DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The rooms are extremely noisy. I booked the most expensive room to treat myself and have some quiet time. As soon as I entered the room, it was so noisy. So I asked if I could get my money back or another quieter room. They said they don’t have quiet rooms. and the guy at front Desk Giats guaranteed me to give me a full refund if i send an email, because I didn’t stay in the hotel for more than 10 minutes. It’s been 3 months I have been emailing them, trying to get my money back and they didn’t answer none of my 10 emails and now they don’t answer my calls either. I have been keeping quiet and polite, but might have to put my layers in this. So sad... Will update you once and if I get an answer ever...

Well located, contemporarily styled hotel with very comfy beds and a great ensuite to match. My only issue was the room was a little pokey meaning access to both sides of the bed was a struggle. But it's Amsterdam - all rooms in all buildings are pokey so I was expecting it. Would stay again as I found the pricing very competitive for what it was.

The room was little and hadn't a good clean, but has a good new design. Staff-service could be better, we sent two email before receive one reply from there. During the chek-in and the stay staff didn't give us information about how discover the city. Location is perfect, in the centre of the city, closer to the shopping area, Anna Frank house and museum zone.

Over priced small attic room, with slanted roof was down as a deluxe room there was nothing deluxe about it . The bed 2 single mattress and 1 big but thin mattress on top on them that kept moving , and so u keep rolling kn to the middle. When u get out of bed it's like been on a ship as the floor is not level . It is basic building with small bedroom , no restaurant or no bar no lift, steep stairs. I would not recommend this hotel, charging ridiculous price for its location

One of the worst hotels I've ever slept in. We had a double bed and the mattress was moving inside the bed on the middle, creating a hole dragging us in it. On second day we had to sleep on the floor, was better for sure. They knew about that problem probably for years, I don't think they will ever fix it.

Had the strangest experience. The night manager was clearly covering for a daytime shift but that means he was there for >36 hours ... clearly not sober the entire time. The second night - a couple was trying to check in for 2 hours but he was MIA. We let the couple drop their bags in our room so they could go to eat but I was shocked when the night manager 1. let them into the room on our return without asking and 2. never said anything to us about it... he was asleep on the couch when we got back. I emailed management about it with no response... good location but not worth it. I consider this pretty unsafe and inappropriate.

I had some problems, air-condition was not really working, much to hot in the room. I also had a room with no windows I didn't recognise and that was also my mistake. So my stay was horrible and I left after one night instead of three. The management told me to solve the problem but until today nothing happen.

We had a horrible experience and can't recommend this hotel at all! We paid 200€ per night, the room didn't look anything like on the pictures! We always said it looks like a prison. The window so small that rarely any light came in, not clean, still hair around the toilet and sink from the people before us and our door didn't open 3! Times. One time we couldn't enter our room for half day because batteries were empty, and in our first night the alarm went off every few seconds at our door. In the last night we heard that someone tried to come in. Due to the alarm we literally couldn't sleep and none of the staff was helpful. We couldn't change room, couldn't get money back and most of the people were just rude and didn't care. Don't stay here!! Never experienced anything like that and would stay very far away from this place. You get a much nicer hotel for this price. Unfortunately the hotel manager was never there when we wanted to talk about this! Very strange and a waste of money. Unfortunately ruined our trip to Amsterdam.

By far, it is my favorite place to stay in Amsterdam. The staff were all brilliantly kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy. Lots of space and private bathrooms as well. It's a quick walk to the city center and the flower market. This was my second time to stay there. I will never stay anywhere else. They offer maps of the city, order taxis, if you need one and are just extremely helpful and so nice. 10 out of 10

We spent three nights in the Dream Hotel, we were very satisfied with everything. first of all, I would like to highlight the staff, everyone was always very kind, polite and helpful. before our arrival, we also contacted on the phone about the parking possibilities, I already knew then that I had chosen a good place. The location of the hotel is great, everything you need can be easily reached. The hygiene was also fine, cleaning, towel replacement, and shower gel refills were done every day. What was missing was that the coffee and tea were not replaced. You should know that there is no elevator in the hotel (this did not bother us), so those who are not used to Dutch-style stairs may be surprised. In summary, it was a very positive experience for us, the price-value ratio was fine, and it is possible that we will return if we go there.

Fantastic location and great rooms. Very nice staff. Only concern: this hotel is very loud. Our room on the second floor was right on the street and there was a lot of noise from parties throughout the night. Further, the noise from the room above was incredibly loud- it sounded like a breakdancing competition.

I've been working here and I really loved the way they treated me. They're always open to help with everything, they're calm and peaceful. Great hotel with very good energy :)

Awful night. Night watch was so noisy - playing music and was watching movies on his phone without headphones… you could here everything! and the room had no window. I had to wake up twice to tell him to be quite, but he didn’t listen. I’m extremely disappointed!

I booked this dream hotel for two nights, deluxe room, 18m2, with a desk and a garden view. I got a tiny room of barely 9m2, not even a chair in it, and was told this was it. Total bait and switch. Had to rebook to another hotel on the same day, more expensive and little choice. Only stay here if you get a great deal and you don't care about the room. They'll just give you whatever.

Fantastic hotel, we booked a superior king room and it was stunning. 4th time in Amsterdam and the rooms here were so much bigger and a very high standard compared to other places we've stayed. Staff were very friendly. We knew there was no breakfast included but that didn't matter as we were so close to everything to be able to eat out

A nice, quiet, and clean room at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely helpful. The room we booked was up three flights of of stairs. My wife has a bad knee and the hotel employee gave us a room in the groubd floor and moved all three of our heavy bags own stairs while we were out.

Great location. Room was nice and comfy. Nice and friendly staff. Only negative thing there is no lift and if you have a room on the 3rd floor you have to take the stairs

Great place to stay! Just loved the cosy little room. The bed is amazing! After a long day of walking the bed was such a delight. Great location as well. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Well done!

We stayed here in December. Great little hotel. Stairs are steep so of you need to request a room on the first floor. Room was big enough for me and my husband. We never stayed in it long and it was very clean. Pillows weren’t great but that is my personal preference. Great location and staff very helpful. Not sure why this hotel has so many bad reviews. I suppose you cant please everyone! I would recommend this hotel
