The special feature is the meat served raw on the stone. The client has the burden and the pleasure of cooking it as he pleases. Gentle service, average price. I'd recommend it.

Great hidden restaurant, great food, friendly staff, good location, and nice atmosphere. we started with the carpaccio which was delicious and we took as the main the wagyu steak A5 and the cote de boeuf, both were amazing. They came to cut the steaks for us and the flamed the Cote de Boeuf on the table. After this we took the waffle deluxe and the cheesecake which are soooo fresh.

Really bad, wont be going ever again, and definitely won't be recommending to anyone. I went recently for a dinner with my work colleagues. I ordered the fish and chips, food was presented nicely on a bit of paper.. but the fish was terrible, completely inedible. It was obviously not fresh, very dry and smelly. I am not even sure what had been done to this fish, to make it taste so bad. But after nibble, I decided better to leave it, than get some nasty form of food poisoning. Waste of money. Will be posting pictures soon, so you can see the atrocity I was faced with. Starter: tomato soup was - ok Main: course fish and chips - Terrible Dessert: cheesecake - okay, not as good as the general supermarket cheesecake.

We had a delicious dinner here! Both of us ordered 300 grams of rib-eye and a side of fries and bread. The rib-eye was served raw on top of a hot stone grill. By serving it this way we were able to cook/eat it how we prefer it, but be careful as to not overcook the steak! For dessert we had their tiramisu and lemon meringue pie and both were super tasty!

The food and service was excellent. The Baby Lamb shops on the stone grill was perfect. The 5 Star Burger was right on the money and the Pork Loin was tender and juicy.

Went to this restaurant multiple times and we come here more. The restaurant is perfect from A to Z. We came here for a birthday with 5 people and I told them in the reservation that we wanted to sit on the terrace. It was very busy at that time and they reserved a table specially for us. The hot stone concept is very beautiful and authentic. Your steak will stay hot your whole stay, so you don’t need to eat fast thinking about a cold steak. The waitress was very professional and asked each meal if everything is alright which you don’t see often at a restaurant. For the surprise they also did some light show and they surprised us with a delicious Waffle Deluxe. For the main course we got the tomahawk, côte de Boeuf, tenderloin and the T-bone steak. This place is delicious in every way, smells amazing and the staff are super! We were 6 people, some got tenderloin, steaks, tuna and salmon and everything was perfect. It was someone's birthday so it was full fledge music and clapping which was delightful. We got the tiramusi and cheesecake for dessert and everyone loved theirs. One tiny comment from my end that regular chocolate syrup should not go with the tiramisu as it gives the wrong flavor of what the tiramisu actually is so more is less here, no need for that syrup guys. Other than that, the wine and beer were lovely, food was amazing, the place is fun and the staff went up and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported. Kudos to this delicous place and wonderful team!

2-2022 So so kind and beautiful people the ones that run the business!! The food was great and the prices also! The vegan and the avocado burger that we ordered was super tasteful. They also have special meαts that you can cook all by yourself at a stone heater which is great! I will definitely go again. 🤗🌹

The price level here is way to high, compared to the total lack of service, an confused waiters. - Then to the food, we ordered the "nicest" peace from the menu an had it delivered on a 400 ° stone. An that in it self is super. BUT u can't cook a 1 kilo steak on a 400 ° stone without destroying the meat. They told us that the kitchen used 30 minutes preparing the meat, an we expected that they might had cooked it a bit on advance so we only need to make a nice crust on the meat. But they didn't. So we didn't eat the meat, an we didn't eat our cheap fries... This place is not worthy of the sky high prices, an I'm shocked that this place have this many stars. I hope that the people reading this consider going to somewhere else. I will leave a picture so u can see the food..

While on vacation in Amsterdam, we made reservations here . Absolutely amazing cozy restaurant. Make reservations in advance. Wide selection of choices for beef steaks, ribs, tenderloin and kabob. Great burgers for the more casual dinner. Waffles and ice cream for dessert. Drinks were p-r star and irish whiskey

This restaurant is a true gem! The stone grill beef steaks are amazing and a great dining experience for customers. The tiramisu and waffle with ice cream was delicious as well. Truly amazing and exceptional. The cozy ambiance and attentive service make it a top list dining spot.

