, 5 people before me. All of us were waiting. Don’t understand whey cant hire more staff. The staff they have are extremely slow. Ordered twister with no sweet chilli. They ignored that & added the sauce anyways. Worst service n food. Chairs n seats n floors r always dirty. Management doesnt care about improving wait times & service.

    Food came in 7 mins but chicken pieces were tiny, wings were bones coated with batter & fried, no meat, thy only cheat customers, improve size of ur meat, we dnt pay to eat bones n batter. strips batter very bad, couches n tables were dirty n greasy, so many staff just chitchatting but cannot clean.     I don't give less because I can't. First time the food came cold, bag full of oil. The second time they forgot half of the menu! I called and no one answers or when they answer they hang up. Bad experience do not recommend.

    Zin in een schone buurt? Read on! As to date of July 2023 Taking no active responsibility for the environment whatsoever. That is a bad social service. No staff members are freed up to scout the neighborhood for trashing trashy food packaging. Those processed food companies are attracting a special kind of people who love to consume and leave the trash for the other community tax payers. It creates a bad neighborhood atmosphere. Love to see a response of KFC that reads that they clean on a daily base their surroundings of a mile. Getting their marked trash back. If this gives a noticeable change, the review will change into a five star. For now two stars, for the benefit of the doubt and hope for a real change.     They were too busy to serve a customer. They gave me wrong order. This started feeling like standard KFC. I have ordered three menus and received two drinks only. I only received third drink when i insisted that i have placed a menu order.i was left confused if had received three chips packs or two as they threw everything in one big bag.
