Definitely one of the best places for you to remove your tattoo. The service is great. All the professionals were very transparent during the whole process and the results are really impressive. Removing a tattoo is a serious procedure, but fortunately you can count with them.

My experience so far has been great! The staff is really nice and takes the time to explain everything and to answer all the questions. She made me feel really comfortable and didn‘t pressure me at all. The laser treatment also wasn‘t really painful or anything and I was very pleasantly surprised. I can definitely recommend it:)

This is a truly professional and great place! The staff working there is the nicest and most caring you can find - I remember once I had an accident the night before an appointment (burned my hand badly) - and the next day, the ladies at the studio took care of it, put an extra bandage and cream on top of it - even though they did not have to. Everything inside is very sterile and clean - very much recommending this amazing place. Could not ask for more!

I previously went to another hair removal clinic, but unfortunately experienced burns. Went to Undo and did my first intake, and I would say it’s been nothing but an incredible experience! Kim Vanessa is amazing, she ensured I was fully aware of the different pulses and wave lengths of the machine especially when I told her my previous experience in another clinic. She also catered the machine for my skin tone to make sure I don’t have burns anymore. I am very happy with the treatment so far and would highly recommend it! Not painful at all!

I go to UNDO for permanent hair removal. I'm extremely happy. The first session worked very well, with very few hairs growing back after the session, they grow slowly and are finer. What's more, Phuong is there to take care of us, always very cheerful and professional, she explains each step in detail and always asks if we're comfortable (also with this new and latest machine, it's not painful at all). I'm always happy to go to my session and can only recommend, especially seeing the results.

I’ve been for laser hair removal twice now, and for me, there is little to no discomfort; they use a great machine that cools with air as they laser. Phuong, the therapist, is great, very kind and friendly, who also gives great advice and information for before and after the treatment. She also informs on what to realistically expect. :) Can definitely recommend!

The best clinic for laser hair removal in Amsterdam, really! The staff is extremely kind and lovely, love the energy there. They explain you everything in detail and make you feel 110% comfortable during the treatment. 10/10 honestly. I did treatments for the bikini area, armpits, and full legs and I need to say - the effectiveness of the laser is also woww! Because I've done treatments previously with a diode laser, the results were not good. Highly recommend!! You won't regret it. Very happy that I chose them for my laser hair removal.

The first session at UNDO Van Woustraat, Amsterdam was great. All my questions were answered and as it was my first time I’ve gotten my hair removed with the Gentle Max Pro, I would say it has been a good experience so far. The knowledge and the care you’re treated with is exceptional, I would highly recommend for anyone looking to try the laser hair removal treatment.

I had treatments booked with Marina and our first intake session was very insightful for me. At a different tattoo removal studio they promised me to be done within 4-6 treatments but as I did not see any progress, I stopped the treatment after 4 sessions. Marina estimated the numbers of sessions still needed to 7-9 which was a shock at first sight but showed to be much more realistic. While I still do not love the treatment itself (as it is painful for me, even though the ice packs are helping), I love the fact that I clearly see progress after each session. I do trust Marina and feel in good hands!

I wanted to delete an old ugly tattoo. The assessment went quick, I was clearly explained the deadlines and the costs and we started the treatment right away. My tattoo removal showed good progress, I am really happy how it went. In 7-8 treatments the tattoo was almost gone. All ladies working there are professional, friendly and the company sends the reminders before the appointment (which is handy because you do treatments only each 8-10 weeks). Would recommend the venue to everyone who wants to get rid of the tattoo.

The process of removing a tattoo is not something anyone wants to go through. But from my very first visit to UNDO I was made comfortable both by Arlette and the really nice environment of the studio. Everything was thoroughly explained beforehand and seeing the results from other people I was convinced that this was the right place for me. I've had three sessions and am seeing good progress!

I was doubtful at the start of the process how well the treatment would work. But I was pleasantly surprised that my tattoos are almost gone. Friendly, professional and hygienic service. I especially like going to Narcissa as she uses a good pain free technique.

My experience at undo was great, they explain the process very well and everything was clear. I came with a green blow out around my tattoo that I wanted to remove without affecting the rest of the tattoo, after just one session the blow out was significantly removed.

The UNDO team in Amsterdam, van Woustraat 101H - is such a dedicated and energetic team with knowledge and passion regarding their job. From sign-up to the actual treatment / removal I give this team a A++. Even better… 1 treatment and my tattoo was gone ! (not a big one or so). I was happy to schedule the second appointment but after sending the photo after 24 hours they really insisted on get that one canceled because it was not necessary. Super honest!

The best tattoo removal laser company! My skin is perfectly intact, no scars or damages. I had the worst old tattoo from when I was 17, a complex wrist strap maori-style. I just need one more treatment (after two years) and I am free! The time in between treatments really is needed for the skin and recovery. Just go here with any tattoo that doesn’t serve you anymore! You’ll be a newborn person.
