I am here to give a feedback about the clinic after being with them for 3 years. Dr Saloua does her job well. However when it comes the organizational issues in the clinic I find that things are getting less and less client friendly… My first disagreement happened when I came for hydra facial procedure and was asked to pay for 3 procedures upfront. I was never informed that I had to buy bundle of procedures. i refused to buy bundle and suggested to pay for what I have received as a service. I had to spend whole evening in the clinic to come to agreement. I still do not get why should I pay for something that is in the future; why I should land or gift money for something I do not even know if will want to have. Because of business of dr, I had to move to the dr (same clinic). However started noticing that botox treatment is not working. I had to call to clinic for revision. Even after revision it did not work. I asked twice to share with me name and concentration of the medicament what was used with me; clinic never did it; however they are obliged by GDPR to give to me this information. In the end I managed to get to Dr. Saloua and she fixed for me the situation, but I had to pay full price twice within 3 months. While usually I never repeated treatment earlier than in 5-6 months. In spring I also received treatment which I was told that will last 18 months in Autumn of the same year I was suggested to repeat that treatment. Doctors agenda was always full and it was challenging to get appointment. However since past months she started working only on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12.00-17.00. Everyone who works for corporate knows that this are the busies office hours. I just simply cannot make myself available for such a specific timeline. I wanted to give feedback to clinic; but response was that doctor is not obliged to adapt to my agenda. I was offered to cancel appointment without suggestion for rescheduling. Altogether, I am left with only one option- leave the clinic as a client. I am also not obliged to stick to agenda of doctor and to stay loyal to clinic that treats long term clients this way.

Great experience here now the second time around. Got nose and chin fillers and love them. My doctor Estefany Burniol Ruiz was very lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love it !!! I had my doubts and couldn't decide whether I should do ombre or microblading. But in the end, decided to do microblading & don't regret it. All my questions were answered before and after the procedure. Jana was patient, attentive & attuned to my needs- fantastic service!!!! I wholeheartedly recommend Amsterdam Cosmetic Clinic to anyone & everyone.

Can't realy review the place quality since the owner blocked me on social media. She blocked me because I criticized her in a private massage for posting content against a certain country from a demonstration (I don't think it's professional to post political content on your business profile). So I guess certain people are not welcome to this clinic.

It was my first time here, dr. Saloua was very nice and made me feel super comfortable. I had nose fillers and I’m so happy with the results. She was very delicate and the process did not hurt at all (just a slight pain, which is normal, but very bearable). Definitely will come back here. The price is also fair, I paid more in other clinics for worst results. I definitely recommend her.

I highly recommend this place. I did laser sessions with Helia, who is a great skin therapist. She s very attentive and gave me very good advices. 🙌

I had treatments in different clinic before. Much bigger clinic more experienced doctor but I loved my lips after Benny much better. He is young but very talented! Absolutely recommended!!

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! Went to this place for hyper pigmentation and was told to buy a small but pricey 70€ blend and bleach cream by skin tech, totally useless product, didn't do anything! I would recommend you look for another place that will deliver results and not throw your money away at this place.

In general the services I had with previous therapist Helia were extremely good. She is very responsible and kind. I had issues with my latest visit with the receptionist. But it was miscommunication between two sides of us and she also called me to address everything. They were very respectful and willing to listen to people s feedback. I’m glad we got it all solved ;)

I recently got a lip filler treatment done at Amsterdam Cosmetic Clinic & love my results! Dr. Saloua was very in-depth and helpful during the consultation. The process did not hurt at all (with numbing creme) and Dr. Saloua made me feel very comfortable during the treatment! Today is 3 days post injection and I love my lips!

I got bocouture for my jaw clenching. I don't do great with needles but Mina was patient and understanding. She explained everything thoroughly so there were no surprises. I hope I can find someone who does that great of a job here in America

I’ve been doing lipfillers by Dr. Saloua for years now and still a huge fan! She has a great split between being personal and professionalism. I still daily get the question: “are you lucky naturally or have you adjusted your lips?” And i think that says it all for her quality work!

Dr. SALOUA and her colleagues are extremly friendly and knowledgable! I have received multiple treatments with radiesse, fillers and botox. They take all the time to hear your wishes and give you a proper consult around the best possible result. Absolutely great team!

My forehead looks great - but my eyes look smaller and they are a bit more hooded.. The space is beautiful. The lady that helped me was super nice. However, I wish she informed me a bit more about what the results could do to my face if I chose JUST one zone (forehead) - at our first appointment. During the 2 weeks before my follow up, I noticed my eyes looked smaller, more tired and one is droopier than the other. 😭 This has never happened to me but I think because I only did the forehead, it put all the weight below..? She told me during that second appointment, that this result does happen to some people. I wish I knew this information beforehand... EVEN if majority of people don't get droopy eyes - apparently I'm a part of that small percentage. 😭😭😭 During the first appointment, I learned to get forehead and the lines between brows were 2 separate zones. I needed to choose between 2 zones as I wasn't planning on paying for more than 125euro this time. I'm bummed as I got recommended this place and I wish I was educated more about the area I chose to get botox (my forehead). 125euro is good if you're going just for forehead - I felt like she put so much for what would be SO expensive in the states.

I tried other places in Amsterdam and what i liked of this one in particular is that they don’t push you to make any extra treatments and they listen to the patients. I got Profilo on my neck,botox,lip filler removal and new lip filler by Dr Oryza and she was absolutely the best!Listened to all my concerns help me choose and make me look beautiful! I have tried lot of places before here and in Spain(were i was living previously) and this place is a really good one,believe me.

Good assistance at the counter, I was 1 hour early (my own mistake in the agenda) but she could have scheduled me in so that it would be my turn soon. The doctor (Estefany) who performed the fillers is also very friendly and professional.
