Poor customer service As regular MAC customers, we were surprised by the condescending and aggressive attitude of the store manager in this shop. What a shame, especially considering the price of the makeup; we won't be coming back to this MAC store ☹️

Awful service. The staff is rude. It's better to buy things online. Clearly MAC stores are nothing like they used to be.

Staff very friendly, welcoming and has a full knowledge of their products. I felt very welcome despite of my absence of knowledge and skills with make up. I had some unusual demands and they helped me finding the right product. I definitely recommend

One lady was very dismissive and was so unapproachable it was super off putting. The other lady was helpful but seemed in such a rush although the store was empty. Over all would much rather order online or go else where

The shop assistant was extremely rude when I asked for her help! I asked for her advise and first she said if you need help you can apply for online classes and then she insulated me that the brand too expensive! Just around the corner in ICI Paris XL they helped me generously. I have never been discriminated in my home town in Amsterdam, until today! Would never step in that shop or buy MAC products.

Small venue with essential stock and friendly staff. Convenient if you are shopping in Leidsestraat or live in the neighborhoods, I saw customers thanking the staff for the advice given on a prior visit.

I always get overwhelmed shopping for make-up so scheduled and got a makeover here with Laura, it was a great experience! I highly recommend! She went over the product and matched everything to my face color and gave great recommendations. I felt like I walked out of there more confident and got the product I needed. Thank you!

The girl called Hannah was very helpful and knowledgeable person in the store. I hope Hannah can read my message. Because I would like to thank her! I had a very quick visit in the shop on the 7th of April. I simply needed an eye concealer the one I bought it 3 years ago. Indeed I did not remember the code number of my last concealer. So Hanna was there. She picked 3 colors for me, and then she applied two of them under my eyes separately. Both of us were agreed with the same color even though there was a slightly difference. When I'm back home, I saw that it was again same code:NC35. You did very good job! Thanks a lot for your help!

Super helpful and nice staff, Magda helped us finding everything we needed and more :) Also the store looked really nice and everything was clean + in order. Will stop by again!

Gawdangit these people know their SHAHT! Thís close to buying something that I normally would have, crew member tells me "think this might work just that bit better". So I go for the advised alternative. I come home. Whack in on my face in a quickness just to get an idea. Idea?? Lipstick shade makes me look like I've had my teeth bleached and just putting the eyeshadow on with a finger makes me look like a pro ready for the day and night. THANK YOU GUYS! Make-up tips for years to come in a thirty minute visit. Loved it!

Very friendly staff! I had to find the right foundation for my skin tone so one of the ladies gave me a make over. Didn't know when I practically spent all I had on products. Lol. Great customer service means more sales!

People at this MAC are so friendly and helpful. This says a lot because globally MAC typically has the worst people ever there but this MAC in Amsterdam is SO MUCH BETTER.

While vacationing, I stopped by with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at how warm, welcoming, and professional the entire staff was. A wonderful make-up artist, Esme, spent time with both of us determining the the type of foundation would work well with our maturing skin. I have very fair skin and my friend is African-American. We both commented how talented she was as it is hard to find someone who is trained and knowledgeable with a range of skin tones. Unlike what I find in the US, she did not try to oversell us products that we would not use as we are minimal make-up wearers. I appreciate all of her help and she is an asset to the MAC group!
