Details: My dog had a sudden severe pain in his spine and couldn't move. I met a vet who seemed confused about what to do next. When I expressed my concern, she said if I don't like something I can go somewhere else. I find it really heartless of her to suggest it since she knew that even the tiniest move made my dog cry from pain. Only then she admitted that she needed to consult with someone about his condition. She left us in the office for 45 minutes. She never came back and I had to go and search for help. Only then another vet assisted us. UPDATE: I never recieved an apology for this, but I was basically told it was my fault as I made the first vet upset. I do feel like the diagnosis part of the craft is a bit lower quality so we see another vet for that, but our cat is very old and she requires a lot of consistent attention, which is hard in a busy practice.
