**Think
before
you
put
an
international
order
online
from
this
shop**
I
had
the
most
frustrating
experience
with
the
customer
service.
It
was
as
if
I
was
talking
to
a
robot
with
ChatGPT
responses.
So
many
things
went
wrong
in
my
order:-
-
packaging
was
damaged
and
dirty
-
strange
metal
objects
turn
up
together
in
the
same
parcel
-
bracelet
was
in
the
wrong
colour
(I
ordered
black)
-
bracelet
has
dent
in
the
links,
quality
was
t
what
I
expected
at
this
price
-
bracelet
size
was
too
loose
-
free
gift
is
missing
(why
bother
to
ask
me
to
pick
if
you’re
not
going
to
send
it)
The
bracelet
was
meant
to
be
a
birthday
gift
for
my
husband,
now
I
can’t
use
it.
I
emailed
Pig
&
Hen,
they
simply
ignored
my
request
for
a
return
for
full
refund
and
kept
sending
emails
about
the
order
going
wrong
and
that
customer
should
pay
for
return
shipping.
At
no
point
did
they
offer
to
send
me
any
free
return
shipping
like
other
online
companies
as
it’s
no
fault
of
mine.
After
5
to
6
email
later,
all
one
sided
pre-set
email
responses,
suddenly
I
get
an
email
telling
me
my
replacement
is
shipped!!
without
even
confirming
that’s
if
what
I
want.
There
is
also
no
option
for
me
to
return
and
exchange
for
a
different
size
either.
It
just
bulldozed
its
way
over
the
customer.
I
can
see
other
bad
reviews
and
it’s
the
same
problem.
Pig
&
Hen
has
not
fixed
their
customer
service
issues.
I
feel
like
I’m
talking
to
a
robot
which
just
does
what
it
thinks
you
want
without
confirming.
I
DO
NOT
WANT
A
REPLACEMENT.
I
WANT
A
FULL
REFUND
with
return
shipping.
Order
arrived
damaged
in
wrong
colour
is
not
my
fault.
I
DO
NOT
NEED
TWO
BRACELETS
IN
THE
IN
THE
WRONG
SIZE!
I
have
no
idea
this
would
be
such
a
painful
experience
ordering
from
this
shop

someone
else
please
contact
me
instead
of
Floris
in
customer
service???
