I eventually asked what is happening and if the doctor is behind schedule, to which I was told yes. Nothing else. Only from the questionnaire given to me 20 minutes later I discovered that I am seeing different doctor. The appointment started 40 minutes after my original booking time without a single word of apology or communication from the front desk. I know Dutch customer service is very poor overall but it would be nice if this place took better care of their customers going forward.
