I’m from ramen country Japan.but here is nothing special you can see just one guy kitchen operation it’s means soup just already factory made concentration msg soup just add on boiling water.even noodle is just normal. After eat ramen I was thirsty it means msg soup. Just quick fast ramen it only works here.

Came here with quite some expectation and the one thing that I like the most is their flavoured egg. That egg was really amazing. Soft and sweet flavoured with a smooth texture that you won't get tired of. The karaage portion was huge and loved it a lot. (the miso karaage felt like they used some miso flavoured sauce from a store and put it on the plate) Also the roasted chicken had nice flavours and the chicken was tasty and yet not dry. We hade the noukou vegetable ramen and I liked the broth a lot. Full bodied and tasty. (Could taste that they made it more creamy with soy milk) Also ordered a tantanmen. chicken broth with (a bit too much) soy milk. Nice bowl but I got a bit tired of the same flavour by the end of the bowl though. We couldn't resist the temptation and ordered another bowl of salty chintan chicken broth with chicken chashu and chicken meatball. The meatball was quite flavourless on it's own but the tori chashu was tasty. The broth was again full bodied and satisfied us completely. Friendly staff and all in all, would definately to out of my way to visit again as they're one of the best in the neighbourhood.

Amsterdam- Some of the best Japanese food in Amsterdam. The only thing they don’t carry is sushi. But everything in this restaurant is tasty. I lived in Japan for three years and I know good quality Japanese food, and they have good quality. The Ramen was especially good! But everything in the pictures I ordered was great, so I would highly suggest ordering anything from the pictures below.

We had some good vegetarian Tantanmen Ramen and Chicken Karaage at Tokyo Ramen Takeichi. The broth was creamy and the ingredients were nicely prepared, but the broth could have been a bit stronger in taste. The Chicken Karaage was tasty.

Awesome food, Karaage don well balanced ingredients, something I would definitely order again. Simple interior with an easy going layout.

Great place for a quick Ramen. The service is efficient and friendly. They offer a range of different ramen dishes (vegetarian options available). They use a bit too much onion for my taste but you can ask for them to leave it off without any problem. We had the chicken miso ramen and it was great!

Food was amazing. One of the best ramen I’ve had in The Netherlands! It’s going to be difficult to top this one. It was full of flavours, and the amount was just right. The Yuzu Sake with Soda is also highly recommended.

Place is really amazing, staff kind, Ramen is really goooooood, but if the place is crowded, you have to wait at least half an hour

Lovely small little venue with good food and polite staff. The overall capacity is relatively small (15-20 people I think). So do take that into consideration if you’re going on a busy day. Overall the food was lovely with greatly attentive staff. Condiments like sauce are already provided on the table.

I've always had a high hope for Tokyo Ramen Takeichi, as I really love their branch in Kerkstraat (only 3 mins walk from this one btw). That one is really amazing. One of the best in NL. While this one.. unfortunately I had a different experience. I ordered the black sesame one, it was very salty. Soup was too thick and definitely not slurpable. Apparently not all branches offer the same menu & taste. Hope they'll manage to standardize the taste for all branches

I got the tonkotsu ramen special and the gyoza with vegetables. First the gyoza was pan fried or baked it was very good Second the ramen it self, I am happy to see that when added an egg they gave the dish a whole egg and not just one half sliced egg The presentation of the dish looked delicious However the pickled ginger topping was a bit too much and strong in its taste that it was almost the only thing i could taste in that dish. A real shame Service was as expected though i saw other customers get a small candy with their bill and I got none.

Great Japanese kitchen with super delicious food! I had a rice dish with fried chicken. I love their seaweed and fried chicken alot. I will be visiting more for sure.

Good ramen! We enjoyed it, but would’ve been nice if the vegetarian ramen had some protein source in it.

I like the place. I ordered shiyo ramen (?) and tastes awesome. Broth is rich. I was put off a little knowing that the meat on top is not pork (but just chicken breast thinned).

dinky place average ramen had better ones had the beef shoyu and spicky chicken tanteman (not spicy at all) and umeshu(plum wine) but instant gratification for a quick ramen fix

tasteless and boring ramen. alot of fat on the chashu and the taste was very plain. they forgot my egg on the tantanmen. the noodles were not the fresh one but the instant one you cook with the water. charged for the egg when we asked to replace the egg because my friend doesn’t eat meat. very bad and appear to exist for a long time in amsterdam… cannot wait to eat at Takumi again

I have eaten quite a lot of Ramen in my life and this is not it. I ordered a 'Deluxe' version of their Ramen and it was a okayish chicken soup with instant noodles, pieces of lettuce?, some spring onions. If I wanted Ramen I would go somewhere else.

We found this place while walking around Amsterdam for the day. We decided to take a chance and it did not disappoint! The ramen is on point. It was one of the best ramens I have had so far. The place is a bit small but good for lunch and dinner. The staff is lovely. I will return to try other dishes they offer as well!

Was too hungry and forgot to take pictures of ramen. They’re sooooo good tho!!! Didn’t expect a super authentic ramen store in Europe, but they made it!!!

First i ordered there karage i took a few bites of the smaller pieces, and as i bite on a few bigger ones i noticed they were raw in the middle. (If you eat undercooked meat it carry’s bacteria that can cause diarrhea and more), the server didn’t seem bothered by it and and still let me pay for it. The ramen was fine but i saw the cook forgot i had extra meat and just slapped 3 pieces of cold chicken on there
