am
here
to
give
a
feedback
about
the
clinic
after
being
with
them
for
3
years.
Dr
Saloua
does
her
job
well.
However
when
it
comes
the
organizational
issues
in
the
clinic
I
find
that
things
are
getting
less
and
less
client
friendly…
My
first
disagreement
happened
when
I
came
for
hydra
facial
procedure
and
was
asked
to
pay
for
3
procedures
upfront.
I
was
never
informed
that
I
had
to
buy
bundle
of
procedures.
i
refused
to
buy
bundle
and
suggested
to
pay
for
what
I
have
received
as
a
service.
I
had
to
spend
whole
evening
in
the
clinic
to
come
to
agreement.
I
still
do
not
get
why
should
I
pay
for
something
that
is
in
the
future;
why
I
should
land
or
gift
money
for
something
I
do
not
even
know
if
will
want
to
have.
Because
of
business
of
dr,
I
had
to
move
to
the
dr
(same
clinic).
However
started
noticing
that
botox
treatment
is
not
working.
I
had
to
call
to
clinic
for
revision.
Even
after
revision
it
did
not
work.
I
asked
twice
to
share
with
me
name
and
concentration
of
the
medicament
what
was
used
with
me;
clinic
never
did
it;
however
they
are
obliged
by
GDPR
to
give
to
me
this
information.
In
the
end
I
managed
to
get
to
Dr.
Saloua
and
she
fixed
for
me
the
situation,
but
I
had
to
pay
full
price
twice
within
3
months.
While
usually
I
never
repeated
treatment
earlier
than
in
5-6
months.
In
spring
I
also
received
treatment
which
I
was
told
that
will
last
18
months
in
Autumn
of
the
same
year
I
was
suggested
to
repeat
that
treatment.
Doctors
agenda
was
always
full
and
it
was
challenging
to
get
appointment.
However
since
past
months
she
started
working
only
on
Tuesdays
and
Thursdays
12.00-17.00.
Everyone
who
works
for
corporate
knows
that
this
are
the
busies
office
hours.
I
just
simply
cannot
make
myself
available
for
such
a
specific
timeline.
I
wanted
to
give
feedback
to
clinic;
but
response
was
that
doctor
is
not
obliged
to
adapt
to
my
agenda.
I
was
offered
to
cancel
appointment
without
suggestion
for
rescheduling.
Altogether,
I
am
left
with
only
one
option-
leave
the
clinic
as
a
client.
I
am
also
not
obliged
to
stick
to
agenda
of
doctor
and
to
stay
loyal
to
clinic
that
treats
long
term
clients
this
way.
