Very awful experience! will never go back or take mi kids there, EVER!! Seems like is a recurring case as I have seen the same complaint in many other negative reviews: I went with working colleagues and they have booked me for Laser games. Later in the evening one of my colleagues did not enjoy at all the 1st ride saying it was very stressful because the other guys were hitting her car all the time at the karting circuit so she asked me to switched with her so i took over from the second round. So it seems like I missed perhaps some initial instructions because i did not do the 1st round but the main fact was that when riding the damn karting it was so hard to take the turn/curves, the steering weel was unbelievable hard so in the second lap the guy in charge (circuit marshal) started screaming like crazy, like somebody was being killed or something... everybody was in shock! cursing and calling me stupid... seems like he was trying to call my attention and waving the damn red flag... I think I was so into the driving and focussed trying to control the car that I really thought an accident has occur so we needed to slow down a bit, no that I needed to stop myself, hence i did slow down and continued... well the issue was that the car 24 (already reported in other reviews) has a frontal broken wheel, hence the reason why i could no t control it... after the screaming and the unprofessional treatment i was escorted out of the circuit with this guy saying ; It is over for you!! you are finish here!!! Shocking! like it was the customer fault... later I found out some of my colleagues had gotten the same car with the same driving problems but seemed like the wheel finally broke on my turn... a bully, very frustrated guy he was! the rest of the staff was very attentive and even apologized many times on his behalf (I thank all of them and they know who they are because they really saw the real issue) Thank YOU ... Really unbelievable! he should be fired on the spot! horrible experience. I guess the positive reviews here were people on a lucky day or this guy was on vacation...??? Not fun at all, we had not one but 3 incidents during the evening... not making this up folks! Not even going to talk about the food and the well know local customer service... Do a proper maintenance and hire staff with people skills!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nice track and carts. There are two circuits and you can race up to 11 together. But the sewage treatment plant round the corner stinks, so be sure to run into the place very quickly!

My advice: if you come for the first time, book at least two rounds to get a taste of it. Racing with friends is fun!

The experience was good, although I’m pretty sure our karts, as first timers were slower than the ones offered to the other people we raced with.

One with lots of fun, if you are looking for a different and fun day with friends or family, it is an excellent option. The Kart track is very cool. Prices a little exaggerated.

I had a blast at the go-kart place! The staff was both responsible and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. However, be prepared for a bit of rough riding; I ended up with a few bruises on my back.

Great place to hangout for some cool games like GoKarting and Laser Tag. The race track was a bit short than i anticipated but the karts were pretty amazing packed with power and well maintained. You can also spend time on bowling and Snooker.

Good place for Go-karting but disappointed with the staff. We Pre booked for an event for around 18 people and still when we went there we were told kitchen in closed at 7:30 pm because some staff has to go home early and they are understaffed. For such situations atleast we expect to be informed early so that we can manage something else.

I liked the cart cars, they were really fast. I didn't like the fact that our group was put together with a group of kids. I got hit from behind many times , causing me to flip and lose momentum. I have never seen a cart circuit with uphill/ downhill turns before, I guess it must be a big deal in a flat country. I personally didn't like it at all. The uphill would slow you down considerably and the downhill would give you a hell of a bump. Have you ever seen a F1 circuit like that? Okay, maybe Monte Carlo. I didn't like the strict rules either, it was almost impossible to overpass someone without one of you touching the other, too narrow. I got a penalty for that: 2 rounds less and the last was following slowly a guy with a yellow flag, no fun at all. So yes, if they have kept it simple it would have been so much better. There are some slippery parts too, also not a good idea IMHO. I want to visit other tracks in the vicinity to see if they are any better.

Fun place for kids parties or just to visit. Good karting track. Reasonable air quality at 700-900ppm CO2.

We're a frequent customer here, optimizing for their Sunday, combined track experience. When you have the full track it's actually a really nice ride, about 50 something seconds long. When you only have the short tracks they feel just too short. One other thing that I noticed is that there are rather wide performance gaps between the karts, so it might not be the best driver that winds, but the lucky one that got the good kart. They are constantly tweaking bad fixing the karts but the problem is still there Staff is friendly and helpful and the place is rather clean (and indoors) - you can race without the worry that you'll destroy your clothes

Amazing Place in Amsterdam. Lots of gaming options available in the complex, none better than the Go-Karting track. With a quick guidance for 5 mins, we were given full body suit and helmets before we can take our turns. Besides this, we tried Laser Tagged shooting, Bowling, Pool etc. Many other smaller yet equally engaging games are available. Very species, suitable for small parties with kids. Good options for snacks and beverages. Must visit for an engaging weekend!

