I stumbled upon this place on my friend’s Instagram feed and based on her rave reviews, decided to give it a try. In short-I super loved this place and I will be visiting it numerous times in future for sure! Keep up the good work girls. Details- As soon as I entered the restaurant, it made me feel like I am in my living room- cozy, aesthetically decorated with fun light music playing in the background. I will not lie but the wait to get my food was too long but when the food arrived- Oh boy! Can something be this delicious I never expected! I ordered Spicy Avo and chicken with mango madness- WORTH THE WAIT! Amazing flavour, right quantity, lovely service and fairly priced!

This is definitely a place worth checking! The restaurant is very cute and cozy, all the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the food was really good. I ordered a chicken mango sandwich with avocado and a berry bomb smoothie! It was all really great!

I came here for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend, we had been to Bali together so this seemed like a great restaurant to go to. I feel like this could have been a 5 star restaurant easily but there were a just a few downsidesnI couldn't ignore, like the rice being very old & the brownie dessert being as tough as a rock. I also feel like the interior could have been a lot more in the Balinese style, this place is just designed like a generic trendy restaurant. Another downside is that you need to pay 4 euros if you want your dish to be spicier (sambal) which I think is ridiculous, especially for such a high price But then for the great side, both main dishes (the fried chicken and the rendang) were absolutely amazing, the flavour and texture were both on point. Service was also very quick and the prices were fair. I was also happy to see Bintang on their menu, as that beer brings back memories of Indonesia. Overall I do recommend checking these guys out but I hope they improve on the points I made to make it truly a 5 star experience!

BaliBrunch82 serves fusion Indonesian food and oh boy, the taste is authentic! As an Indonesian I approve and confirm this. I ordered fried chicken green rica-rica, my husband tried pulled rendang plate. The fried chicken was deepfried and the green rica-rica (rica-rica means chilli relish from North Sulawesi) had the kick. The pulled rendang was dark and dry, Padang style, unlike most wet rendang mostly served in Indische/Indonesian restaurants in the Netherlands. The fusion part of it was a dollop yoghurt to extinguish the fire in mouth from the spices and chillies. The dessert was pandan brownie 👌🏽 This joint holds live music sessions. Hopefully I could reserve a seat one day. Next time I return here I will definitely try their jamu (detox drink) and the tong seng Keep it up BaliBrunch82, keren banget tempatnya, makanannya enak. Sampai ketemu lagi!

Came here based on the great reviews we had read. They did not disappoint, we loved it. The staff were very helpful and accommodating (putting sauces on side etc.) We've been to Bali multiple times previously, and the food here is very authentic and reminded us of our time in Bali. Good vibes, friendly staff, great food. Would recommend.

Me and my friends loved the place! I am personally quite picky with food and service and this place exceeded all of the expectations. The products in our meals were tasty and fresh, the service and friendliness of the staff gave us such a positive impression! A big shoutout to the chef who also gave us a surprise desert as a compliment. We will definitely come back here ❤️

Nice brunch place. The dishes mainly are not sweet, but really delicious. Only one cook works there and he is doing a great job. We tried avocado toast which was nicely spicy. Artichoke sandwich and mango chicken. Every dish had a nice combination.

It’s just an awesome place to have breakfast, brunch or lunch! Everything you order is completely tasty and mouth watering. They have several dishes to ask for, enough not to spend a lot of time deciding. They all are of high quality. The mixture of ingredients, textures and flavors makes the plates uniques. The staff is very nice and charming. 100% recommended.

It’s the best in Amsterdam. Delicious food (try pancakes, mango chicken and spicy avo). The staff and decorations are amazing, and girls, the owners, you are so cute, welcoming and polite, I’m in love, thank you for this gem!

I like Indonesian food, and in this place it's no exception. Tried a lot of things on the menu, it's all good. I'd recommend the fried chicken over the ribs, but they are both nice. The place is cozy and has a nice atmosphere. Great place to eat after the Heineken Experience. Staff is friendly too.

Excellent spot for Indonesian food. The green chicken is spicy and crunchy, but not too spicy to overwhelm the other flavors of the dish, including the delicious rice. The vibe is excellent, buzzy and casual.

Insanely delicious! Highly recommend. Vibes, food, interior all 5 star experience. Anything fried chicken is a must here. We had the one with peanut sauce and it was so good we ordered another. Don’t sleep on this spot :)

Eighty Two is my favourite brunch place in Amsterdam! Everything on the menu is amazing! There are plenty of vegetarian options. The choice is less generic than elsewhere for sure. The staff and service is also great <3 Sharing pictures of our Sunday Brunch: Chicken Mango Madness & Miso-Kimchi Pancakes with a side of Asian style veggies. As always, full of beautiful flavours!

