Great shop for surf gear and leisure clothing. This is their shop but "Hart" also has a beachclub/surf school on the beach. The staff of this store know their business, provide good advice and equal good service. Surf's up, yee haw!

Super cool store with lots of surf-, body- and skim boards. Also great clothing and gear to get you going. This store is located in the harbor of Scheveningen and there is also a nearby surfschool, surfshop and restaurant at the beach (end of the street).

Surely liked it very much on my stay last week!!! Right now, on my recommendation, my collegue is celebrating his birthday there. Fly in the ointment: I would have liked to buy him a Lagunitas remotely via paypal or CC, but failed due to the uncooperative barmaid :-I

We rented SUP boards which could have been more tight. The service was quite bad. The staff was not very helpful rather ignorant.

Ohoho, if the shop aint nice - visited the shop most recently, on the search of a winter wetsuit for wind sports. What made a very good impression, given I've been windsurfing Europe and the Canaries for 10 yrs +, were three points: - Different brands inventory - O'neill, Billa, Quickie, RCurl , XCel and even more... - Awesome service - objective, not pushy and experienced themselves. Found out i needed a size smaller....after all that time ,D - Good pricing! :) If you happen to be in the area or looking for a wetsuit, and I am a rather hard customer, check the shop, it is better than its competitors imho. :) Aloha and rock on!

I bought my first board here, and then my second, and got tons of helpful advice.

Unfortunately changed the menu and took classics like the nordzee broodje off and raised the prizes ridiculously. Biologische Brood for almost €10 reallyyy? Not so laid-back anymore, posh place to be... :( Besides that still an amazing beach club with good food, nice service and cool surf shop! #rethink

I used to surf at home but left NZ 10 years ago and have been living in some very flat countries since then. I recently moved to Den Haag and was weighing up the north sea swells and the water temperature. I hovered around a few surf shops thinking about buying a board again then eventually went to harts. I felt like the young groms that were working at the shop, firstly, had really good knowledge about the boards and secondly their passion for surfing gave me the boost I needed to get back in the water. Its actually not that cold (although I have a 543 haha) the first day I nearly vomited from being out of shape (i started a business and had a baby so its gone downhill fitnesswise) second day i was no spartan but I managed to pop up/stumble up made a few turns and got to test out the board a bit and really loved it. Thanks for the great recomendation and enthusiasm boys!!!! I think both the guys I talked with were surf coaches so if you want to learn based on thier enthusiasm and knowledge I recommend getting a class here. Thanks again