I took my 3 kids here during the school holidays. They had a fantastic time and so did I. There are so many things to do, they were never once bored. The roller skating area is a great place for kids to practice, especially if it’s their first time. They have a skating frame which you can use to stable yourself. Will come back again next time for the go karting.

Underrated! It's so much fun rollerskating funky music from the 80s with friends! And the whole place offers so much more like go cart, karaoke cube, bowling, food, etc... Unfortunately, it's not very central to Amsterdam hence not easy to reach with public transport.

Sons teen birthday, kids were in heaven. Speed, competition, noise, frietjes & soda. Cool staff.

Individual events were good and enjoyed but the organisation was a shambles. Despite pre-booking timeslots, we were overlooked going onto the karts because we did not respond when they called out heat numbers. Nobody had given us heat numbers, only times. I even produced the recipt to show them. As we were so delayed, we got further delayed doing the 2nd session with the knock on effect being delayed for laser games and bowling. But I had to go and inform/arrange later slots. They would not do it automatically even though they had caused the issue. So much of my time was spent stressed and doing thier re-planning. I will say again - once you get to do the activities they are good and thoroughly enjoyable.

Worst indoor track i've ever been to. The arcade games are not working although they take your coins. The karting track is so small that you would more fun running in circles. The karts are very low quality and the elevation points are too much for the power provided by the karts.

Awful customer service and karting place in general!!!! We went there for karting as the other place was closed, it was really busy and we had to wait 1 hour. OK, it's busy. Then after we finish our stint, we ask for time sheet : no time sheet, the system is broken. Why not tell it when we paid ? Obviously, don't expect apologies or compensation. I'll pass on the food quality and the states of the karts, the fact that the track is too small for 12 karts (maybe when they open the big one it's better)

The track is fine. Staff do what they need to. Good place to have fun. We did find it very annoying how they wanted so much of our personal information and that of the kids without being able to give us a good reason why. When i refused to give them my personal email, phonenumber, date of birth, and that of my kids, the guy at the desk got sassy. Hey said he had no way of putting me into system of he did not have that information.

We were there for celebrating birthday of our son.Not a good experience at all. Lack of organisation - they don’t care to explain what will be provided for the package booked in advance. We found them rude as well, - even towards the kids. They messed the Birthday cake with a wrong spelling of the Name provided. One of the snacks dishes fell off while serving - they blamed the kids for this accident and never cared to replace it. Never to return there. 😡

I’m a 20s year old girl. I only went for my sister who’s really into cars. I was a beginner at go karting today and got shamed by a staff member for being slow and scared. Apparently I was too slow and at the end of the race was greeted with “You are *fword* dangerous” because I was slow in a crowd of 6 40+ year old men bumping into us at every chance they could get. I had asked them if I had to worry about them hitting us and they replied they would warn them or deal with it if they did, but it was against the rules. Guess what wasn’t written in the rules…? Being slow. Guess who was the only one to get chastised in front of everyone, as a paying customer?💀 I told them if it was so dangerous that they should warn guests and beginners not to drive slow or to especially stay to the side. He actually replied with “No we don’t think we would have to explain something basic like that.” Still struggling to understand what is so dangerous about being slower than the others? They didn’t explain it to me. My guess is they were annoyed that 3 girls weren’t allowing the other customers to go as fast and as reckless as they wanted. I don’t understand how you treat customers who have already paid like over 50euros for 10minutes like that? Ruined my day and the first activity I did with my sister in 7 years. Working at 8pm on Wednesday Aug. 30 2023 at the track. The staff with short hair was kind. And also the woman at the cash register. So it is not about them. Not a good place for beginners and the staff will let other customers bully you.

Pretty nice if you like a spot of go karting.. decent spot for kids parties. Way out of Amsterdam though in the middle of an industrial state and possibly near a sewage plant as the smell was pretty bad especially near the entrance.