The most authentic Bali food I have had. One of my favourite tastes in Netherlands. Easy five star if you enjoyed this type of food. Serving is big and ingredients are fresh.

We had a wonderful experience at Bali brunch. The place has a down-to-earth atmosphere, we had no reservations but still, we were seated quickly. Undoubtedly, the food is the star of the show, with rich flavours and a mix of sweet and spicy it is the definition of comfort food. A lovely surprise. To repeat for sure!

Try the mushroom toast and the tempeh toast; they have 2 new items from their new chef apparently. Perfect if you are vegan/veg and lactose intolerant as they have a lot of dairy free options. Good smoothies too.

We liked the experience of trying something new as we were not familiar with Bali food. Tried some different dishes on our table. We asked the sauce aside for our kid and it’s great that they could do it. For the ones who like spicy, I’d recommend the fried chicken with green sauce. The restaurant is spacious and staff is welcoming. One plus point is for being pet friendly. Recommended!

It's definitely not a brunch place. However, the concept is interesting and cool. The atmosphere is not so cozy and the open kitchen is next to you so you get the smell of fried chicken on your clothes, which is not great. The food was good and the portion as well considering the price. However, it is nothing outstanding and pretty regular (mostly rice with fried chicken) and orange juice we ordered as a drink was not from fresh squeezed oranges (which is a pity for a brunch place). We also had to pay a lot for a bit of extra spicy sauce... The service was very slow and bad, and they forgot about the cutlery. Charlie Ben

Unbelievable place. Authentic food and friendly staff. I was amazed by the incredible coconut rice. That just blew my mind. Me and the chef, we had a nice little chat about the special Finnish long drink they have. They have ran out of pork ribs at the time we have visited but I still give this place a perfect 5/5. Highly recommended.

Best brunch spot ever tried ! The staff is so kind and helpful. The menu will make it hard for you to choose only one dish. The freshness of the products are impeccable. Everything was truly perfect. One of the owners even checks on you to see if you need anything. I ordered a fresh orange juice (truly the best I’ve had) and the spicy asian avocado toast with a poached egg. It was delicious. It’s hard to find a good place to eat where the food is as amazing as the staff, Eighty-two is that place !

The food was tasty and matched the expectations. Ate twice from there and the quality is consistent. The chicken was properly cooked and the sauce was tasty and not too spicy, however you feel it, so if you don’t tolerate any spicy food, be mindful. The portions are decent, you’re not too full after but also it’s enough for a meal with room for dessert.

We were curious to see if this place was really worth all the 5 star reviews, and let me tell you, it lived up to all of our expectations. We came a large group, and it all ran smoothly. Everyone loved their food, it was very affordable, the service was lovely, the interior is an oasis in this bustling neighborhood. Will return many more times. Big thanks to Ella for making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Came here on a Monday lunch and got a table quickly, and help from the waiter to order. I had the Fried Chicken Rica-Rica and it was delicious, the flavors worked excellently together (creamy coconut rice, fried chicken, tangy natural yoghurt), and a delicious iced coffee on the side. Service was also amazing. My only complaint is the small portion sizes, but would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

My second time here, it’s a great place for an Asian fusion brunch. I had the beef rendang and it was full of flavour, also really enjoyed the textures from the onion and salad. They went well together.

Hidden gem in the area. Dog friendly, so Peach and I love to spend time there (they also bribe her with dog treats). Great place to brunch/lunch, the food is delicious and creative, catering to my vegetarian needs. But also amazing just for a coffee to go (super tasty coffee). Uh also, work friendly if you just want to come with your laptop to do some work - they have a nice big table for co-working/sharing space.

Fantastic brunch spot with a great vibe! The miso kimchi tofu pancakes were outstanding. Definitely not your regular kind of cafe. The staff were super friendly and chatty too. I'd definitely visit again!

Delicious authentic and flavorful indonesian food. Perfect for those savoury brunch cravings. I had the Beyond Tumis, which was served with beyond meat. One of the best-tasting meat replacements I've ever had. We arrived too early for our reservation but they were happy to seat us. The food was also prepared very quickly!

We wish we had Bali Brunch in London! We ordered the Fried Chicken Rica Rica and the Ribs Rica Rica and both of them were amazing! The crunchy texture of the chicken and the ribs, the creamy yogurt, and the pickle, what amazing combinations! We’ve been to Indonesia before but haven’t tasted anything that tasty! You don’t need to go to Bali! They bring Bali to you!
