The Hague branch of this high-end department store. Everything in this store exudes elegance and luxury. However look closer and you may just find quality products at reasonable prices. As befits the reputation of sophistication staff members are well dressed, highly professional, helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to shop here. Very designer on the ground floor but goes seriously tacky on some of the other floors. Some of the Christmas decorations were seriously over priced.

Very bad service. A saleswoman wasn’t customer friendly. She didn’t look at me at all. I was doubting between two bags, so I walked away for 2 seconds to watch the other bag and she sold the bag I wanted immediately to another woman. I told her that this was very inappropriate. Again she didn’t looked at me. I can’t understand this woman was allowed to work at Bijenkorf. A saleswoman should be kind and social.

Attempted to buy a scarf that was in stores per website, but no staff was able to help me check whether the item was in stock. It would be better if there is a central information desk for inquiries. I subsequently tried to order the item online for delivery, and the website suggested using a parcel pickup point. I accepted the option but the delivery partner failed to deliver as "signature required" - bijenkorf should not suggest delivery options that are not feasible.

Amazing client service and very professional as it should be. I always walk out with a smile on my face. Every area seems to be organized and the toilets are also super clean.

Great coffee, cakes or quiche for lunch or afternoon tea time. The service is very good. Always very friendly.

I like the place; however their coffee and tea is just 60 degrees; this is at the entrance. And La Place:s dining room on the 3rd floor is colder than the shop; just 20 degree maybe...still nice atmosphere :)

An upmarket store that is worth a visit. Prices too are upmarket but quality is often a bit expensive. Polite and attentive staff. Worth a visit. Coffee at the little cafe inside was good

The staff in Dior counter is horrible, 0 customer service. Not recommend at all , I am big fan of brand , but because of such staff who are not helpful at all - no wish to comeback.

Fine shopping gallery in the heart of Den Haag. The items are too fancy for me, but still a good place to browse. Love the kitchen product area. Good place to rest also in the coffee area at the top floor, lots of space there with some views.

Horrible experience with the cashier at the kitchen. It was very evident that my friend and I were treated poorly while other customers were treated better due to some unknown prejudice held towards us, probably because we didn't look like the "usual" demographic here. We had an issue with transaction: my friend paid for our coffees, which went through her bank and the money was taken. However, the cashier would not let us explain and treated us extremely poorly and passive aggressively. When the money was returned to my friend's bank account and she went to pay again, the cashier treated her poorly again with a snarky comment. None of your customers, regardless of how we look, should be treated poorly. Apart from this one experience, I have enjoyed coming over to do my work away from home and enjoy a good lunch. The coffee is not the best but the ambience of the place makes up for it.

Best shopping experience in the Hague! Super helpful and attentive staff, good variety of brands, great cafe. Also, would recommend to check out the building itself, a stunning architectural piece.

Big variety in many designer/luxury clothes and accessories. Biggest clothing mall in the city.

Good department store, one of the few left in The Hague. Have a crowd control in place to prevent over crowding. That gave my family and I a safe feeling in this difficult times.

Big shop with many brands. The clothes are separated well from eachother(genders and styles). A whole floor full of kitchen stuff and even a restaurant with a view over the modern and busy city center of The Hague

If you like luxury shopping and expensive brands this is the place for you! It has multiple floors with many different shops. It even have a very nice restaurant on the top floor, the food there was delicious and not as expensive as you would expect! The staff working there are service minded and always friendly. The only reason I’m not giving this place five stars is because I am not into luxury shopping.... Otherwise great place!

We quite enjoyed the The quiet parkingplace, got an excellent service from the parking vallet called mister chicken. Check him out next time you'll plan to go shopping at the Bijenkorf.

This particular store was absolutely wonderful. I went to the Charlotte Tilbury make-up counter and the kind make-up expert helped me find some great colors for my skin based on the research I had done on the brand. He was patient, kind and really, really sweet. I ended up buying almost everything he recommended. 😅 I did not catch his name but his English was absolutely flawless (he credited it to watching Charmed!) Thank you so much ❤️ you made me feel at home again.

Beautiful building, especially inside, not as crowded as others in big cities, very well organized and a good selection of items

The only department store in The Hague. They have a nice variety of household goods and accessories. There are also many brands of clothing, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics, etc., but the prices are high, as they seem mostly to sell luxury goods.

A huge shopping mall, mostly quite expensive. The staff are very polite and do their job. Pretty good choice of men's clothes.

Clean mall, quality of service depends on the floor and brand, usually it's good. Staff at Sandro are always nice and helpful, even when it's crowded.

Immaculate decore’. Extremely clean, this hi end Shopping center reminds me of Holt Renfrew in Toronto, but is more civilised in terms of wine and champagne selection. Clothing is very expensive a d hi end. Do recommend!!

Great selection, however on the more conservative side of the spectrum. If you want something more "crazy", you'll be better off in one of the boutiques in the passage nearby. I appreciate the onsite restaurant and spacious comfortable and super clean toilets.

The last remanance of these type of stores in Den-Haag Grotemarket... While in some cases expensive the service in this *super* store is extraordinarily it has everything you need for your day to day, your house and much more. Four floors of Jewellery, bags, sunglasses, accessories, makeup, bathing suits, furniture, suits, suitcases, kitchen appliances, variety of wines, kids and adults clothing, school equipment.. on and on.. There is also a lovely coffeeshop at the first floor, and a lovely restaurant on the third floor. Toilets are always cleaned.. and are for free, which is rare in these areas
