They always make you wait 30-45 minutes before you actually get seen. Apart from that it is a good dentist practice.

Not nice service. A lot of misunderstandings, always felt in a hurry and not good explanation of what happens. Sometimes almost a bit rude and uncomfortable atmosphere. No professionalism when wanted to move to a new dentist and asked for my data. The hygienist there is great.

The quality after the renovation is quite substandard. The reception was always great, but has now become super bad. Difficult to reach by telephone or not present behind the counter. Many new dentists with no experience and no knowledge of existing patient files. The rooms are also far from pleasant.

I registered online in May because I read positive reviews here & because I was looking for a new dentist. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The website states that the practice will contact you after your registration. I waited several weeks and this never happened. In the meantime, I had called the number on their website several times, but there was no answer. Then I went to the practice myself. The lady behind the counter said they are behind on the administration. All in all a sloppy impression, I waited four weeks for a message. Fortunately, I was able to see their dental hygienist quickly after my visit. First impression was disappointing, the space was so small that I could not easily sit on the chair. But the worst was yet to come: while the young lady was working with an electric scraper to remove the plaque in my mouth, the chair automatically raised and lowered! Truly a nightmare. The inexperienced dental hygienist did not know what was happening. The chair was raised and lowered three times during the treatment. This is simply dangerous and I have never felt so unsafe at the dentist before. For this frightening experience they sent a bill for €117. The combination of poor service and inexperienced staff means that I will not return here. I prefer to go to a place where the staff is older but more experienced.

Dear Celine, and all the team, As a new client and so my Husband, I might say that I felt extremely comfortable from the 1st minute. All of you were kind, smily and made feel at ease. My first appointment was really great and my second with Celine , was such an amazing experience and I really enjoyed every moment of it ☺😅. ( didn't even say OUTCH) Thank you so much for the treatment plan that was really accurate and detailed, with the answers to all my concerned and questions and also for making a place for me in your Celebrity calendar 😉 HAHA!! I have tried to call several times over the past 2/3 weeks to reschedule an appointment, but during this time I have not been able to reach anyone once. Today (2 days before the appointment I tried to reschedule) I tried to get someone on the phone more than 10 times, but again without success. So in the end I went to the practice to arrange it this way. When I was standing outside I saw someone at reception and I tried to call 3 more times to see what would happen: nothing, no answer again. So I went in and explained my problem and asked to delete all my standing appointments. The lady at reception didn't seem to care about this, so I'm going to find another dentist here!

Great service, really patient staff, making sure to explain all parts of the procedure to you. Very reassuring for anxious people (like me)!

Very satisfied with this practice. My tooth was removed painlessly, received a proper invoice and good aftercare. 2 weeks later I immediately received a quote for alternative treatment options and implant. It has now also been installed and I am very happy! Thank you dear Team!

A crown of one of my molars had come loose. I was able to come straight away and was received and helped in an extremely friendly manner. Very satisfied!
