Great location. Good collections of shoes and sports wear.

The Bristol is good for casual shoes and sports clothing. They have a lot to offer, but for serious sport shoes I would go to a specialized shop for that. The service was really good though, I was just wondering around for about 2 minutes and someone already came up to me to ask if I needed help.

Nice shop. Can always find something I need. Can't find a flaw with the quality of shoes and clothing. Still wearing a pair of bootees I purchased thirteen years ago (no need to repair as yet).

Poor stock also applies to the webshop. Customer service is difficult to reach, once contacted, I received incorrect information about the stock.

Friendly employees, but the quality of Bristol has become very poor recently. Yesterday was my last ever purchase from Bristol, bye Bristol, you are one customer poorer again. It's a bit of a shame how they use your PR. We are sorry to hear that a purchased pair of boots turns out to be defective, here is a pair in insoles, exchanges are not possible