Fab evening dinner- best steak we’ve had!! This place is amazing, so understated as it really is the best. The steak (Côte de Boeuf) was perfect and such good value for money, the bread and wine were delicious and they treated us to limoncello and ice cream for my husbands birthday. The staff were all lovely and we’ll definitely be back as soon as we’re in Amsterdam again, we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great steak meal. Thank you!!

Awesome restaurant in the city centre of Amsterdam. Really love their concept. They serve you one very warm stone plate, then you have to steak the meat by yourself. I tried lambchops and it was delicious! Also side dishes were decent, both fries and salads. Few great options for Belgian beer in the menu. Well worth a visit if you're in town.

Nice restaurant with friendly waiters. We ordered ribs, they were warm and not hot enough. Not bad, but not 5 stars. It also stinks of food because everything is cooked on stones and there is no hood. So for an amateur.

If you like big steaks and cooking on hot stones, then this is the place for you. I've been a couple of times, and it never disappoints the steaks are good quality, large, and its great to cook them how you want on your own hot stone.

Good steak and burger restaurant, with lots of variety of stakes and original burger builds! I particularly liked the bun my burger came it as it was quite light. Service was good and friendly. We were there on a Wednesday early evening and it wasn't too busy.

The food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. We were there for Valentines date night. Rose petals and balloons all round, it was very nice.

Cozy place, polite and fast waiters. Interesting to grill your own meat in the restaurant, the instuctions were precize and its was quite tasty. The only minus was that rice was served plain, you do get 3 sauces a side but I think there should be still some sauce on the rice.

We had a reservation for 10 people and they gave us group menus where we had to pick one starter, one main dish and one dessert. This was not a problem, the problem was that they tried to fool us as the most expensive picks when comparing to the normal menu was 40€. In the group menu they were 55-60€. We were not that hungry to order a course with 3 dishes so we asked for normal menus. They said that they are busy and that the kitchen will get busy if we order different foods so this way was easier for them? We asked nicely for the normal menus and we had 7 steaks which everyone who ordered had to cook them on the stone. These were brought in 5 minutes. And we had one burger and 2 ribs. Again brought quick. So why lie to us? I ordered ribs and could say that they were cooked a day before, taste was not fresh, didn’t eat it all and they were kind enough to offer a steak on the house to cook on the stone but I asked for a cheesecake instead and got it. In this regard they were ok and nice. Overall, ok, but don’t fall in the trap.

We ordered T-bone steak and spare ribs. The meat is tender, fall-off-the-bone and melt-in-the-mouth quality. Ribs were tasty but too fatty, and it was not hot enough. Fastest service ever. However not sure if the whole experience is really value for money. Still, a tasty dinner :)

Nothing less than a full 5 star experience. The service was exceptional, friendly and dedicated! Try for yourself - maybe not the perfect vegan option though 😄

Until I dine in here, I have never been able to appreciate the difference in taste between different cuts. Tenderloin, cube roll, rump and striploin all have subtle different flavour and texture. The owner clearly has passion in steak and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to give a visit to this hidden gem restaurant.

Came here on a recommendations from my friends. They told me I had to try the t-bone steak. I can tell you this was by far the best steak in my life and the beste experience. Where kind service and the place is beautiful. Definitely coming back, thank you!

Started with the WAGYU STEAK which was more than delicious. Had a home made sauce next to it which was actually finger licking. The steak couldn’t be even more juicier. I can write a whole book about this meal ever since it was this perfect. We had no room anymore for a dessert but after seeing it pass by the other tables we had to take it. We chose the best dessert. Don’t past it by; the WAFFLE DELUXE!! Overall a great experience with great food and service! Best place town!!

As a couple we opted for the mixed grill for 2 however, when ordering, we had the recommendation of the tomahawk or the cote de Boeuf. We went with the cote de boeuf recommendation as it came from the waitress and we've been blown away with the food. Great opportunity to cook each bite as you want it, and the fries to accompany are great to have in between! We'll definitely be back when we're back in Amsterdam. Best steak and desserts ever!
